finally got around to watch some videos and the momochi @ bananaman blog was one of them~
They picked some lines from the buono blog momochi wrote and one was "momochi is the cutest idol".
So they challenged her to find out if she really is the cutest idol.
She had to fight against an akiba cafe maid (who won a price at some competition) in two disciplines.
1. serving a drink in a maid cafe to bananaman
2. eating moe-ramen (some ramen in akiba)
Both had to be done in a cute way, obviously.
My opinion:
The maid they chose wasn't even cute looking to begin with, kinda awkward in my opinion.
Also she seemed too professional during task 1, almost bored... or too shy.
Momochi on the other hand was basically doing a perfect job, also more like what I would expect from an akiba cafe maid. She didn't take it too serious herself but that's a plus for me, because it should be fun for both and both should know it's a made up situation to have fun and a nice time~
This one was also 5 votes (maid) vs. 4 votes for momochi, so close~
For the second the maid certainly had some more ideas. Momochi still has my sympathy for it though because I was also thinking "what the hell should you do except for eating it", and it seemed she was thinking something similar but still trying to come up with something.
The show also made it look even more like there is something mysterious about momochi's pigtails
