this is pretty similar to when alyssa milano made a cool movie. cept it was less hardcore. actually i think the only similarity is the surprise puffiness.

The Japanese star, now under new pseudonym Yamaguchi Riko, has just released a nude photo book Departure and is set to release an adult video soon. Although her contract with AKB48's agency has ended in late 2008, there's a clause stating that the lady must not become involved in any activities that could harm the pop group's image and reputation. And the agency has deemed that the nude photo book has breached their terms.

The Tokyo district court however has ruled in the artist's favour, that the photo book would do no significant harm to AKB48's image. It is rumoured that the agency might continue to pursue the matter though. AKB48 is currrently Japan's top female pop group. Their previous single album Ponytail to Shushu has sold over 500,000 copies within a week. As a side note, the pop group will hold a concert in Singapore in November, their first full gig in the Southeast Asia region.

Late as hell but I can't help but comment. Didn't know about this before.

AKS suing her is pretty shitty, but at the same time if she signed a clause saying she can't do anything to harm the group, then of course there could be problems. Still, that clause is retarded and doesn't really have anything legal to stand on. That's like saying I can't use any skills learned at my current job if I decide to go do a new one. You can't make someone sign away the rest of their life once they aren't employed by you. I wish AKS good luck getting a court to rule in their favor on that on. Don't waste too much of our money on that.

^IIRC, she'll release a batch of 6 dvd? 4th one is coming out in a while.
