Never heard of this guy until now but isn't it funny how she's been practising golf in one of her old video diaries and who does she go and marry? A pro golfer!

In all seriousness, I'm really happy for her. Come on, with those looks how could she not get married? What a lucky son of a bitch though. Imagine the honeymoon with her. I know I have...

Funny how if she gets married, that's another name change for her

Seriously though, like the others said, totally stoked for Ayaka. She's obviously found someone that makes her happy, and in the long run, that's what really matters. Just one question though, does this mean she's going to change her last name again?

BTW, I'm still gonna fantasize about her though from time to time.

OH MY GOD Ayaka's in England with her husband right now for the British Open. I'm in England! I'm probably like three hours drive away from her. This is the closest I'll ever be to an H!P girl (which she'll always be in my heart). Haha.

This is the first time I will be so enthusiastic to watch the British Open. My Dad will be very surprised.

BTW: There's a translation of an awesome article over at H!O about the two of them and how they got together.

Wow this is the closest I've ever been (to my knowledge) to a H!P girl, and my favourite one to boot! Right, I'm going to England! If u don't hear from me again then you'll know I've succeeded in winning over her heart!

Wow he came 5th in 2006, that's pretty impressive. And I like the phrase 'goddess of victory', always maintained that Ayaka was a goddess anyway. Wonder if the camera would just focus on Ayaka in the crowd at all you know looking for a bit of eye candy as they always seem to do. She would have no trouble being picked that's for sure! Seems like she's madly in love with the guy, and he seems like a decent bloke, a gentleman as Ayaka said. Glad to see she's happy as she fully deserves it.

Unfortunately, at the 13th hole, Hideto is on +7, tied 69th. Pretty bad conditions for the weather though but it looks like me won't make the cut and this will be the only day we'll see them

^ Oh thank God. I was wondering yesterday if we would ever see pics. Seems that all that wind and rain won't keep Ayaka from supporting her man. Shame about the victorian maid outfit not being true or if it was then she had to go through a costume change. Damn mother nature! She looks beautiful though

See I'm not sure if it does. Don't get me wrong I'd love to have Ayaka has a good luck mascot but picture this scenario.

You're on the 1st hole about to make the drive. You judge the distance from you to the pin and start working on your swing, how hard you're going to hit it, how fast etc. You compensate for weather conditions and you step up to the tee. You practice on your backswing and you finally decide to go all the way. And as you pulled all the way back you look up and see Ayaka there in the crowd smiling encouragement at you.

If that was me I'd miss completely, throw the driver away and do it to her right there on the fairway. :evil:

Oh, and good luck Hideto! At least try to make the cut so we could get more pics! Don't think we'll see the maid dress today as the weathers bad again.

Ah damn, didn't make the cut with +11. Not all doom and gloom for him though, he will probably go on a proper honeymoon with Ayaka after this.

but too bad he got disqualified this round...he was pretty close to making it since it got cut off at +9...verses some of the players that ended up with +29...that's a serious ouch

oh well Ayaka deserves a proper honeymoon...so yay
