Sorry it's been long and boring... But I'll try and get the couples reunited soon! And add some drama to this if possible... :sweatdrop:

Chapter 14 Pt. 2

Sayaka dragged Yui out of the cafe just keep her from making a scene and in front of Rie. Of course, Yui, was extremely upset about it, but Sayaka calmed her down, when she shouted 'shut up to her.

"You can be mad at me, yell at me, and hit me even, but don't go off on Rie, like that!" Sayaka harshly said.

"Why do you care?" Yui had raised her voice, people around even turned to look at the two.

Sayaka quickly glanced around, waiting for everyone to stop watching the two. "Because you're still my friend, and going off on your girlfriend like that won't end well. I was stopping you from it, is all." She spoke in a calmer tone.

"Okay, you've stopped me, now leave me alone." Yui tried to head back in the cafe, but Sayaka caught her arm.

"Wait, Yui." Sayaka got the girl to stop and turn to her. "We need to talk, please. I am sorry for what I said before, but-"

"Leave it alone, Sayaka." Yui, retracted her arm from Sayaka’s hold.

"Yui-"

"Enough." Yui spoke in a harsh whisper.

"I'm going to keep trying to save this friendship, even after everything." Sayaka said.

Yui turned her back towards her and walked away, heading back in the cafe.

Sayaka sighed, and headed back to work.

-

"what do you mean?" Miyuki asked for the hundredth time. "Haruka, loves her job, she is happy here, she will be happy taking over the company."

Miyuki and her boss were in her office, him looking over the stack of files and Miyuki pacing back and forth still in shock about her boss announcing to her that she or Sayaka will take over instead of Haruka.

"Miyuki, stop, I've made up my mind. Now, come here and help me with these numbers, we should be making more..." He said, his eyes never leaving the paperwork.

Miyuki stopped pacing and stood behind him, wanting to strangle the man. How could he be so calm, how could he just not listen to what she is saying, at least consider, Haruka is perfect for taking over. "Haruka, is just dealing with some things, she will get better and-"

"Miyuki." he finally turned to her on his seat. "This job takes a lot of time, for Haruka, it will be too much, seeing that she up and left after what happened. Yes, I wanted her to take time off, but considering that in this line of work, not just designing but running a fashion industry, takes all her time, I doubt she would be able to run it smoothly."

"So, you are just, throwing her aside for the sake of your company?" Miyuki was just in awe at the man.

"I'm not throwing her aside." He turned back in his chair and viewed over the work. "I'm giving her a chance to live her own life."

Again, Miyuki wanted to strangle the man, stand behind him without saying a word.

"Let's get back to work, shall we?" He asked.

Miyuki made her way around her desk, sitting down on her chair across from hi and taking a file. "At least talk to her about it, your not giving her a chance until you talk to her."

"Alright." He replied, not even looking up."By the way, what is she doing?"

"She's out." Miyuki answered. She was now poking down at the file.

"What is she doing... Out?" He glanced up.

"She's just out."

"Miyuki."

"Why don't we get to work?" Her eyes shifted to him from the paperwork and back down when he just sighed.

"I just want to know what my daughter is up to." He said closing the file he had in hand and sat back on the chair crossing his leg over the other.

Miyuki continued to go over the work, even though she didn't give it much attention. "Then talk to her. I can't go behind her back and tell you what she asked me not to tell you."

The man smirked. "She is just like her father."

Miyuki shrugged, "I don't know, I think she has some traits, but at least she talks to people."

The man slightly chuckled. "Right." He picked up the folder again and took out a pen beginning to work in peace.

Miyuki quickly glanced up at him, realizing those traits Haruka has from him, but she could honestly see Haruka had other things on her mind than a million dollar company. She was more caring.

-

Harukas original plan was to enjoy the day and go shopping all on her own, but, she left Yuko's office with so much on her mind, mainly about her mother.
As she made her way down the busy streets of the fine city, she shook her thoughts away and decided to just go with her original plan and ignore her thoughts even if they weren't going away.

She made her way down her favorite shops as a young teen, when her father would bring her along and let her go shopping with some private security guard, which she had demanded to get rid off since then. She enjoying going to these stores and finding designed clothes by her father. She would grab from the rack and hold it out, looking over the detail of it, remembering when her father would show her the design in drawing before anyone else. This time, she wanted to walk in and do the same, look around and then suddenly find something from her father’s company. Usually it would be men's clothes, but with the most recent release of women's clothing, it would mean she can find some in her section.

Examining pieces of clothing here and there in the most high fashion, expensive store, she picked some for herself and judges some she hated just to put back and walk on. The ones she got were cute clothes she loves to wear when she's out with friends... Well, friend. And she got some for when she's ready to work, more for business. She found a particular suit jacket now, her father’s design; she picked it off the rack and looked it over. She remembered the jacket, it was one he had seeing long ago, but never made it until a year ago. Placing the jacket back, her happiness from all the clothes that surrounded her, quickly faded away. The jacket was the design he had made for her mother. Haruka, loved it. Placing it back, she continued on and again tried to push those feelings back.

