Hey everyone! I finally managed to update. Yay!! Anyways, I'm gonna be held up with my final exam coming up. You know, the kind that determines your whole future. Yea...still completely unprepared. But anyways! I'm still going to update as often as I can. I REALLY want to see this fic to the end.

On a side note. Majisuka Gakuen 3. GAH!!! So many screams that night. When I saw that it was Peace, Paru, and Nanashi who escaped....just ASDASFSNN!!!!!

Just like in my fic, they're together! It's just SO hard to describe how I felt back then. And all the FEELS. OMGOSH the FEELS!! Gonna stop before I hyperventilate. But did anyone notice the leaves in Komimi's and Nantene's hair? When they were talking to Paru on the walkie-talkie. Haha!! Mecha kawaii!!

@Kahem-I could see how that could happen, but Sae is Gakuran here remember? I haven't decided anything for Choukoku yet.

@Crossing Crossroads-Hahah!! Miyuki and Sayaka are just so..likeable?ship-able? Did you notice, most of the girls in NMB48 are just....sexy. Even their songs seem to emphasize that. Aki-P must know that they're good at doing that. So he capitalized on it. "What comes after"...you'll find out here! 

@Megumi-You don't have to wait any longer!

Chapter 11


"Well, you're officially healed." Said Airin.

"Finally. Any longer in here and I might have died of boredom instead." Nezumi said as she got up and stretched.

Black discreetly watched her over her book.

When Nezumi looked over, she immediately returned her attention to the pages before her.

Airin chuckled at what Nezumi said.

"Don't worry. I'm sure Otabe-san has lots of work for you to catch up on." She handed her a set of clothes that Komimi had dropped off earlier.

Nezumi glanced at Black who seemed engrossed in her book, before drawing the curtains around her area so that she could change in private.

Yamada Nana entered the room carrying a box of supplies for the infirmary. She set in on the table and passed several rolls of bandages and bottles of disinfectant to Airi, who stored them into cupboards.

Black raised an eyebrow at the amount of supplies they were storing.

"I know an infirmary is supposed to be well stocked. But even so, isn't this a bit....much?"

Nana looked at her in mild surprise.

"You DO realise, that the school festival is REALLY soon right?"

"And with it, the.." Airin continued.

"Annual Clash." said Nezumi, from behind the curtains.

Airin nodded, not minding the fact that Nezumi couldn't see her.

"Exactly. So we're all going to be busy soon. Nana-chan and I will be dealing with the aftermath, while you'll be......" Airin trailed off, not exactly sure what it is Nezumi does besides gathering information.

"Doing whatever it is you usually do." Nana finished for her.

"Right!" Airin nodded as if an answer to a difficult test question was just explained.

Black gave up trying to read, and closed her book.

"I assure you. The damage will be much worse for the other factions."

The curtains drew back to reveal Nezumi in her seifuku and grey hoodie.

"For once Black, I agree with you."

Their eyes met across the room. Both turned away almost immediately. The events in the bathroom flashing through their minds.

Nana noticed this and smirked. She whispered something to Airi, who replied in kind, their conversation causing them both to snicker.

Nezumi decided to ignore this, and bid them goodbye after thanking them for their care.

Soon after, Black rose, and nodded her goodbye before following Nezumi out the door.

The hallways of the mansion were practically deserted, seeing as everyone was at school at the moment.

Nezumi strode purposely through the corridors. She was eager to return to her rooom.The calm quiet of the mansion and the chirping of birds outside projected peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, Nezumi was anything but.

She was feeling agitated. Why? Because she knew she was being shadowed. By whom? Why, who else could it be but the ever annoying Black.

'What is it this time?' Thought Nezumi.

She was already discharged from the infirmary. Black was no longer obliged to 'babysit' her.

This was the opposite of what she needed right now. All she wanted to do, was to lock herself in her room, so that she could finally be rid of Black's gaze and contemplate why she felt what she felt.

She continued the walk in silence, mindful of Black's silent footsteps behind her.

Unable to bear it any longer, she spun around and confronted her 'stalker'.

"Why are you following me?"

Black stopped and gave an even stare at Nezumi's question.

"I'm not following you."

Nezumi scoffed.

"You've been at my heel since I left the infirmary. Explain that."

Black raised an eyebrow, a smile tugged at her lips. Nezumi wondered why she seemed so amused.

"Has the famed infomaster forgotten? My room is just past yours."

Nezumi's face flushed red. She turned on her heel and re-doubled her efforts to return to her room.

Of course. How could she forget? Black slept in the same wing as she did. Nezumi mentally groaned. Now she's made a fool of herself. In front of Black no less!

Finally, Nezumi reached her room. But as she reached forward to open the door, her hand stopped short of the doorknob.

She turned around once more. Annoyed that she was still there.

"What now?!" Nezumi's glare seemed ineffective as Black was unfazed.

"I'm just glad you're alright now."

