So..... assuming that it isn't just some temporary glitch and her account suddenly pops back up, in all likelihood either someone hacked and/or deleted Rena's Instagram account without her knowing, or Instagram did some type of purge (likely to get rid of some inactive or spam accounts) and probably ended up deleting some legit accounts.

EDIT: Looks like both accounts are now back up, so in all likelihood it was just a temporary glitch on Instagram's end of it.