With brand new clothes and accessories, and panties and bras as well, Haruka continued on with her day, thoughts going away here and there but Paris, just had too many fond memories now. She made her way to a restaurant for something to eat, she remembered she hadn't eaten all day.

With bags hanging off her arm, she entered a very English pub looking place, loving the rugged look of it. Walking in, she was greeted by a waiter and she asked for a table for one in a nice secluded area of the place. The man smiled and escorted her to the perfect table.

Not noticing, someone had followed the waiter and Haruka, from the bar they were sitting at. Once the waiter left a menu for Haruka, he told her he would return to take her order. Haruka smiled at the man and thanked him and with that he left and this someone appeared where the waiter had stood.

"Hi, Haruka." She smiled, nervous to find out how she would react.

Haruka looked up, "Haruu!" She exclaimed, surprised to find the girl. "What are you doing here?" She asked.

"I was here waiting for someone when I heard you." Haruu explained. "I had to come and see you... I want to talk."

"Same." Haruka replied. "Sit. Please." She gestured for Haruu to take the chair across from her.

Haruu hesitated, but took the seat. She was nervous still. Expecting a different reaction from Haruka. She thought, maybe, Miyuki didn't tell her about their meeting.

"I've wanted to talk to you about that night..." Haruka said, her cheeks slightly turning red. She was embarrassed for the kiss she planted on Haruu, and the way she reacted by running off half naked, the night was just a whole embarrassment.

"Really?" Haruu asked, definitely seeing that Miyuki didn't tell her anything.

"I never meant to kiss you or act the way I did, I'm sorry." Haruka apologized to Haruu.

"No, it's okay." Haruu waved her hands at her.

"It isn't okay. I made a fool out of myself that night. I shouldn't have kissed you, I shouldn't have run off the way I did. I was a mess that night." Haruka hid her face in her hands.

"Haruka, honestly it's okay." Haruu reached to remove her hands from her face. "I know you weren't in the best state and I was happy to help." She smiled.

Without realizing, Haruu still held onto Haruka's hand, and Haruka noticed. She glanced down and back up at her, Haruu did the same and quickly let go.

"I'm sorry!" She was flustered. She placed her hands on her lap to keep from reaching out to the girl and end up making her uncomfortable.

Haruka gave a small smile, her cheeks showing a bit more color to them. For some reason, Haruka found Haruu interesting with her actions and the way she spoke to her, as well as her life; traveling, meeting people.
"It's alright. Why don't you join me for lunch?" Haruka asked, shyly.

Haruu only let out a quiet, "uhhhh.."

"You're probably expecting someone." Haruka quickly wanted to retract her previous question.

"I am, but..."

"But?" Haruka raised a brow.

"I was actually..." Haruu, had the opportunity to get closer to Haruka, with her having no knowledge of Miyuki's belief that she was the one to spills the beans to the tabloids. "Haruka, I wanted to talk to you about your scandal."

"What?" Haruka asked, surprised Haruu knew, yet, she thought if Kojima knew, then what other person wouldn't.

"I thought you would have known when I approached you, but you didn't and I-"

"Wait." Haruka cut her off, she remembered the night again. Haruu was the other person she told. "You told the paper what I told you?"

"No!" Haruu sat up, her hands waving no to her. "Listen, I didn't do it, I swear. Miyuki, confronted me about it and I swear it wasn't me-" Haruu tried very hard to explain, but at a point her words came out to fast and jumbled all together.

"Miyuki, knew?" Haruka furrowed.

Just then the waiter showed up to take their orders, but Haruka quickly stood up grabbing her shopping bags. "I have to go."

"Haruka, wait!" Haruu stood up to follow, but in a swift turn Haruka stopped her. "Stop. I don't want to see you, ever!"

Haruka turned back around and walked out the pub. Haruu ran after but stopped at the door watching her go.

"Hey, Haruu. Was that Haruka?"

Haruu turned to find the person she was expecting. A tall Italian man.

-

Miyuki and her boss were quietly going over some work from the files. Everything seemed to be right, but the man kept going over and over them, as if he was just trying to occupy his mind.

Miyuki, began to feel her back becoming tired from sitting and slouching over her desk, she sat up and stretched her back, her boss catching her doing this.

"Why don't we take a break." He said, placing the file down. "I'll go get us some food."

Miyuki, stretched her arms out now, "I am hungry."

"Okay." He stood up, buttoned his suit as always, as grabbed his wallet he had taken out before and stuck it in his pocket.

Before even walking to the door his phone rang and he picked up. Miyuki, ended her stretching feeling better and stood up to shake her legs now.

"Hello... Yeah... Really?" The man spoke to whoever was on the other line.

Miyuki listened carefully once she heard, Haruka's name through the phone in the quiet room. She pretended to be doing her own thing but listened intently, although she couldn't catch anything else after the man walked a couple steps away.

"No, no, I'll take care of it. Make sure to send me the details... Okay, thank you. Goodbye." He ended the call.

"Who was that?" Miyuki dared to ask.

