I've forgotten to write my opinions about stuff!!
(I'm still a n00b <- disclaimer)
The
Great American Bash comments:
- London & Kendrick have become some of my favourite wrestlers to watch. I don't really like wrestling for the sake of wrestling, but L&K's wrestling is actually so entertaining I can't help but watch. They're so fast and have several cool moves, sometimes they're just flying all over the place. Not to mention they're both hot.
It's also refreshing they're just there to wrestle instead of having to babble each time they appear.
- Even if I like Lashley, I was actually glad the match ended up being Finlay VS. Regal. It was a nice twist. I'm just so tired of seeing Finlay beat people by cheating, but cheating Regal didn't matter that much because they're both assholes.
(I still secretly hoped Regal would kick his ass, though. Finlay is so goddamn annoying, and the lepricorn hasn't made me like him any more even if it's funny)
- The Punjabi Prison match was pretty cool, but I didn't like it that The Undertaker seemed most of the match to be worn out & losing (since starting to watch WWE, in the 3-4 recent matches I've seen with him he's always seemed to be like that... I usually disagree with everything JBL says, but when he said The Undertaker isn't the same anymore, I kinda agreed. He just seemed more powerful in the old matches I've seen). I'm glad he didn't wrestle The Great Khali because I guess it would've been ever worse. Also, I remember being all "OOOH YEAH BABY" when I saw the whips/weapons on the table inside the outer cage. But then those weren't used at all!!! What a waste... Because of that, I demand another punjabi prison match (with other wrestlers, though). I liked the prison. But what are the chances of there being another match like that? Only if The Great Khali gets mad at someone else?
- Booker T has become so annoying to me I ignore him. I didn't really watch the match with him & Rey Mysterio at all...
- Oh right, there was Mr. Kennedy & Batista, right? I was just happy to see Batista wrestle for the first time, that's how new I am to wrestling. Kennedy was busted wide open (lol, been waiting to use that since starting to read Foley's "Have A Nice Day")... Hrmmm I can't remember much of the match, actually. I didn't know which one to support because I kinda like both, but I guess Batista's done something evil recently because some of the fans were booing at him
Or maybe they were just Kennedy fans.
I think there was other stuff, but I don't remember what it was...
Last night I was able to catch Smackdown streamed o/ But I can't remember a lot about it (it was like 3am!) so I'll leave commenting until later...
Tonight wrestling is on Finnish TV again, we're supposed to get the episode where Batista returns to Smackdown.
(Since we're 3-4 weeks late)
