Just so you know daigong, I don't think there's a need to post a pic of your ass. Somehow I don't think the forum could take it.

Gotta give props to the Finns though, they followed the Swiss example and totally outplayed our boys on defence. They also took advatange of the scoring opps that they were given.

With luck, Canada will still be able to get into the playoff round. Once there, it's a whole new game baby!

Lundqvist, Kovalchuk = Total Pwnage

Lundqvist --> Sweden
Kovalchuk --> Russia

It WOULD be pwnage...IF they were playing on the same team.

The quote of the day:
"Wayne Gretzky, the GM of Canada deep in his thoughts. What ever he may be thinking, betting tips perhaps?" - Tapio Suominen (a finnish studio host) after the game.

No need to worry about that:

I heard that there was funding problems for the Japanese winter Olympic
Figure Skating team. Here is a video of one of the girl's Practicing.

Now THAT's my kind of figure skating. I would have liked her do a triple toe loop or something, just to see how concave the bewbs would get in midair.

They gonna play against us

I watched the US vs. Sweden game and it was straight up horrible. USA has to have the slowest team ever. They even had two 5 vs. 3 powerplays but they failed to score.

If Finland keeps its level USA will be easy.

USA is owning our women in the bronze match though

Now our boys need to get their act together and do the same.

yurinachan · « **Reply #34 on:** February 21, 2006, 05:30:56 AM »

It was a given that the Canadian women's hockey team won because there isn't much competition other than the US. Its one more medal for Canada today.