"Work partner." He answered, putting his phone in his pocket. "Now, I'll go get lunch." He turned and left the office.
Miyuki was curious as to who he was speaking to now and why she heard Haruka’s name. She knew, though, she wouldn’t get an answer from him, even if she bugged him. She sat back on her chair, already tired from the past couple of days. She tried to distract herself with the worksheet on her table but, now she couldn’t. Picking up her phone, she decided to call the only person that didn’t stress her as much.
A couple rings and she picked up. “Hey, Miyuki.”
Miyuki could her she wasn’t in an up and up mood as before. “What’s wrong?” she asked.
“It’s a long story,” She replied.
“You can tell me, Sayaka.” Miyuki leaned back in her chair. “I’m good at listening to long stories.” She smiled.
Sayaka sighed. “It’s about, Yui.”
“Tell me.”
Sayaka began to explain to Miyuki what had occurred the other day and about today at the café. Miyuki listened to her, but she didn’t know Sayaka left the part out about telling Yui, Haruka pick her over her. Sayaka, didn’t want the girl to stop calling like last time, she wants her to know she is the one she wants to be with and maybe if she mentioned less about her past with Haruka, that it will work out.
Once Sayaka ended her “long story”, Miyuki could only advise her. “Give her some time, maybe she will come around and give you a chance to talk. Clearly, she is still upset over Haruka, and with the scandal… I think if she clears things with Haruka, she can move on with Rie.”
“That’s the thing… Yui doesn’t belong with Rie, Yui needs to go back to Haruka.” Sayaka said.
“You know that won’t work out.” Miyuki replied.
“I know…” Sayaka sighed. All she wants now is for things to settle, to be with Miyuki, move on from Haruka, and have Yui as her friend.
“We can only wait and see what happens.” Miyuki told her, hoping to make her feel a little better in some way.
“Okay…” Sayaka muttered. “How are you?” she now asked.
“I’m the same as you… kind of down.” Miyuki admitted. “But, I’m doing better now.” She smiled, wishing Sayaka could see her.
Sayaka wished that as well once her lips couldn’t help but curve up. “Same. Hey, what happened with that person you think is the one who told the paper about Haruka.”
“Oh, I haven’t spoken to her, but she said she was going to come back to prove it wasn’t her.”
“And who is ‘her’?” Sayaka asked.
“The girl in the picture with, Haruka.”
“I thought that was her new girlfriend…” Sayaka said as her voice faded.
“No…” Miyuki answered.
“Miyuki, I don’t want you getting into trouble, what if she is the one who did it and then..I don’t know, uses you to get to Haruka.” Sayaka was concerned for Miyuki, not wanting anything to happen to her.
“I’ll be fine” Miyuki assured her. “I really, just want to get whoever did this, Haruka doesn’t deserve what she is going through.”
“Alright. You do know her best…”
“That’s right, you listen to me.”Miyuki chuckled.
Sayaka laughed, “Whatever…”
The two went on talking on the phone, forgetting everything else. The two were again lost in their own world.
-
When Yui walked back into the café, Rie had been sitting with the waitress who was consoling her after Yui and Sayaka walked out. Once Rie had seen her approaching, she quickly stood up and grabbed her things, leaving money for her food and the waitress. Thanking the young lady, she walked over to Yui, giving her a sad look then walking out. Yui followed.
“Rie.” She called out to the girl.
Rie only ignored her and quickened her pace as she threw her jacket on and walked past people. Yui was able to catch up and Rie didn’t say a word, she only looked forward.
“Im sorry!” Yui apologized and Rie halted her steps.
Turning to her she finally spoke. “You’ve never acted the way you did when we were in there. And I don’t doubt this has to do with your ex.”
“I told you, I am over her.”
Rie only stared at her and after awhile of looking into her eyes, “You keep telling yourself that.” And walked away, going back to the building she works at across the street.
Yui only watched her go, knowing to leave her alone just for the day.

-

By the evening, Miyuki arrived home with food in her hand that her boss had sent with her for her and Haruka. He mentioned to her he would be gone for awhile and would come home once he was done.

As soon as Miyuki entered the home, she called out for Haruka. Making her way in, shutting the door behind her and throwing her shoes off, she made her way to the kitchen to place the food on the counter.

"I brought food." She said. "Haruka?" She turned, to check the area. "Are you home?" She left the food and her keys on the counter, making her way to Haruka's bedroom.

Surprised, she found her sitting on the floor at the eye of the bed, drawing like she had the other day.

"Hey, I brought food, are you hungry?" Miyuki asked walking over to her.

Haruka looked up at her and shook her head. Miyuki noticed she didn't look well.

"What's wrong?" Miyuki kneeled in front of her.

"Why didn't you tell me you spoke to Haruu? Why didn't tell me it was her who leaked my secrets?" Haruka asked, in such a monotone voice.

Miyuki was taken aback. "You spoke to her?"

Haruka focused back on the drawing and colored in an area of it with her pencil, the grey filling in the dress that Miyuki could see now.

"We met by chance at a pub, she told me you met with her." She looked back up and asked again, "Why didn't you tell me?"

Miyuki lowered her head, "because, I wanted to make sure it was her who told the newspaper about you."

Haruka threw her drawing aside now, and finally showed some emotion. "You should have told me."

