I've come across negative reactions toward the first one before, but I think it looks decent...the only thing I don't like about it is how some of the smaller pictures on the right are inconsistently sized and end up messing with the straight lines of the layout.

The other main group cover reminds me of the 2003 Shuffle Groups single cover.
