YOUJOK IS MY HERO

the video isn't far from the usual H!P MVs we've seen but... YAY FOR STORYLINE!!!!
and that #$%^&* guy, DON'T YOU TOUCH RIKA LIKE THAT!!!!!!
i wonder how much of the movie's plot made it to the music video. the song IS the theme song, right? did we get any official word on that?
well anyway, i've been very curious about hostesses in Japan and it seems that my God, Rika, sees and knows all and decided to quench my thirst for knowledge on them by making this movie.
I think I read (here or somewhere) that the premise of the movie is: an Edo period princess, Atsuhime, somehow slips through time to present-day Japan and for some reason becomes a Ginza hostess.
Asking students about hostesses in general, they mentioned that Ginza hostesses are supposed to be a cut above other hostesses. Like, they're expected to be intelligent, classy and all that because Ginza is a very expensive area and the hostess clubs there cater to people of high standing in society. Like even Roponggi hostesses aren't close to Ginza hostesses.
Now, going back to the movie, Yuko's character is an elder hostess who is going to train Atsuhime to be the #1 hostess in Ginza. It interests me in that we might actually see how these hostesses are trained and what they actually do.
I imagine that Rika's character is gonna learn the hard way the separation between personal and professional relations as Ginza hostesses are known to be strictly professional. It's like Memoirs of a Geisha with more idols and glam and pop music \^^/ AND ISHIYOSHI BITCHSLAPPING!!!! Gender relations in Japan and Tsunku's views on hostess culture...
HUWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
and Rika looking soooooo fab~