"I didn't want to add more to everything that's going on in your life." Miyuki's raised her head and her lower lip stuck out.

Haruka tilted her head, a serious expression looking at the little kid face Miyuki was pulling. "You should have told me." She said again, in a more frustrated tone.

"I know... I'm sorry." Her eyes went wide, like a puppy.

Haruka reached to grab her hand and pulled her to sit beside her.

"What did she tell you?" Miyuki asked once she was seated close to her friend.

"It wasn't her..."She answered. "And you?" She added.

"Same." Miyuki replied.

"Do you think she's telling the truth?" Haruka asked.

Haruka turned to her with hope Miyuki says no. Haruka just wanted to have another friend and Haruu, she felt a pull towards her each time she saw her.

"I don't know." Miyuki breathed out.

There was a silence now... Haruka sunk onto Miyuki's side, resting her head on her shoulder. "I think I'm ready to go back."

"To Japan?"

"Not just home, but to work, to my old life."

When Miyuki heard work, she felt her heart sink. "Haruka, I have to tell you something..."

I really hope you guys are still reading... I know it's been blah. If it isn't good anymore than I'll work on another fic and mess that one too lmao! Yeah, well here another update. Mistakes!   :cow:

Chapter 15

Miyuki sat watching the father and daughter argue about Haruka not taking over the company. She quietly sat listening both out; wanting to mediate between the two at some point, but she never had a chance until she finally heard Haruka take a deep breath in and slowly exhaled. She settled down and her father did as well, Miyuki patiently waited for her to speak. When Haruka did, she told her father she will take over the company and nothing will get in her way anymore.

Miyuki watched the girl from where she sat, catching Haruka standing straight, chest out, and looking confident; something she had not seen in a long time.

With that, Haruka went to her bedroom leaving Miyuki and her father in the living room, quietly watching her until she shut the door.

"Well, that worked." The man said going to his bedroom.

Miyuki had to do a double take towards him and stare at him wide eyed as he walked into Miyuki's bedroom without letting her get a word in. Miyuki tried, but she only stuttered a word.

"Wh-what?"

-

Friday finally came and Dinner plans with Yuko and Haruna, were still on. Haruka was excited to meet with the ex-model after such a long time and Miyuki, always being a fan and a friend, was excited as well. Although, Miyuki still had to work, she promised Haruka she would try to finish work quickly to leave early, get home and get ready, then the two can head over for dinner.

Haruka stayed home and decided to clean, since the last few days she had done nothing but be depressed and live in her room. She wasn't big on the whole cleaning but with this feeling better and moving on thing she's got going on, she washed the dishes, threw away spoiled food from the fridge, vacuumed(which she had no idea they had a vacuum), and she decided to do laundry. She hauled all her and Miyuki's dirty clothes to their small laundry room and began to separate the whites, darks, and colors. Then she began to check pants pockets and jacket/sweaters for any loose change Miyuki usually leaves. She had to go through so much, finding a lot of change and cash as well as a small paper in one of Miyuki's pants. She didn't bother to look at it and threw it aside with everything else until she stuck the heavy load of clothes in the washing machine.

Sighing after pushing start, she sat on the floor with the rest of the dirty clothes and grabbed the money to count and tell Miyuki how much money she's been loosing. Just as she finished, she grabbed the small paper and opened it, thinking it was just nothing important, but to her surprise she found Haruu's name and number. She stared at it for a couple seconds which caused her to contemplate wether she should call her, she's been curious to know if it was her or not that told the tabloid everything. Haruu had said it wasn't her in such a convincing way.

"What are you doing?"

She jumped when she heard her father. Looking up at the doorway, she found him buttoning his white collar shirt. "I thought you were gone." She furrowed.

"I came back, I got beer on my shirt." He said, now fixing his sleeves.

Haruka watched him, always had to have everything perfect. "Beer?" She asked, "I thought you were at work."

"I had to meet someone." He replied.

Haruka mentally shook her head, thinking, 'he always has to be so secretive.'

"I see you cleaned the house... Well, still are." He chuckled looking at the pile of clothes around her and Haruka did as well.

"Yeah, the house was a mess." Haruka said, looking back up at him.

"Good, I was about to get a maid to clean." He turned to leave, but his daughter stopped him.

"Wait," she stood up from the floor. "When are we heading back to Japan?"

"Sunday." He replied. "Have everything ready by then." He turned back to go finish getting ready.

"Wait," she stopped him from leaving again. "I was wondering..."

"Yes?" He turned back raising a brow.

"If I can do my big return... For fashion week." She coughed out the last part. Yet, he caught what she said.

The man gave a small chuckle and said, "No."  And with that he quickly walked back to the bedroom with Haruka at his heels.

"Come on! It will throw everyone off and press would go crazy, good publicity for you and your clothes will sell more than it has been these last few months-"

"He stopped again, turning to find Haruka having to step back an inch from him. "How do you know about that?"

Haruka smirked, "I saw the paperwork..."

The man let out a low growl from the back of his throat and turned, again, to the bedroom actually making it in this time and grabbing his suit jacket.

