Yeah, that's a pretty big dropoff between Junjun and Manoeri.
4-6 are pretty close, and 7-8 and 9-19 are as well.

Some of the other voting methods I implemented might give slightly different results.
If you want to try it yourself, I posted it in the Programmer thread.
Has a couple bugs and about 1/2 of the interface isn't functional, but the main functions work.
