It does seem indeed that many Japanese publications use "Shioli", but most foreign references have her as "Shiori"
Found this 2008 spread from Myojo, where they do use "Shiori"

So, Kutsuna san, which is it Shiori or Shioli?

That's for me to know and you to find out!
