[A group of three extremely-attractive Flag Officers approach the Duty Officer office on the small island base. When the DO on duty, 2nd Lieutenant Irie Risa saw the svelte figures of her former senior officers, Rear Admiral Uemura Akari, Rear Admiral Miyamoto Karin and Commodore Inaba Manaka, she immediately sprang up from her seat, saluting them]



Risa: Welcome to Izu-Oshima, Admirals, Commodore!! Errmm..what brings you here, Ma'am? , [timidly] forgive me for asking...

RADM Uemura: Risa, its ok. Don't worry about it. [Akari used her name instead of addressing her by her rank, and was eyeing the Lieutenant she has previously trained closely for any signs of her panic attack returning at this moment]

Akari: Where is your Commanding Officer, Risa? Where is Captain Danbara?

Manaka: Are they still training? With the team

Risa: Ermm...yeaah...I think so.. they already started filming this training session on indoor range 4, Ma'am. I wish I could join them.

[As Akari, head of Special Warfare, offered a smiled in gratitude, Karin understandingly stroke the lower forearm of Risa empathetically. The head of Naval R&D have always been a calming source of comfort, having herself once being the sufferer of Risa's current affliction]

Karin: Don't worry...just take it easy..and don't think that far ahead...before you know it you will be back with them, Risa.

AMI: We have a lot to talk about, Ruru. Runo, please get a cup of coffee for Colonel Danbara.

CAPT Ruru Danbara: Eba, don't get ahead of yourself, ok? Watch your airspeed.

[RURU pulls her control stick of her F20 fighter jet, pulling 2G force with ease as she banked to starboard. On her radar, the J=J Captain monitored her junior officer's F20 jet flight path with interest, slightly concerned as the younger attempted to replicate her combat maneuver]

SLT Kisaki Ebata: I can't...I...

[Almost on the brink of blacking out, Ruru shouted stern commands on her comlink with Kisaki] PULL UP, EBA! WAKE UP!!
[Upon hearing the words, in particular of Bibimbap, Eba suddenly regained consciousness. Waking up with the ground rapidly approaching her, Eba executed a full burn, pushing the throttle full forwards and sharply banking towards her port side, narrowly escaping certain death at the deep canyons below]

Kisaki: Phew...I'm ok..I'm good skipper!

Ruru: RTB to the carrier now, Eba. Playtime is over.


ONBOARD MORNING MUSUME

[As Kisaki dismounts from her F20 cockpit, she suddenly heard the ship's PA system announcement]: Second Lieutenant Ebata, Report to the Flight Ops. Second Lieutenant Ebata, Report to the Flight Ops.

Kisaki: (to herself) I guess I'm done for, huh?


FLIGHT OPS

CMDR Rei Inoue: Hey, that's a close call you've had up there. What happened?

CAPT Ruru Danbara: [just walked into the room] She just executed a death-defying stunt, Rei. That's always been Eba, always so stubborn, always pushing her limits.

Kisaki: Captain, I know that I will never be as good as you, or Commander Inoue, but that will not stop me from trying again, Ma'am. Until I succeed.

Ruru [smiling contentedly]: Oh, yeah [fishing something out of her flight suit pocket]. I almost forgot. You dropped this while you're getting off your plane.

Kisaki: [receiving] That's not mine. This is a rank insignia of a Full Lieutenant. See? 2 Silver Bars.

Ruru: Well, I guess that makes you a full Lieutenant, wouldn't it?

Kisaki: Seriously, skipper?! [Tears started appearing in her eyes]

Ruru: Hey, you're not the only one who's promoted today. Meet Lieutenant-Commander Matsunaga Riai, Deputy Operations Officer.

[Riai appeared sheepishly after opening the door, dressed in her dress blues with her new rank sewed on her sleeves]

RADM Akari Uemura: You know, I've never been prouder of you guys. Even though we the Original Members have left Juice, you still took the best of what we taught you to heart, and paid it forward by teaching those training lessons to your juniors.

[LCDR Tamenaga Shion entered the noisy room, saluting CAPT Danbara Ruru. The J=J skipper then motioned for her team, who is still euphoric after a victorious mission, to quiet down and sit on their chairs]

LCDR TAMENAGA: Evening, Ma'am. Fleet Admiral of 5th Fleet is online. She'll be addressing your Team now.

