Awwwww Berryz was just at the closing ceremony

Nico stream will show the interview they made earlier after the ceremony
They got $1887.somecents in donations for Japan at the booth. Not soo much considering there were officially 3500 people at the concert but guess everyone was broke due to the event already and we all donated a lot already anyway didn't we~

I guess I'll do a recap of the concert. I was texted by my friend they were doing the list thing again so I rushed down there but she already had put my name on the list. Yeah... so the list didn't work for the concert.

In line for the concert, it was the same stupid drama with me again but when we were being let in the venue that changed. I got excited! I got like 3 or 4th row. Great view. When the VTR came on, I already was losing my voice. -_- And that and it was kinda annoying that it wouldn't just start. The cool thing though is my friend and I would start the chants before the concert and then people would follow.

Finally though the concert began and it was about the Sendai earthquake and then Berryz came out singing Ganbare Nippon Ai wa Katsu which was sweet and it had the PV. I didn't even look at the PV but just them. It's such an amazing felling to see them in person.

I'm just going to write some notes of the concert now.

-Risako looked at me and smiled? Well, I'm pretty sure she looked at me!!

-Chinami wore the cute fish costume!

-Berryz english...

Yeah, there was hardly any english from them and Chinami's was...

Still props to her for trying(?)

-Miyabi is a great performer and so Is Chinami. They looked happy!

-We got to sing along during Rival!!

-There was a encore. I was the first to yell, ''BERRYZ IKUBE'' of course no one listened and did, ''encore'' instead. It caught on though...

And now that was my Berryz weekend. I know I wasn't there the last day, today, but I'm so lucky to have gotten an autograph on friday and had a chance for the drawing on friday.

So now my question is...

'' When and where is ºC-ute going to perform in the USA?

Video I took of Berryz at the Closing Ceremonies!!! If you take the other things into account, I think they did a good job of summing up what Sakuracon was like for everyone...

sorry for the lack of postage here. Havent been in my room a lot. Been enjoying an amazing weekend of Berryz, Wota, Otaku, and my JPH!P family.
You hav no idea how long I've been looking forward to this. I haven't laughed this hard in at least 2 years. Seeing Berryz perform live and upclose for the autographs was almost secondary to the time spent with you guys. pics and vid to be uploaded soon.
Heard from a source that Berryz flew out tonight, waiting on reliable source for comfirmation, we're planning some airport stalikng for tomorrow even if rumor confirmed to send off Ops and Daigong.

^ Saki posted to her blog at about midnight local time that she just now was packing souvenirs (and not having enough room for em all

) and helping Chinami tidy up their hotel rooms, so unless they flew out like REALLY late, they're not flying out until at least the morning sometime. You guys might still have a chance of catching them at noon! Either they got some late sleep after her post before catching the plane around then, or they just stayed up and caught a really early flight.

Oh yeah, I'm back in Indiana now though still stuck at the airport. I think I almost cried on the airplane at times, no from what I was leaving but just at all the wonderful memories I had from the weekend, and finally being able to just sit back and relax and imagine the full impact...

Yooooo. My final 2 recaps will be delayed until I get back home but I would like to say it was great to once again hang out with everyone from the battle worn world tour vets to the fresh faced rookies and all in between. It certainly has been a crazy few days.

Seattle V.2 was epic as shit!

Mini Recap: Seeing them Live for the first time at the QnA was awesome (momo!

). At the autograph session I told Momo that we had the same bday in japanese (thanks rokun

). She was like, "Honto?! san getsu roku something something?" I was all, "Yeah" Then she put her hand up in a high five kinda way and in my head i was thinking, "Holy shit she wants to high five?" and remembering the No Touching Policy i stood there with my hand up too and after a second i was like fuck it and slapped her hand LOL. Ohh yeah i was wearing my Yossie Egg shirt and i remember Momo looking at it and whispering something to saki and in turn saki glanced at it real quick.. shit i hope they pass the word to Yossie about it

Concert (thx to alohello for hooking up the priority wristband

) was Holy Shit Hype! I was next to Rickker front row right side and we went ape shit ballistic. Me and him got personal waves from Momo, Chinami and Saki. When I waved them down it wasnt the Wota-OMG-MOMOCHIIIIIII-FUCK-ME-WAVE but it was more casual mellow "hi!" wave and it seemed like they responded more towards that. The Chinami wave was special coz as me and rickker were waving at her she looked at us while walking away, turned her head and did a double take and turned around and waved back at us

Shit had i more money i would've went crazy buying their merch but I got me a hangry doll and a hangry keychain to match the Angry one i have.

Saturday dinner. BIG BIG UPS to Rickker for doing what you did for us man, you dont know how much i appreciate it bro

Not my rip and only one half of the interview that niconico was showing shortly after the closing ceremony. It's only one half because the sakura con staff turned off the power in the hall lol so they had to switch to some battery and thus the stream was dead for some minutes (comments were still possible though).
Maybe someone got the other half, will post when I see it somewhere.

I left in the morning on sunday so wasn’t there on the third day but luckily I had already done the events on sunday. I got a autograph friday and was in the raffle friday evening.

This weekend was amazing. Berryz is third favorite group but I sure do like them more then I realize. And the fans were amazing and I was surprised to so many japanese wotas. All of them were so kind! I meet one at the hello!party and when I said I like Miya, he just out of the blue gave me a Miya shirt!!!

Thank you Berryz Koubou for coming to Seattle! It was pleasure asking you a question at the q and a and having you answer it, meeting you, and seeing you perform live!

In my opinion I want to say yes.

I mean, sure the hardcore fans waited in line starting at like 5-6-7ish, as I know on Friday my group and I were in line around 6ish.

But in terms of organization and all, the Japanese crowd knew what they were doing and argued with the staff to allow for early lining up, though it went wishy-washy. BUT we had like our unofficial line-list which definitely helped out on Friday. I mean, the Convention Staff had us in the FIRST line and called out names from the list in order. That surprised me that they honored the unofficial list.

And the fans were definitely fun to be around, even if you didn't know them.

Not too sure about "aggression" since I know for the Concert, I shoulda been first row, but was sorta shoved out, but it wasn't anything serious since I was still able to have a clear view in the second row, but the Japanese people were nice when this little girls mo just rushed her to the front and left her as she went back to the back. And the person in front of me noticed her and told her friend to move aside a bit for her to be front row and he did. They are so nice.

At least from my experience I'd say it was much more fun/ less aggressive than MM @ AX.
