Getting Into YouDrip. Drip. Drip.Blood continued to trickle down from the man's gory face. Each single drop of the red substance fueled the girl who kept bashing the man's head into the cement sidewalk.
"Ahahahahaha!"
Her loud unearthly laughter was the only sound that could be heard in the derelict street. A few more bashes and the man would meet with the claws of death.
"Gekikara. That's enough."
The named girl turned her head to the voice, dropping the man's head with a loud thump as it hit the ground. Out of the shadows appeared the owner of the voice, arms crossed and a stern look on her face.
"If you kill someone again, you won't just be going to reform school. You might end up in jail."
Black extended her hand out to the twelve-days-younger girl, a small smile forming on lips.
Her laugh toned down to just light giggling, Gekikara took Black's hand with her blood soaked one. "Don't worry about it, Black. Hahaha! I'll be fine," she said as Black pulled her up.
Once Gekikara was on her feet, she tried to let go of Black's hand so she could bite her bloodied fingernails, a habit she still hadn't learn to let go of. But Black kept her grip tight, intertwining their fingers together.
"Don't even think about it," said Black, as if she could read Gekikara's thoughts.
Gekikara stared at her hand, the blood on hers staining Black's usual pristine hands. The warmth she felt from the other girl was calming and comforting. But she didn't know how to take it. Her heartbeat was going a bit much too fast. Gulping, she turned her head to survey the surroundings. "Where's Yuko-san?... And the rest of Rapappa?" she asked uneasily, to try and take her mind off of the hand that held hers.
"They already left a while ago once they beat up everyone else. Yuko kinda got tired of waiting for you to stop bashing that guy's head. You were doing it for at least half an hour," answered Black, her head tilted to take a glance at the near-dead man lying on the street curb.
"..Ahh really?" Gekikara raised her other hand to scratch the back of her head. She didn't know she was the one holding everyone else back. Gekikara was just caught up in the high she got from seeing blood seep from the man's head each time he hit the ground. Though if everyone else left, why did Black stay behind? "Uh, but... Why are you still here then?"
"To wait for you. I didn't want to leave you all alone, silly," said Black in a matter-of-factly tone. "Come on, let's get you home," she said, tugging on Gekikara's hand as she began to walk forward.
"Eh?! Isn't your house closer from here than mine? We should walk to your house first! What about your baby!? Think of your priorities!" protested Gekikara as she jogged forward to catch up the short distance between her and Black.
"I have a babysitter, calm down. Right now,
you're my priority," stated Black, lightly squeezing the younger girl's hand in assurance.
Gekikara wasn't sure how to respond, whether if it was from Black's words or surge of heat she felt from the squeeze, she decided to just remain silent.
The rest of the walk to Gekikara's house was mainly quiet and reserved, with one of the girls usually disturbing the silence to comment on the chilly weather or something about what they just walked past. Their hands were together the entire walk through, the warmth from each other's touch was enough to keep them mobile from the dipping temperature.
Gekikara stood at the top of the staircase that led to her house door. Black was right by her, still hand in hand. "Thanks for walking me. And for waiting..." Gekikara trailed off, her eyes focused to the side with nothing to look at asides from the night shrouded cityscape. She could feel her hand becoming clammy, most of the blood had dripped and dried off on the way to her house, and now sweat was forming on both hands. Any second now and she'd be madly biting on both of her hand's fingernails.
"Listen, Rena..." Black's voice was soft, especially as she called Gekikara by her real name. She took both of Gekikara's hands in her own and squeezed them. "I care for you, okay?"
Each word added to Gekikara's anxiety, her nervousness almost at it's peak.
"I just want you to know, I'll always be here for you. No matter what happens, I'll be by your side. Always." Black pulled Gekikara into a hug, resting her head on Gekikara's shoulder. With her lips by Gekikara's ear, Black's breath was hot and humid.
"I love you."
At the sound of those three words, Gekikara had transformed into a near solid statue, rigid and tense. Sensing the younger girl's inability to respond, Black had let go of her embrace, leaving a peck on Gekikara's cheek before separating herself.
"I know you're surprised by the sudden confession... I'll give you time to think it through. It has been quite a while since I've heard those three words myself." Black started to walk down the stairs, leaving a still stunned Gekikara atop the staircase. Once she had reached the bottom, Black stopped to turn to look at Gekikara who was still standing with the same expression on her face.
"Good night Rena," were the last words Black uttered before disappearing into the darkness.

