wwwwwww so I posted this morning about the NMB mobile mail loophole in the voting. which allows people to vote an unlimited number of times for 315 yen each vote (i.e. you keep registering a new NMB address).

Seems that other infinite vote loopholeS have since been discovered:

この件に関し、調査及び精査を行ったところ、速報集計時で545票、本日（5月26日）16時30分時点で1,129票の重複投票が認められました。
Having gone through inquiry as well as thorough investigation related to this situation, at the time of the preliminary results 545 votes, and at the current point in time, 16:30 (26th of May) JST, 1129 multiple votes have been observed.

誠に申し訳御座いませんが、投票サイトに書かせて頂いている通り、各公式モバイルサイトにつきましては携帯電話１契約に付き１票とさせて頂いておりますので、２票目以降を無効とさせていただきます。
Our deepest apologies, but as has been written on the voting site, for every mobile phone contract we only allow one vote per official mobile site, so we have made invalid every vote after the first.

皆様からの重複票の課金に対する御返金につきましては、基本的に御返金致すべく、進めさせて頂く所存で御座います。返金方法及び、日時の詳細に関しましては、後日ご案内させて頂きます。
Concerning repayment of money spent on multiple votes, as we should fundamentally be doing so, we intend on going on with repayment. We will inform you of repayment methods, as well as the date and time, in the near future.

No surprises that Milky, Sayanee, Yui and Nana lost out on quite a few votes compared to others. Although Sasshi has lost the most she had a lot more to lose compared to others so to me its a bit of a non-factor. What's more interesting is that within the top 10 Yukirin and Yuko have lost a significantly less number of votes than the other members, though this could very easily be  just another coincidence as well. All this drama and we're still no where near the actual event

It's cool to see not much changed.

The first day results are always good for a laugh and I try not to overvalue them, but seeing Sasshi at #1 is pretty damn exciting. It's fun to think that even #1 might now be a lock. Realistically it will much more than likely go to Yuko, but still, fun to think about.

@YKT: Where is the quote from? That quote doesn't even mention AKB48, the FNS line-up has already been announced for this year, and AKB48 aren't appearing as they are at Sapporo Dome that day...

Also, those times don't match up with the election:

According to the following official blog post (posted midnight March 27th), the concert is called AKB48 Super Festival "Nissan Stadium, chicchae! Chicchakunaishi!"*
