HOLY SHIT I CAN'T BELIEVE TSUNKU ENGRISH-QUOTED SLICK RICK IN SILVER NO UDEDOKEI :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: He does it twice at 2:00 and 3:41.

[noembed][/noembed] - it's been quoted many times in hip hop and R&B and it just caught me totally off guard this time, especially with the strong accent. It kinda reminds me of how the happy and innocent "I Wish" subtly sampled the "Yeeeeaaaah" intro from the gangsta rap classic [noembed][/noembed]. XD DAMMIT TSUNKU STOP LURKING THIS PLACE AND CONTACT ME ALREADY IF YOU WANT IDEAS FOR SONG ARRANGEMENTS

Anyway, that particular song, despite the corny adlibs, is pretty good and a nice way for Riho to get some good vocal work early on...she reminds me of early Maki Goto, sounding a bit raw and undeveloped at first but showing potential for future awesomeness and needing as many chances to push herself as she can get. Plus I'm biased towards hip-hop/urban pop inspired songs anyway. :P

I love the piano intro and Aichan's vocals on "Give Me Ai"..."OK YEAH" makes me wanna play Initial D. :lol:

I totally understand OK YEAH making you want to play Initial D.
It's pretty full-on Eurobeat. Even the dance has para para!


Also, I'm pretty sure that when "Give me 愛" was played in concert, it had the furigana "ラブ" above "愛".
So it's actually read "Give me Love".

It's kinda like how "夢見る15歳" is read "Yume Miru Fifteen".


I'm still waiting for the radio preview for the Fukuchan/Sayumi duet, "Suki da na Kimi ga".
That one has kinda of a Perfume-y style to it.

The inclusion of random photos from throughout her H!P career is a great touch...I actually expected this video to have both a personal and retrospective vibe, though it would've been nice to see clearer shots of those photos to show off her evolution.