Nezumi was taken aback. She definitely wasn't expecting that.

It was getting awkward now. She had no idea what to reply.

"A-arigatou....for everything." Nezumi looked to the side, trying to hide her blushing face.

Somehow, it just felt like the right thing to say. Not only did Black save her, but she even took care of her to a certain extent.

Movement out of the corner of her eye drew her attention back to Black. Nezumi let out a small gasp.

When did she get so close?

Black was now less than an arm's width away. There was an unreadable expression on her face. Nezumi found herself drawn into Black's serious eyes. They were like dark voids which threatened to pull her very being in.

When Black took another step forward, Nezumi retreated in response. She found herself backed up against her door, with no where to go as Black invaded her personal space.

They were close, oh so close. Yet, barely touching.

Black leaned towards Nezumi, finding herself drawn to her lips. She didn't know why, but she just had an uncontrollable urge to taste them, to kiss the sly, smart, vampire.

Nezumi's heart felt like it could escape from her chest soon. She was trapped as Black inched closer, she could feel her warm,sweet breath on her face. She held her breath when her dark, mysterious saviour was but a hair width away.

She closed her eyes, waiting, anticipating.

But nothing happened.

When she opened her eyes, Black was already gone.

Kanon stared out the window and sighed. She could barely pay attention in class as the teacher droned on and on about the right way to use some kind of equation, or was it a theory now? Oh well, she'll just ask Miho for her notes later.

She gazed longingly at the outside, enjoying the calmness that flooded her being whenever she watched the clouds. A few birds flew into her vision, and she followed them to the woods on school grounds.

Seeing that area brought back memories of the day before. A light blush graced her features, and she couldn't stop a shy smile from pulling at her lips.
Would she see her today? Will they k-kiss again? How should she act when Komimi's around? What should she do?!

But then her face darkened as she remembered their situation. They were in opposing factions. There's no way that the others would allow this. The whole thing spelled disaster.

The kiss flashed through her mind again, causing a goofy smile to appear on her face. Butterflies fluttered in her stomach, and her heart clenched when she remembered Komimi's deep gaze. Such beautiful eyes......

Oh well, she'll cross that bridge when she got there. But for now, who cares?

"Non-chan, are you looking for someone?"

Kanon's head snapped to Miho, who looked up curiously from her lunch.

"Huh? No, I'm not. Why do you ask?"

Shaku spoke up from beside her.

"Well, it's just that you keep looking around, you know? With that searching look on your face."

Kanon struggled to squash the rising panic.

"Really? I'm just noticing how the atmosphere here seems to be more energetic than usual."

She had to stop herself from sighing in relief when her 2 friends nodded in agreement.

"Everyone's just excited to hear that Sayaka-san and Miyuki-san are back." said Shaku, her attention back to devouring her food.

Miho swallowed her ramen and added,

"They were always quite popular. Don't we have a training session with them tomorrow?" She looked at Kanon for confirmation.

Her friend blinked in surprise. Until....

"Ah! Yeah! We do. I almost forgot!" Kanon exclaimed.

"You almost forgot a training session? Acchan would be mad if she found out." said Shaku, who was smiling.

"Hey! I said ALMOST." Kanon defended.

Who could blame her for forgetting? Her thoughts were too pre-occupied with a certain vampire.

"Uh huh. Whatever you say. But we've got the whole of today free. Wanna hang out at the cafe later?" Miho asked.

"Sure!" Shaku agreed immediately.

"Actually....." Kanon hesitated.

"What's wrong?" Miho asked.

"Sorry, but I don't feel like going today. You two go ahead."

"Are you sure?" Shaku asked, surprised that Kanon would pass up an opportunity for desserts.

"Is something bothering you?" Miho was concerned at Kanon's behaviour.

"No! Everything's fine. I just thought that I'd stay in the library to study, or take a walk in the woods since its such a beautiful day." said Kanon.

"Then we'll stay with you." Shaku offered.

"No,no,no.You wanted to eat some cakes right? Don't let me stop you. Just go on ahead. I'll be fine, really." Kanon reassured.

"Well....if you say so. We'll meet you back at the dorms later, okay?" said Miho.

"Okay, just don't worry about me and have fun later." Kanon replied.

That topic aside, the trio resumed their lunch while chatting as always.

On the other side of the cafeteria, a group of girls were also having their lunch.

Yuko had just sat down with her tray of food when she noticed someone missing.

"Are? Where's Jurina? She's not with you today, Rena-chan?"

The ojou-sama like werewolf shook her head.

"She told me this morning that she had something to do during lunch."

"Ehhhhhh....but you don't know what it is?" Yuko asked.

She received another shake of the head.

Annin sat down next to Rena and calmly ate her food. She swallowed a mouthful, and said,

"I know."

Two heads snapped in her direction.

"You do?" Yuko asked, not believing Annin's words.

"Yes, I do." Annin was unaffected by their stares, she continued eating, totally relaxed.

Rena prodded Annin.