Haruka waited for him to say something, watching him throw on his suit.

"I'm not using you to gain publicity or gain more money. Once fashion week is over, you will get back to work and no one will give it much care."

Haruka scoffed. "Wow, actually caring about me now." She was the one to turn and leave the bedroom now and her father followed.

"Hey!" He shouted, causing his daughter to turn, "I care about you. I'm sick of hearing you say I don't."

Haruka could see he was angry.

"I'm here, I took care of you, I worked this hard for you!" He pointed at her. "Everything I'm doing is for you and your future."

Haruka only gave him a blank stare, not believing him. "You say that, but are you?"

The man was going to reply to that, but decided not to. He only cleared his throat and buttoned his suit, "I'm going now." He grabbed his keys and wallet and left.

Haruka  only turned back to finish the laundry.

-

Yui hasn't spoken to Rie since that day, well Rie never gave her the chance. Most of the time, Rie would be busy with work and also ignore Yui's calls, not ready to speak to the girl. Yui knew why, and honestly she didn't want to go through it, she wanted to keep fighting for the relationship.

Finally, remembering Rie was coming out early from work, Yui waited for her in the lobby of the company building. The minute Rie caught her sitting on a leather couch, playing with her phone, she took a deep breath and walked up to, Yui.

Yui heard the girls heels clicking towards her and looked up, quickly staggering to stand on her own two feet.

"Hey." Yui spoke in an almost whisper.

"Hi." Rie replied in the same soft voice as well.

"I was waiting for you, I'd like to take you out to eat." Yui scratched the back of her head, trying to act innocent.

Rie shook her head. "I don't think we should go out. I want to talk..."

"Sure..."

"I'll make us dinner at my place." Rie said, and Yui gave a nod, sticking her arm out to let Rie go first and she would follow.

Once they made it to the apartment, Rie went straight to cooking and Yui stood by watching her, not knowing what to do really. She watched her take things out of the fridge, the cabinets, watched her cook, and slowly Yui inched closer to her until she stood behind her, wrapping her arms around Rie's waist and resting her chin her shoulder.

"What are you doing?" Rie asked, not moving an inch.

Yui didn't reply, she only planted a kiss on her cheek and moved to kiss her jawline, down to the girls neck and began to suckle it. Rie didn't stop her however, she only let her continue, feeling the heat rising between the two.
Yui turned Rie around to face her, her lips pressing up against Rie's and continued to kiss her. Everything began to go quickly, one minute she pressed Yui up against the counter and the next they were in the bedroom. Yui reached to behind Rie to unzip her dress to take it right off.
Rie, then took the hem of Yui's dress shirt to pull it off and now the two were in bed with clothes being thrown everywhere.

Yui kissed Rie and Rie kissed Yui. At one point, Yui sat up, over her girlfriend, looking her over, from head to toe and... She leaned down to kiss her, but before her lips even met Rie's, she rolled off of her, the two laying on their backs, chest going up and down, and staring at the ceiling.

Rie could tell that by the look Yui had when she dyed her up and down, her mind was somewhere else. "You still aren't over her..."

"I tried..." Yui replied.

Rie sat up, grabbing her dress from the floor and threw it on. Yui sat up as well and watched her.

"I think we need a break. Once you've settled your feelings you can talk to me." Rie turned to her.

Yui shook her head, "I don't want a break. I can settle my feelings now."

"You can't even go through this." She said, pointing out what happened seconds ago. "All I want is for you to be happy and you aren't."

"But I've been happy with you."

"You try... You shouldn't try."

Yui stayed quiet.

"I'll go to Paris for the two weeks on my own... Maybe when I come back you would have made up your mind." Rie said, turning away from her and standing up. She left the bedroom with Yui sitting half naked on her own.

-
All the running around and paperwork was keeping Miyuki busy. She helped with designs, order more fabrics and accessories for the clothing line, and made sure everything was ready for fashion week, she had no time to rest. It was good, however, time flew by and she was looking forward to the dinner.

Already done with the last few orders she signed for, she finished her day, ready to head home, when her boss walked into her office asking,

"Miyuki, did you order the flowers for-" he stopped when he looked up, finding her with her things in hand.  "Leaving?" He asked.

Miyuki nodded, "yeah, I have plans with Haruka."

"Is that so?" He asked. He made his way over to the desk, placing the file down and taking a seat. "Where are you two going?"

"We have dinner plans." Miyuki replied. She didn't want to tell him what exactly they were going to do for the night, seeing that Haruka had asked her not to say a word last night.

"The two of you?" He asked, his leg crossing over the other.

"Yeah..." She replied in one word now. She was afraid she may say too much.

"Can I join?" He asked with a smile.

Miyuki stared at him, trying to come up with an excuse instead of her one word answer, 'no.'
He chuckled and stood up again, grabbing his file. "Im only teasing. I need to finish up here before I leave back to, Japan. Have fun." He chuckled as he walked out. But he popped his head back in, telling Miyuki, "please, keep Haruka from anymore trouble."

Miyuki gave a nod and he left. She took a breath of air and relaxed, the man was sometimes too intense even if moments seemed calm.

