The Pats will probably be the new dynasty team in the post-salary cap era.

PHEW. It's Reggie + Aikman + Moon for sure.

its kinda a shocking game...
colts were down 21-10, it seems like peyton manning threw an interception but dungy challenged and had it reserved, Edgerrin James rushed for a touchdown 21-16, colts going to 2-pt conv... 5 yd penalty false start and reggie wayne caught it in the corner 21-18.

colts got the ball back, 4th down, manning sacked @ the 2 or 1 yd line, with 3 time out... when it feels like the game is over... Jerome Bettis runs up the middle, FUMBLE... Harper takes the ball back and tackled by roethlisberger... manning convert 2 quick pass and got to the 36 yd line... vanderjagt misses a 46 yd FG... woah... too much excitement for one day x____x

well lets just say, Broncos are gonna lose to Steelers now

(prediction)
Steelers over Broncos
Carolina over Seattle

its gonna be Carolina vs. Steelers in Super Bow

Carolina over Steelers

Wow one of the best football weekends I had in recent memory. So many questionable game-turning calls. My jaw litterallly dropped when Bettis fumbled and laughed when Vanderjagt missed. Colts once again choked when it counts. I'm just glad Pats are finally out   .

Seattle vs. Carolina (Mini Pre-Game Analysis by scrock7)

You know how most article on sports talk about the most about how the game deciding factor might be the health of Shaun Alexander? Well I think not... Julius Peppers's health.. I believe is the biggest factor in this game, haven't been practicing but i think he will play.

I don't think he will make much of the difference to the offense in this game even if he is healthy. It's a fact that he is a good RB, but also look at all the teams they have a high scoring game against... they have poor overall defense. For all the low scoring game, they played, Jacksonville, Washington, Dallas, Green Bay. Jacksonvilles has a tough D, even the Colts struggled, you already saw Washington's D last week, they knock him so hard that he was forced to leave with a concussion, Dallas also had a good D... well as for the game to Green Bay, it was right before playoff so they didn't play him too hard.

But the point is that, for all those low scoring game against good D, Alexander was held less than 100 yds and i dont think it was even close to 100 yds... then it's up to Hasselback to step up, such as the game in Jacksonville, he did a great job of throwing 3 picks and cost them the game. In my opinion, it might be better for Alexander not to play because Hasselback tends to do better when he is put on the hot seat. When Alexander is in play, he is most likely to throw interceptions.

In the other hand, Carolina might have a little trouble with the running game since DeShaun Foster won't be able to play, its most likely Nick Goings will get the ball and he is a decent 3rd string. Let me ask you a question... Who else/what position does Carolina Panthers need?

Answer is.. No one/nothing, I believe this team is complete and has a good shot @ the title

Funny, Seattle looked like they were toast when #37 went out.  Julius Pepper is a BEAST. You just flinch at Hasselback and he'll fold...I'm going with Seattle though. They're all banged up but Seattle is deep. if Engram or Jackson can't go, Jurevicius is there.

so many strange calls being overturned in the Indy-Pitts game. the pass interference, the Palomolu interception. Yeah, the refs need to be checked. There's gotta be clear cut evidence before you overturn it. There wasn't even a review in their little hooded camera.

Makes me agree with Joey Porter, it's a conspiracy. Peyton Manning is the posterchild of marketing, but man, dude is so talented but can't win the big game!

Steelers defense is looking so solid, Denver and Pittsburgh look evenly matched with the blitz packages. Champ Bailey, ain't he a little banged up? Just Pittsburgh's offense looks better. The running game, Antwaan Randle El is gonna have a big game.

I like Steelers and Seahawks in the Super Bowl with Steelers winning it.

u know wats funny?... the Broncos practically has Cleveland Browns' old defensive line which never stoppped Steelers... including (Courtney Brown, Ebenezer Ekuban, and overrated Florida DT Gerrad useless Warren), but then again they have Trevor Pryce but i dont think that will make much of a difference... anyways... I don't even know why Broncos wanted this line in the first place, i mean this is the line that gave up 295 rushing yd to Jamal Lewis, and got beat up by everyone else...

well i would just say... Broncos, good luck trying to stop the BUS (well i actually hates the Steelers) but yet i have a feeling Steelers will win

They did stop the bus today!
But it was the secondary that killed us!
Especially Wilson, catching some big balls!
And Plaummer's TO really killed us~T_T

Broncos had their opportunities, but wants able to capitalize them...T_T
Good luck next yr!!!T_T

giving up 2 rushing TDs to Jerome Bettis is not exactly stopping the BUS lol[/u] and of course, great job to Gerrad Warren, Courtney Brown who was useless on stopping the steelers running game, and of course most work was done by Trevor Pryce. Well the Steelers didn't have to run the ball cuz the passing game was working so great and Broncos only stopped like 4-5 runs then give up a Rushing TD to Jerome Bettis... then later two consecutive 10+ yd run to Parker and a 15 rushing TD by Jerome Bettis aka THE BUS called back due to the illegal formation on Hines Ward (well i gotta say, there was no holding so technically, thats another rushing TD for him) Jake Plummer is back to his old Arizonca Cardinal self in this game.. Jake "interception" Plummer... and also Plummer was a fumbling machine out there
------
and wow... I was quite shocked about Jake Delhomme.... 3 picks, quite disappointing performance

well, i guess there isn't anyone to stop the Steelers now since Panthers are out of the Super Bowl

Well, they did a pretty much a good job overall on the Steelers' running game!
But it was the big lead that opened up all the place!!T_T
