Happy Belated Birthday to Shiori chan!!!
Shiori wrote a very nice letter upon the retirement
Of sixth generation kenkyuusei Yuka Yamamoto....it showed
a lot of what kind of person Shiori is, much more than lots of
pictures would, and in fact, Shiori is not a very prominent member
of SKE48 in terms of television or magazine work, so it is hard to find
That many photos of Shiori chan.
I've copied the letter (translated) in full from this site (MahouShoujoAri) with much thanks

"Dear Yuka,
congratulations on your graduation.
Many might not know about this,
but me and Yuka are from the same town so we’ve
known each other for about 3 years already.
When you joined SKE you were a high school student,
and even though it was tough enough just to come here
from Mie prefecture, and you surely realized yourself how
hard it was to make school and work coexist,
without ever complaining you did your best in your own way
and I know that very well.
When getting home after a Stage and it was night already,
you would study for tests but you also had to practice for the performances…
I think that, without me being able to realize and see it,
you worked really hard and went through huge hardships.
The Yuka seen from my eyes tends to lack the courage
to move the first step and do what she wants to,
and ends up worrying and thinking many things over and over.
Even about this graduation, you kept
being unsure until the very last moment.
You asked for my advices countless times,
and I remember how I also happened to quite strictly tell you that,
no matter the advices I could give you, the one deciding
in the end, is nobody but you.
After making the important choice of graduating,
you’re shining so much, positively moving towards your dream.
I’m sure that none of the things you learned in SKE48 are useless.
It was a place that allowed you to grow.
The warm fans who supported you, the members you spent every day with and that at times turned into rivals…
I’m sure you learned a lot from these many encounters.
By making use of all you learned,
do your best in order to reach your new goal from Spring, okay?
If ever you’ll be going through something painful,
don’t forget that we, the friends who kept supporting you
since you were in SKE and, of course, the members you
shared this experience with, will be there for you.
Keep staying true to yourself
and making everyone smile with your air headness.
From now on as well,
you’ll be a friend I’ll be hanging out with.
Well, this is how I am, so…
Let’s keep getting along well, okay?
And thanks to all the people
who kindly gave me this opportunity.
Team E’s Iguchi Shiori aka Igucchi.”