Gekikara idly sat on one of the chairs in the 4th Floor Wind Instruments Clubroom. Team Hormone sat around a lightly sizzling grill, picking at the cooking meat on it. Gakuran was leaning against a wall opening and closing her switch comb. The Kabuki Sisters stood by quietly. Mochi was gently tapping her hand drum. Shaku sat on the ground fiddling with a video camera. Shibuya sat with her legs crossed in a chair, a bored expression on her face. A clueless Torigoya sat next to Shibuya, looking at floor for no particular reason. Standing next to the President's chair stood Sado, with one hand in the pocket of her jacket and the other tossing a ball into the spoke of her toy. Yuko sat with legs spread wide on her designated chair that was draped with a gold cloth. Everyone in Rappapa were in their respective spots in the room. Everyone except one girl.
The president was the first to speak up about the missing member's whereabouts. "So... Does anyone know where Black is?" asked Yuko, standing up from her seat. No one seemed to have a clue judging from the deadening silence that followed her question. "Ah.. Well, I guess we'll have to do this without her. She does have her baby and everything."
Everyone else seemed to murmur in agreement. Gekikara remained quiet, her fingers fiddling with each other in an attempt to refrain herself from biting them.
Cracking her knuckles in eager excitement, Yuko started to head for the door, with Sado right behind her. The Queens were supposed to follow right after, but only Torigoya and Shibuya got up from their seats. The second generation of the Big Four waited for Gekikara to stand up, but she continued to claw at her own fingers in a growing rush of nerves.
Gakuran kicked herself off from the wall and walked across the room to seat herself beside Gekikara. "Oi." Gakuran swung her knee to the side, lighting hitting Gekikara's knee with hers. "What's up with you?"
The other girl remained silent, but the proximity of Gakuran had caused her fidgeting to slow down slightly.
"Is it because of Black?"
The simple mention of the name had completely halted all of Gekikara's nervous antics, her stillness resembling a statue. The rest of the people in the room could only watch in silent interest.
Pulling Gekikara's arm to get her to stand up, Gakuran said, "Come on, she's probably just late or something."
Gekikara clumsily got up on her feet with the help of Gakuran. Releasing herself from the other girl's hold, Gekikara walked towards the doorway on her own, all eyes in the room watching her haggard movements.

"There's a whole lot of 'em," commented Yuko upon the seemingly never ending outpour of Yabakune yankees. She stretched out her arms and hands, cracking her neck from side to side as she did. "Shouldn't take too long anyways, don't want to be late to meet up with Maeda. Let's go!" All of Rappapa charged towards the oncoming slaughter of Yabakune.
Gekikara was sluggish and indifferent during the fight. She allowed people to hit her more than she hit other people. She didn't even ask anyone if they were mad. Everyone noticed.
"Oi! Gekikara! What are you doing?!" yelled Gakuran as she kicked an advancing Yabakune thug that was about to hit Gekikara with a metal pipe.
"Black's here!"
Gekikara whipped her neck back to see Torigoya pointing to a figure approaching the battle. It was
Black. Gakuran scoffed, smirking as she fended off another thug.
"Sorry I'm late! Had to find a babysitter!" apologized Black, bowing to everyone amidst all of the fighting. Spotting Gekikara, Black ran over to her, knocking down a few Yabakune on her way. "Hey, let's beat up Yabakune."
Gekikara smiled, nodding at Black's words.
Back to back, Gekikara and Black was encircled by a group of the Yabakune yankees. They were in fighting stance, ready to unleash their fury at any given moment.
Black held her cross tightly, giving it a light peck before allowing it to gracefully drop down suspended around her neck. "Are you ready Gekikara?"
The response that came from the girl was a series of her creepy, loud laughter. "Always am," she said, pausing from her laughter. Looking into the eyes of the Yabakune girls standing across from her, she raised a hand to her mouth, slightly tilting her head. "Ne, okotteiru?" asked Gekikara before breaking out into her fit of laughter.
Pushing off of one another, Black and Gekikara launched themselves at the opposing Yankees. Gekikara threw wild, sweeping punches, knocking down any of the Yabakune thugs that came near her. Black was swift and too fast for anyone to even touch her. She'd already taken out a good number out by the time Gekikara had knocked out three girls.
Gekikara was about to go and high five Black on their victory, but the loud ringing of Black's cell phone stopped her from doing so.
"Hello?"
"Un, Saki what's wrong?"
"I can hear him in the background."
"Oh no, it's ok! I'll be right there!"
As Black put away her phone, she had a hurried look on her face. She touched her hand next to Gekikara's hand that lay limp by her side, conveying an apologetic expression as she looked through disappointed eyes. "I'm sorry Geki, I have to go. Tell Yuko and the rest I already left, okay?"
Gekikara nodded, her face stoic in an attempt to mask her being upset at the other girl's sudden departure.
"Thanks, Rena," said Black, taking Gekikara's hand and squeezing it lightly before she disappeared off into the far street.

