On December 31st 2009, Elva Hsiao held her first solo concert at the Taipei Arena to kick-start her WOW world tour. The Taiwan pop diva performed 33 songs from her repertoire, including the major tracks from her then latest album Diamond Candy that revived her popularity. It has taken more than two and a half years, and a budget of NTD20 million, to make the concert available on DVD, which was given a world-class post-production to ensure the best possible picture and sound quality. Dedicated to Elva's late mother, who passed away the day after the concert which she was unable to attend due to her terminal illness, this Live DVD represents a crucial moment in Elva's life and career. Limited to 10,000 sets only, the [WOW3] Live DVD comes in a Vinyl LP-style packaging (30cm x 30cm) with a 32-page concert photo album and W-shaped speakers.
