GP Basic is a Korean pop girl group debuted in 2010 under Nega Network. The group is composed of six elementary schoolers and middle schoolers. Janey is in 6th grade (elementary school in Korea), while the other five are in their second year of middle school, making the group's average age 15.

I really like GP Basic's music, its super catchy and they remind me of a young 5dolls. They are actually really talented and I think Janey is pretty awesome rapper for her age! They all sing well enough, dance well enough and really really nail the on stage charisma + have nice catchy songs. But, I no one takes them seriously coz of their age, including me! If they kept them training for a couple of more years and debuted them when they are older, people would give them the time they deserve. Makes me sad