"You still look as glum as ever."
Gekikara looked up from the curb of the sidewalk to find a tall Gakuran towering over her.
"Her again?" asked Gakuran. Gekikara nodded, returning her gaze to the ground. Lightly biting her bottom lip, Gakuran studied the sad girl. She took a hand out from her pant pockets and stuck it out in front of Gekikara's face. "Come on, let's go eat lunch," she offered. Gekikara stared at the hand in front of her, and then towards a grinning Gakuran.
"Melon pan. My treat."
The younger girl smiled back, taking Gakuran's hand, Gakuran pulling her up from the curb.

"It's because of that baby of hers."
Ravenously tearing away at her melon pan, an upset Gekikara continued to rant about her frustrations with Black. Mainly, Black's baby. Sipping on a straw from a glass of cola, Gakuran could only observe the anxious girl sitting across from her.
"So?"
Gekikara halted her eating, looking up from her melon pan to meet eyes with Gakuran. "What?" asked the younger girl, confused from Gakuran's reply.
Placing the cola on the table, Gakuran stared hard at Gekikara. "So what? So what if Black considers her kid more important than fighting with Rapappa? Of course she would Geki, she's growing up. Everyone else is growing up, everyone has a life to live outside of Majisuka Gakuen," said Gakuran.
Gekikara sat there stunned at Gakuran's words, her eyes wide and her mind at a loss of words. Once again, she was caught speechless by the tomboy's words.
"Listen, if Black really does mean that much to you, then you'll have to accept her having something of higher priority than to take care of you. She has a baby, Gekikara."
Remembering that night, Gekikara could easily recall Black's exact words to her. "Right now you're my priority."
Placing a hand to her forehead, Gakuran sighed with a bowed head. "Do you even know what you're getting yourself into?" she asked.
"I-I don't know," replied Gekikara. She blinked, once, then twice before meeting with Gakuran's eyes. It was right after that split second of eye contact did Gekikara run out of the eatery and into the street.
Her destination was her love.

Black kissed the forehead of her baby boy as she gently cradled him in her arms. "Go to sleep now Leo," she whispered to him. Those large, rounded eyes were slowly shut, a sign that the baby has been lulled off to slumber.
But all of a sudden, a light knocking sound could be heard at the front door. Black placed Leo down into his crib, and shut the door to the room so as to not disturb his sleep. "It must be Saki.. She left her bag here," muttered Black to herself as she eyed a small pouch on the sofa. She picked it up and headed to the door, opening it without even bothering to check the peephole.
"Saki, you left your ba-"
In less than a second, Black was caught in a rushed Gekikara's arms, the pouch landing with a plop to the floor next to their feet. "Re-rena?"
"Black... I mean, Yukirin," whispered Gekikara, her lips right by Black's ear, her arms wrapped tightly around Black's body. "I think I love you too."
It was one of the rare moments Gekikara called her, or even anyone else by their real name in place of their nickname. Black couldn't properly form her words, the lump in her throat increasing with the weight of Gekikara's body against hers.
"Rena..." said Black again. "Do you know what you're getting yourself into?" she asked, holding Gekikara's shoulders back at arms length, relinquishing herself from the embrace. Both their eyes met. Serious brown eyes looked into worried brown eyes.
Gekikara took Black's hands off of her shoulder, holding both of her hands at waist level. She had thought about her answer while she sprinted here. Without blinking, Gekikara let out a breath, saying, "I'm getting into you. Because you got to me, in a way words can't describe. Black... I'm going to love you with my life."
A smile formed on Black's face, the corners of her mouth curving up. She let go of Gekikara's hands and placed her own hands on the other girl's waist. Black leaned in, meeting her lips with Gekikara's lips. She kissed her softly, lightly clamping onto Gekikara's bottom lip before letting go and slightly distancing herself. Black leaned her forehead to Gekikara's forehead, the tips of their noses just grazing one anothers. Looking into Gekikara's deep brown orbs, Black grinned.
"I love you and that's what you are getting yourself into."
