Well I watched Tegomass on DK!!

Didn't understand a lot about it so I can't say much about the actual content... >_>

Anyway, Tegoshi seems to really love his teeth because he keeps flashing them

Is he always like this? He laughs with his mouth wide open, and when singing, after finishing his line he bites his teeth together like *pepsodent flash!* I thought it was funny, it was kinda like Erika and Yui (Viyuden) after they got their teeth fixed

A fun show, but I dunno what more to say >_> I hope it gets subbed! Please somebody link it here if it does

Doumoto Kyoudai was a lot of fun! Man I'm glad I didn't butt in to any pictures they took in Sweden because I rather not be made fun of in Doumoto Kyoudai...

Well, in case someone missed the big news, they are. As for now, without Uchi and Kusano who are back to business though, as trainees, whatever that is supposed to mean.

Personally I'm just dying to see Uchi for now. It was long year and a half and even if I was kinda neutral about it the whole time, I am really wanting to see him now. I have no idea if he's going back to Kan8 now, I doubt it but maybe sometime in the future.

NewS will being their activities with Johnnys Countdown 2006-2007 in Tokyo Dome. There are schedules for their Single released and CONCERT TOURS which will be announced early JAN. We apologize for any trouble we brought and for the long wait, to all the fans and related staffs. Please continue to support NewS without change.

Regarding Uchi Hiroki and Kusano Hironori who have brought big trouble and worry to all the fans and and related staff, as they have shown extreme remourse towards their actions, after much discussion with the both of them and our company, we've decided to respect their decision of wanting to start afresh and return to their basics, thus they will re-start their activites as trainees. Both their schedules in the future would be announced upon discussion with related authorities. We hope to have your understanding, and please do continue to support the two of them too.

I can't believe that after this long wait, they're still not adding in Uchi or Kusano >.< WHAT DID WE WAIT FOR?!

BUT! I'm super happy to have them finally back! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY~!

And apparently they made an actual pv for Sayaendou as well

It's supposed to be concert footage of them singing sayaendou and some anime clips of them as anime characters

They said it debuted like a week ago.

I was also thinking. So it K8 now officially really K7? Because if Uchi is a junior again he won't be in Kanjani right? Or is Kanjani8 officially considered juniors?

If I'm not wrong the new Sayaendou PV is the same they had playing at the TegoMass event... At least that one had concert clips and animated characters. I wouldn't say it's something so awesome to wait to see ^_^; Of course it was nice but compared to NEWS' previous PV's I wouldn't even call it a PV.

And I don't think it's fair to be angry about Uchi and Kusano not coming back as NEWS members... At least they ARE coming back. About K8, it's never K7 period. And no they're not juniors, why would they be? ^_^; I don't think "trainee" means that they're juniors anyway, if that was the case, I can't see why they couldn't have said so. I have no idea what is that supposed to mean but I hope it's something that they eventually will graduate from and become members of the groups again. But I dunno.

I was reading about it on LJ. The trainee's thing seems fit, since they've been out of the game for a bit, they'd need to train to get back into the habit of things.

I'm guessing that they'll be back to their respective groups in due time, if they work hard enough and show that they want it. I mean if not, then the training seems kind of pointless IMO.

lol at all of the angry fangirls though who were mad about the return. I say just be glad Kitagawa brought them back at all. He could've just canned them. And the whole too cruel thing... well they did break the rules, so they had to pay the price.

This Sanspo article basically says that "trainee" is BELOW the Johnny's Junior level. There will be no public appearance but just practice after practice, lesson after lesson. This is the first time members from a popular group were taken down all the way to the "trainee" level. So this "new" NewS will be just the six of them. No Uchi, no Kusano.

That sucks if it's true T_T I thought they would keep training them all this time while they were "gone" for whenever they made the comeback, unless there was no comeback. But it sucks if just now they start training again O_o

I have mixed feelings about NewS' "return". On one hand, I'm happy that they are back. But when I looked at them during Countdown, I couldn't help but feel really REALLY sad. And of ALL the songs, they sang 'News Nippon' which made it even sadder for me.

When I first saw NewS in 2003, they were 9. I thought "Okay! New group of Yamap + 8! Why Yamap + 8? Coz the rest were in long pants while Yamap was showing off his skinny legs in shorts!" Okay. Nevermind that.

Less than a year later, Moriuchi drops out. So okay. NewS is now 8! Nice number!! Coz now it's not Yamap flanked by 4 on each side of him, it's 4-on-each-side NewS!! HAPPY!!

A year plus a bit later, Uchi gets drunk on underaged drinking, makes a fool of himself and gets suspended. As a Uchi fangirl, of course I'm upset BUT! He deserved it. Looking at NewS, hmm... We're kinda back to the 'Yamap with 3 on each side' formation, but it's still okay. Yay!! NewS!!

8/9 months and a bit later, what do we have? Kusano obviously does not learn from example and gets into the same crap that Uchi got himself into a couple of months earlier! And then? Kusano gets stuffed into cold storage too! -_-

To be really honest, 'Sayaendo' to me was a really lonely single. I loved NewS, still do. But to have seen them progressively and steadily drop from 9 to 6 is not a good feeling at all.

Uchi and Kusano deserved to be punished, yes. But it was not necessary for them to be downgraded all the way to trainees. Kusano aside, Uchi has been suspended for more than a year. That's not punishment enough? That's not price enough to pay for his stupidity? If anything, Kusano should be the only one being downgraded. Why? Simply because even with what happened to Uchi, he didn't learn and still went and did the same stupid things.

Boys spend years if not months being trainees before they see light of day as Juniors. How long are these two going to take to climb the ranks again? And then what? Have them dance backup to NewS and Kanjyani when they get back to being a Junior?

I'm happy to see NewS back. There is no doubt about that. But to see a 6-person NewS "come back" without the 2? It is not a comeback really. The suspension of NewS as a whole gave fangirls the hope that when the group came back, Uchi and Kusano would be back in the equation. With things as they are, NewS should have just continued as they were without the suspension of activities. There would have been no difference anyway.

That's true... :ONdunno: It doesn't make sense to make NewS go on hiatus if they were just gonna come back the same O_o

To me there's no real difference cause I became a fan after the whole Uchi/Kusano things, so the NewS I know is basically the 6-nin one. :ONxD: But I understand how the fans of those 2 guys must feel lol