Haruka sat on the couch waiting for Miyuki and when she did arrive, Haruka jumped up from the couch and ran to her, asking her why she was late. Miyuki opened her mouth to ask, 'what?' But she didn't say a word and looked at the time on her phone.

"Haruka, we have an hour." She giggled.

"I know, but I want to see Haruna already." Haruka replied. She was very excited.

"I'll quickly shower and change." Miyuki smiled. She turned away from Haruka, wanting to head to the bedroom, but she stopped at the door when she felt her friends presence behind her. Turning she found Haruka at her heels. Miyuki laughed. "What are you doing?"

"Nothing." Haruka cutely smiled.

Miyuki only shook her head and widely smiled back at her.

Haruna, was just as excited as Haruka. She wasn't sitting on the couch ready however, she was actually finishing getting ready. In the middle of finishing her make up, she heard the front door open and like a puppy, she stood from her small seat and ran over to greet her wife.

"Hey!" She smiled to which Yuko replied with a huge grin as she checked her wife out, scanning her from toe to head, catching her wife's smile turning into a frown. "Where the hell have you been?" Haruka smacked the shorter woman.

"Ow." Yuko frowned, rubbing away the pain from her arm.

"I've been waiting they will be here soon and there's no food or wine or cheese. Nothing!" Haruka cried.

Yuko smiled again, finding her wife very attractive when she was upset. "Relax, honey. We have about an hour, I'll quickly make the food, the wine is in the bag, and-"

"You need to get ready still!" Haruna cut her off.

"And I'll get ready." Yuko walked up to Haruna and took her by the waist, reaching up to kiSs her. "Relax." Haruna took a deep breath and exhaled slowly, relaxing into Yuko's hold.

-

Miyuki and Haruka were finally in the car ready to go. Haruka tried rushing Miyuki while she did her make up and Miyuki kept telling her to calm down, but Haruka was eager to meet with Haruna again, she wanted to arrive there already.

She relaxed a bit once Miyuki began to drive, the two silently listening to music playing on the radio. The drive wouldn't be long but with traffic at this time, on a Friday night, Miyuki knew it would take them the lasting of the twenty minutes to get to Yuko's and Haruna's. For the meantime it was decided the two should talk to get through the traffic quicker.

"Your dad is always so secretive isn't he?" Miyuki started off with that.

Haruka sighed, "he has always been like that... I know he is up to something now, but I don't want to know."

"Aren't you curious though?" Miyuki turned to her once they stopped at a red light.

Haruka shook her head. "I don't. I know that if I do it will hurt me."

Miyuki only nodded, but soon asked. "Wouldn't it hurt when you find out later?"

The light finally turned green and Miyuki continued, waiting for Haruka to answer.

"I don't ever really find out anything, if I do it's usually half the truth and it's the half that doesn't hurt me."

There was a silence now. Miyuki wanted to respond but it seemed like Haruka was losing herself in her thoughts.

"Also, I know if I find out the whole truth... I'll want to stay away from my father and honestly," she took a breath of air. "I can't handle loosing him, especially when he is the only family I have."

Miyuki had another stop and once she did she reached over to take Harukas hand. Haruka turned, without a word from Miyuki, she understood she would be there for her no matter what, she will be the closest thing to family.

Finally arriving to Yuko and Haruna's place, the two stood in front of their door, Haruka shaking in excitement. They were slightly late, about ten minutes, but that was only because they didn't have anything to bring so they stopped by a small bakery for a cake.

"Knock." Miyuki said. She held the box of cake in her hands.

"Ah, right." Haruka said after realizing Miyuki couldn't. She balled her fist and excitedly... gave a soft knock. In moments the door opened and found a shorter girl with a toothy smile, catching an apron on her.

"Hi." She greeted. "Come in." She stepped aside, opening the door wider, and letting in the two girls. "Sorry, I'm still cooking." She looked down at her apron.

"It's alright." Haruka said. "This is Miyuki, by the way." She pointed at her friend.

"I remember you." Yuko smiled as she closed the door. "We met at one of the companies party a couple years back."

Miyuki tried to recall but got nothing. "I don't remember," she chuckled, embarrassed she has forgotten. "I'm sorry."

"It's okay, it was only when Haruna and I began dating." Yuko laughed. "Come in, Haruna is probably in her bedroom on her phone. Oh let me take that." She saw the box in Miyuki's hands and took it.

Yuko lead the girls to the living room and the two guests were amazed at how well decorated the room was. Haruka knew  this was Haruna's work.

"This is beautiful." Haruka said. The designed room was something out of a magazine.

"Thank you." Finally the woman Haruka's been waiting to see for awhile appears.

"Haruna!" Haruka smiled widely, extremely happy to finally see her old friend. The two walked up to each other and hugged.

"Long time no see!" Haruna said, slightly pulling back from the hug. "You've grown." She commented.

"And you look much more beautiful than before." Haruka replied.

"I've grown into a woman." Haruna joked.

Haruka laughed and the two gave another tight hug, only to be pulled apart by Yuko.

"Hey, okay, she's married."

