It's official! I've gotten my tickets and hotel booked! I'm going!

Should've checked the convention's homepage for hotel discount rates first though. Maybe I could've gotten one in the hotel the con is at.
Instead I got one across the street, but whatever.

Now all I need to do is worry about getting there from the airport...

Nah, there's no way the lab people will go. I'm trying to convince non-lab friends to go, but they're still thinking about whether the $30 is worth it (they're not big anime fans and know absolutely nothing of j-pop either so Kikka is not an incentive to them)

I think at least one of them will probably go with me.

Just as a FYI (since stuff can change at the last minute, multiple times), according to AWA's schedule, that last panel on Sunday is 1:00-2:00 in the Renaissance Grand Ballroom. There's also apparently an official (AWA listed) autograph session on Sunday from 2:30-3:30. And the first autograph session on Friday doesn't seem to be on AWA's schedule. Then again, those two autograph sessions seem to overlap with "booth appearance" in both cases; not sure what booth that is.

Her schedule from AWA's scheduling site also includes Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

But I won't feel bad if I don't watch it, I've never heard any of her stuff.

I don't believe you need a ticket; you just need to register (and pay) for the convention.

Sounds good. I'm only planning to go one day, waiting for news from AWA or Yaz to decide which day. I hope it'll be Sunday though.
