Rena's weekly monomane is still the gem of this series, but Kumi-sama really rocked the episode. It's really nice to see her in a 'normal' comedic role. You know, one where she isn't being used as a punching bag, or made to dress with boy clothes.

This role will get her a decent ranking in the election for sure.

I'm crossing my fingers for this one.

I like how this show still has the same feel but is focusing on some different characters.

I enjoyed the first episode. Characters are solid, Churi's acting/participation has improved, the fun is still there, more Ogichan.. good stuff all around.

While Kuumin has technically taken over Rena's job as director, it seems like she has taken Jurina's spot instead. Rather than Jurina's weekly transformation into some famous character, it looks like we're gonna be seeing Kumi's death metal alter ego every week now. It makes me wonder how and when they're going to bring her back. At least with Rena, even though she's not there in real time, she still has her monologue and flashback segments for every episode. I figured that discovering the secret to her disappearance might be their season-long goal this time around. And who could miss that bring yellow paper with Rena's face plastered on the wall?  But with Jurina, it's all just one-sided phone calls.

P.S. Masana suits the office lady look so well. Must be the obaachan spirit in her.

I was re-watching some f the Season 1 episodes, and in the one where Kumi came to the future they foreshadowed Wakabayashi's affection for Akane! I never realized that, but Akane's great+ grandfather looks the same as Wakabayashi  Don't over think it or it will become very wrong, haha.

This week's ep was a bit talk heavy.
- Akane walked like a bird  Inicentally, Akane's way of talking and behavious reminded me a lot of Becky somehow.
- lol, barely any reaction from Yuria
- HUGE reaction from Kumi  need sound bites. (no creep) The first "aauuuhh" was hilarious.
- A wild Hara appears... Metal fan = Yankii? What's with this negative stereotyping
- Rena talking in Osaka-ben
- Hata's into Wakabayashi? Is this a soap opera or a comedy show? lol

Yuria as a vampire.... somehow, Magical Radio is slowly turning into Mosou Deka.    I always thought it was just part of their imaginations, but guess it would explain those powers she displayed before. Also, it was really fun watching the other girls' reaction in the back while each do the impromptu segment of the week. Non and Shawako were especially fun to watch - Non with her incredulous reactions and Shawako with her 'lolwat!' face. Shawako seems to shed the super shy girl image whenever she's acting from the script, much like Rena. I think she's a great addition to the cast.

On a side note, it seems like Rena is ready to make her live appearance next episode? If its true, then the only one missing would be Jurina. Is she even going to make an appearance here?

- Kumi has a boyfriend? Nooo~! What did they say about him on TV at the end? I didn't get that.
- Yuria in pajama 
- Continuation of the Akane x Wakachin X Hata triangle 
- Why did Kuwabara put on that annoying voice. It's the wrong kind of overacting, not really funny imo. Some sort of Sakana-kun monomane?
- Rena singing with that deep voice lol
- Intense Hata moment
- Yuria vampire lisping a bit
- Gruesome sound effect when the Alpaca attacked Wakachin
- Kuumetal acting as an idol lol

yes, kumi said that she has a boyfriend who is the exact opposite of her alter-ego (devil-kumi)

in the end he broke up with her because he's too shocked seeing kumi fighting with all those alpacas 

I think it was quite funny, and yes she did monomane sakana-kun, I think that's why her character's name is kemono-chan...
well at least we can see the member are trying very hard to hold their laughs when they heard mizuki's talking

Is it just me or the weather forecast reporter voice is Nishishi's voice?

Overall a very enjoyable episode, I laughed so hard at Akarin's reaction to eating the bugs.
And what exactly is Yuria's character? lol

-I swear I had sudden flashbacks of 3 separate AKBINGO episode when I watched this. Akarin's really perfect for these double-faced roles. First was the not-so-nice nun in Mousu Deka, now this.
- Epic Rena entrance is EPIC, swooping in like some superhero, complete with the swelling music and obligatory slow-motion.
-once again they remembered to insert Jurina's name into the script. Now all she needs to do is make and appearance and we're all set, especially since Rena is back in the radio station too.

Next week's episode features Rumi and Nishishi, so that leaves Rikachan and Yukko as the only Team S members that haven't made a guest appearance yet.

^She didn't. I was just counting appearances that dated back to the first season. Nishishi, Aki, Rumi, Shiitan, Haachan, Yuria, Kuumin, Kanakana and Akarin all made their guest appearances during the 1st season. This 2nd season we've already had Masana and Mizuki. So technically, Rikachan and Yukko are the remaining Team S members who have yet to appear in MajiRaji.