The girls laughed. Haruna walked over to Miyuki and greeted her as well.

"Hi, Miyuki, still cute as ever! I remember you always smiling up at me during photoshoots." She gave her a hug and pulled back just to pinch the girls red cheeks.

"I'm only cute when you're around." Miyuki muttered as her cheeks were still being pinched.
"How about some wine?" Yuko asked.

"I'll get the wine." Haruna said, "sit. Yuko will finish dinner soon." She told the two younger girls and eyed her wife. She had been a little upset at her partner for distracting them earlier and had a late start for dinner. The married couple headed to the kitchen, grabbing some glasses and a bottle of the most expensive wine in France, as well as Yuko checking up on the food.

From the living room Haruka and Miyuki could see the couple and they both giggled to themselves watching them interact.

Moments later, dinner was ready. Everyone sat at the table, their stomachs grumbling for the food they smelled. Yuko, served the plates and more wine, while the other three continued their conversation. Yuko didn't pay much attention since they only spoke about fashion and models, although Yuko did listen in on the models names, drooling over them. Haruna caught her and gave a small stomp on her foot from under the table.

The evening was going well, once dinner was over, Yuko picked up everyone's dirty dish, but Haruka got up to help. Haruna and Yuko both told her to not lift a finger, however, Haruka didn't listen to them and helped.
With the last two dishes in hand, Haruka took them to Yuko who washed the dishes and asked Haruka what was up.

Haruka placed the plates down and looked up at her. "Nothing is up, why?"

"I can tell that you wanted to tell me something when you offered to help." Yuko replied, grabbing one of the plates Haruka brought.

Taking a deep breath she answered. "Okay, there is something." She said quietly so the other two friends won't hear. "I found Haruu's number and now, I kind of want to call her..."

"Do it." Yuko said.

"Really?" Haruka asked.

"Yeah, if you want to speak to her go for it."

"Yeah, but I met with her and she might be the one who told the tabloids about everything."

"Might be?" Yuko asked as she washed a plate.

"Well, she said it wasn't her and I kind of left... She was the only other person I told... while I was drunk." She explained.

"Try talking to her, you'll know if she is lying or not." Yuko said.

"What if she is a good liar?"

"Then, she's good." Yuko smirked.

"You're no help." Haruka rolled her eyes.

Yuko laughed and went on washing the dishes. The two continued to talk until Haruna came back for another bottle of wine, cheap wine this time.

"What are you two talking about?" She asked once she took the bottle out a cabinet on Yuko's side.

Yuko finished the dishes and dried her hands. "Nothing. We are getting to know each other." She replied to her.

Haruna smiled. "Good." She reached down to kiss her wife and Haruka blushed a little, never was she around many couples so open like they were, she remembers with Sayaka and Yui it was more private, also with her ex husband.

"I left Miyuki, come we need to continue our talk." Haruna said looking over to Haruka and the three headed back to the living room, drinking and conversing about anything.

It was already eleven at night and the girls couldn't stop conversing, they came up with any topic that at one point it was about a 'celebrity you would date', which ended with Yuko jealous and pouting at Haruna. The girls were so distracted in their conversation they didn't even notice the time, yet, they continued until Yuko remembered the cake. She got up to grab plates and serve. This time, Miyuki ran over to help.

"So," Haruka turned to Haruna, taking her glass of wine into her hand, "have you thought about going back to Japan and modeling again? I bet my father would love to have you back."

Haruna tilted her head and thought about it. "I don't know, I'd really love to return to modeling but..."

"But?" Haruka asked.

"I haven't actually thought about going back. I guess I'm happy with Yuko."

Haruka smiled. "You two look very happy."

"Thank you." Haruna smiled as well. She turned to find Yuko staring at the two, quickly putting a smile on her face and returning with the cake in hand and Miyuki.

By the end of the night, Miyuki and Haruka were offered to spend the night, but Miyuki had work in the afternoon, and she knew she would sleep in after staying up so late. The girls said their good nights and the guests left.
Yuko and Haruna were left with a table of left over cake, empty wine glasses, and an empty wine bottle. Yuko walked over and began picking up when Haruna approached her from behind, wrapping her arms around the girls waist and softly planting a kiss on her cheek.

"Haruka asked me if I ever thought about going back to Japan." She whispered to her wife, "and now I can't stop thinking about it."

Yuko placed the plate she had picked up back on the table and ran her hands over Haruna's arms. "I don't want to go back..." Yuko whispered, wincing a bit, she expected for Haruna to go off like every other time they had a conversation about going back.

Instead of the shouting, Haruna let go of Yuko and stepped away from her. Yuko turned and found her almost in the verge of tears.

"Haruna, babe,-"

"Stop." Haruna cut her off. "Why do you always do this? I gave up so much for you. You said we would go back home but it hasn't happened."

"I just don't like it there, I thought you were happy here?"

"I'm happy with you, I love Paris, but I want to go home and..." She sobbed into her hands.

