^first, Happy Birthday Flyp!  To answer your question: Fuji TV was really tardy airing the live event last year.  But Acchan was one of the guests so that was a plus.  Hence this year they are likely to be tardy as well.

Best to watch the livestream first, then perhaps take a look at Fuji TV's coverage (there will be link(s) posted here if a stream is available) later.
