That's a weird date as Electric Mole was released on Dec. 17th O.o However, unplugged mole sounds like the bonus from Ringo no Uta single (おまけ映像-unplugged mole- as kronekodow.com states)

It's hard to judge whether it's Ringohime herself on the cover or not. If the image was bigger it would be possible to check if there's a mini-mole on the chin on the middle-right face... I sorta see it now but it could be just my imagination

The wiki says she had her mole removed 2 to 3 years ago for medical reasons. I guess she might draw one on when she feels like it.
EDIT: Oh you said chin. A different mole to the one I was thinking of.

Ringohime had 2 moles, 1 above her lips and 1 on the chin. Bigger one got removed, the chin one remains until she switches her name to her real one Shiina Yumiko and starts singing enka. Or till she dumps TJ har har har