CAPT DANBARA: Thank you, Commander. Just patch it through.

[Shionnu then pressed the button on the video screen. Flashing an image of Uemura Akari]

VADM UEMURA AKARI: Job well done, JUICE!

EVERYONE: Evening, Admiral!

CMDR INOUE REI [pointing towards her own shoulder]: And Admiral, Congratulations!

VADM UEMURA: Oh...you mean these 3 stars? Never mind these..I'm just temporarily taking command of 5th Fleet for the next few months, since Admiral Miyazaki has now gone on maternity leave, she requested me to be her Acting Fleet Commander. It's not like I wanted a promotion anyway.

CAPT DANBARA: How can we help you, Admiral? What brings you to call us?

VADM UEMURA: Listen, minna. You're gonna have a new member assigned to JUICE. Please train her and take good care of her, ok? Hey, I gotta go now...ciao!!

But then again, maybe you are still suffering from PTSD as a result of being bitten by Lieutenant-Commander Matsunaga in the last TrianGroove II campaign, while on the battlefield!

LT Ebata Kisaki: Commander, Sonar contact bearing 030, reading 15 knots.

LCDR Matsunaga Riai: Is that our stalker again, Kin-chan? Have they detected us?

Kisaki: I don't think so, Ma'am. Seems like they're headed above the thermal layer.

Riai: Mame, come left to course 015, slow down to one-third.

ENS Endo Akari: Aye Aye, Ma'am.

Riai: Rig for ultra quiet! Let's see if they've really seen us. Passive Sonar all the way. We have to get close ashore to pick up Skipper's team. It won't do them any good if our sub got intercepted in the meantime.


THE MORNING MUSUME, AIRCRAFT CARRIER FLIGHT DECK

CMDR Makino Maria: Juice 2 and Juice 3 setup on the catapult, Admiral.

RADM Uemura Akari: Very well, clear them for launch, Maria.

COL Inoue Rei & CMDR Kudo Yume: Roger that Morning Tower.

[Rei and Yume's fighter jets roared forward, pushed hard by the steam catapults of the massive carrier]

Akari: Ichikachi, what's the picture on the ground.

FLT Arisawa Ichika: My drone's following their pursuit Ma'am. Tango's not far behind. I'll try to slow them down with my remaining hellfire missile.

Akari: You're down to one?! Jam their communications, Ichikachi. Juice 2 and 3 are inbound. Relay the message to the Land Team.


LAND TEAM, ENEMY LINES

Ichika: Juice Leader, this is Juice 5. Juice 2 and 3 strike package will be delayed a couple of minutes, they're engaging bandits. I'll try to slow down your pursuers.

CAPT Danbara Ruru: Roger that, Juice 5. Pave our way out if you can, over. Captain, out.

Ruru: C'mon Sakura..can't this thing go any faster?

WO Ishiyama [Driving the combat buggy like a madman]: I'm going as fast as I can, skipper!

LT Irie Risa: Mifu, Niina, I'm out of high explosives. You gotta take out those goons behind us.

SSG Kawashima Mifu: We're trying, Lieutenant! But sniping on a buggy driven by a crazy person is next to impossible.

Sakura: Hey! Watch your words, staff sergeant! I'm your best chance at getting us out of these woods ok?

SGT Hayashi Niina: I've got three down!!

Risa; C'mon...c'mon!! Yes!! [The team heaved a sigh of relief as the view ahead revealed that of a beach]

"CAPTAIN DANBARA!! Don't even think  of getting outta here! We've got you surrounded!!"

Ruru: Not anymore, you don't.

[Out in the distance, Ruru's eyes followed the sight of her executive and operations officers' jets screaming towards their target facility, launching 3 missile towards the ground target and their pursuers]

Ruru: Right on time!!

Sakura: Our beacon's activated. The Yafuzo is aleady dead ahead, bearing 010.

Ruru: C'mon! It's not over yet, we still have a long swim ahead of us!

15 minutes later...

Riai: Fleet Captain on Deck!

Ruru: [Wiping her face dry, returning Riai's salute] So, how do you like running a submarine, Commander?

Riai: Not gonna lie, Captain. It was even more nerve-wrecking that I expected.

Ruru: Well, I'm glad you had fun doing it. Let's go home people. The Fleet is awaiting our return.