"Well, what is it?"

"I can't tell you."

"Why not?" Yuko asked, perplexed

"Because she told me not to." Annin nonchalently sipped her tea.

"What?! Why would she do that?" Yuko was bewildered.

"Ne, Annin. Won't you tell me? Please?" Rena asked.

Annin made the mistake of looking at her. Her eyes slightly widened when she saw how cut Rena was being. Her doe-like eyes were large and pleading, while her lips held an adorable pout.

No wonder Jurina could never resist her.

Darn it.

Annin sighed, and slowly lowered her tea.

"Let's just say, it's got something to do with your birthday."

"My birthday?" Needless to say, Rena was surprised.

"Ahhhhh, I should have known."

"She also told me to keep you occupied, so you wouldn't go looking for her."

"Wakatta, I'll respect her wishes." Rena said.

"But what is she doing exactly?" Yuko asked.

"That...shiranai." Annin admitted.

"Sigh, so you don't know either huh?" Yuko was somewhat disappointed.

"Don't worry, I'll find out on my birthday anyway right?"

"I guess so." Annin agreed.

"Then I'll wait until the time comes. She's working hard to surprise me after all." Rena said maturely.

"Just don't tell her that I told you okay?" Annin asked, afraid of what would happen should Jurina find out.

Rena gave her word immediately.

So did Yuko, provided that Annin bought her cake later.

Komimi was on her way to the cafeteria. Her face lit up as she hoped to get a glimpse of her favourite human. And such a spirited one too. A HDS member who was strong, yet cute. She hoped that they would be able to meet privately after school.

She had just kissed her once, and already, she was hooked. The whole experience was addicting. The way her heart sped at every little thing she does. From smiling,to laughing, to being cute, to just.....being there.

The vampire let out a slight laugh. She was even cute when she was glaring at her yesterday.

She faltered as she suddenly heard something. There was movement in the left room ahead of her. Shrugging, Komimi decided to ignore it and continued on her way. Whatever it was, if it involved her, she'd know soon enough.

And she was right.

Right as she was passing the door, it suddenly opened and Komimi was yanked inside the laboratory.

Without seeing who it was, she blindly swung a fist at her kidnapper.

Who caught it in her palm and clamped a hand over her mouth.

"Ssshhh!! I just want to talk." Jurina whispered urgently.

Seeing that Komimi had calmed down, Jurina opened the doors to double-check if anyone was around.

Once satisfied, she locked the doors and faced Komimi.

"Sorry I had to do that, but with our current situation, we can't risk being seen together." Jurina leaned against the table opposite Komimi.

"What do you want?" She crossed her arms and glared suspiciously at Jurina.

"You're friends with Nezumi right? I've seen you two together."

"What of it?" Komimi didn't trust her. Why was the werewolf interested in Nezumi.

"She hasn't been to school yet right? When will she be back?" Jurina was relaxed as she said this. Not wanting to seem intimidating in any way.

"Why do you want to know? What does a werewolf like you got to with her anyway?" Komimi was being wary. What was going on?

"I just want to meet her. As for our relation, that's up to her to tell you. Don't worry, I mean no harm." Jurina held up her hands, trying to convince Komimi that she wasn't a threat.

Deciding to humour her, Komimi answered.

"Our medic said that she should be back in school tomorrow."

"Ahhhhh....then there should be enough time." Jurina mumbled.

Komimi, being who she is, heard it.

"Enough time for what?"

Jurina looked up in surprise and nervously waved her hands in front of her.

"A-ah!! It's nothing. Pretend you never heard that."

"What are you up to." Komimi stared at her suspiciously.

"Nothing harmful. I promise! Anyway, just tell Nezumi to meet me in the woods behind the school tomorrow okay? After classes."

Komimi said nothing. She still doesn't trust Jurina. It was too suspicious and sudden for a werewolf to want to meet Nezumi, a vampire. Not to mention that they were both highly ranked in their respective hierarchies.

Jurina clapped her hands in front of her and pleaded.

"Just pass her the message. Please? It's nothing harmful, but it's REALLY important to me."

"Fine, I'll tell her. But don't expect her to be there." Komimi huffed.

"Yosh! That's all I need. Arigatou Gozaimasu!" Jurina gave a little bow and hurried to the door. She made sure the coast was clear before making her exit.

Komimi gave a sigh and massaged the bridge of her nose.

"Nezumi....what did you get yourself into this time?"

Yes but it's unfortunate that 4 members, kenkyuusei or not, graduated from NMB. 

Besides that, I noticed that part at the end of MG3 too. I FANGIRLED TOO. AKI-P HAS TO MAKE ANOTHER SEASON. HE HAS TOO. I haven't seen NMB or HKT (Besides Annya? I can't remember her name despite her being one of the best badasses...) in any of the dramas right? Maybe he'll make another featuring them?

Ohgawdz. Black, there's nothing to be embarrassed about just... chu~ Nezumi.~