Yuko quickly approached her and tried to wrap her arms around her wife to comfort her explain why she didn't want to go back to Japan, but instead, Haruna pushed her away and headed to their bedroom with Yuko at her heels only to be shut out by the door slamming in her face. Yuko was about to knock when the door opened rapidly and a pillow and blanket came flying to her face knocking her back and on the ground. She pulled the blanket off her head and found Haruna giving her a glare then shutting the door again.

Yuko slept on the couch, she had to take off her nice clothes and slept in just bra and panties; not like she cared. She felt bad, horrible for causing her wife to cry, she never wanted to upset her wife after a good night. Her thoughts only kept her up now, figuring out what she should do, wishing she had never made a deal with Mr. Shimazaki...

She recalled the night he approached her at her apartment door back in Japan, in his thousand dollar suit slightly wet from the rain and an umbrella hanging on his arm.

"Yuko," he said in such a sophisticated voice, "I'd like to talk to you."

"Talk." Yuko replied.

"You cannot tell anyone what you heard, you can't let Haruna find out, and you can't come near my daughter. Understand?" Though sophisticated he sounded threatening.

"Or else?"

He chuckled. "Very smart..." He cleared his throat and spoke up again. "I can have you removed from school, your future can go down the drain."

Yuko scoffed, "yeah, right." She turned to open her door when he stopped her.

"Also, I can convince Haruna to break it off with you and I know you don't want to lose her."

She turned towards him, this time upset at him. "What?"

"If you keep this a secret, convince Haruna to leave to France with you where you would get a job right after you graduate, I can promise you I won't tell Haruna about your past."

"What do you know about my past?"

"The things your parents made you do." He said.

Yuko walked up to the man, raising a finger, "you are an evil man!"

"I really am not." He smirked. "Now, deal?"

Yuko took a minute to think and finally answered. "Deal."

Now, laying on the couch, the pent up anger towards the man rose, but she took a deep breath remembering she did the right thing; she made sure Haruna would never know. She would rather have her not know and be upset with her, than be around such an evil man.

Still really enjoying the story with all the twists and turns. So many different characters and relationships, and I'm still hoping for that YuiParu and SayaMilky.  :)

Can't wait to see what happens next.

Hey everyone! I wanted to do a quick update or more like letting you all know that I may stop writing any Fics for awhile. So, I probably won't update this one for awhile as well as any other fic... :( ... I do love writing, I enjoy making Yuiparu Fics and sayamilky or any other... However, recently I've been I guess not in the best place. I didn't start New Years off with such great news about my health and for the past couple of days I've been anxious and worried... My mind hasn't really stopped to calm down as much as I need it to. I don't mean to post such a message to those who read my Fics, but I wanted to let you know that I won't be writing or posting, at least until I've finally become better and handle my situation. I honestly hope it won't be long, I pray that I get better soon and go back to being happy and writing because honestly I'd rather have my mind occupied. My health isn't THAT bad, but it's something I never expected.
I will still be active on here reading any other Fics since they do calm me and I really enjoy reading many Fics, I'll also be active on my tumblr reblogging and liking posts since it also keeps my mind occupied.
I'll do my best to get better and I wish all of you a Happier New Year!

Im back! Sort of... A lot sooner than I expected but I've talked to my friends and they told me to just keep doing things I enjoy, to keep my mind occupied and as you saw or didn't, I posted a Yuiparu Sayamilky family chapter  :thumbup
I'm also trying to get back into writing little by little, I've still been kinda down at times, mostly feeling anger for some reason, but I was told to do things I enjoy and keep my mind occupied so writing was one of them and I couldn't stay away. I'll be here on and off posting, at times I'll be gone a little too long so expect that ( not like I didn't do it before lol) Oh and I'm not sure if I'm keeping with the story...ha! Probably messed up is all good!
My health is getting better in some parts and others I still don't know, but hey I'm functioning so it's not all bad.:)

The next morning, Haruka called Haruu asking to meet up with her. She took Yuko's advice to call the girl up and talk it over, she also wanted to find out who told the tabloids. Waking up early, she sneaked out of the apartment, not wanting to tell Miyuki or her father where she was off to, knowing well they would stop her.

Just as she arrived to the park, with a cup of coffee in hand to keep warm in the early morning, she found a nearby bench by a tree and quickly made her way to claim it. Sat on the bench, Haruka looked at the view in front of her, it made her want to take out a pen and paper to draw the scenery,  sadly, she didn't have any in handy.
Haruka missed drawing, she'd done it since she was young and now, she hasn't been able to as much, and when she does her hand cramps. She thought, she should get back to designing, start to train her hand to draw those simple lines and abstracts she loves to create, it will help once she returns to work.

Lost in her thoughts, Haruka didn't realize Haruu was approaching her. She slightly jumped in her seat when Haruu appeared in front of her greeting her  with a, 'Good morning.' Haruka sat up, putting up the same stoic look her father always has.

"Sit." She simply said and Haruu listened.

Haruka never turned to her, her eyes only gazed over the scenery, keeping her from going off on Haruu. On the other hand, Haruu, watched Haruka, waiting to see what she would say to her. After a moment of her not saying anything, Haruu opened her mouth to speak but Haruka spoke up not giving her a chance.

"When I met you, I was interested in you. Something about you attracted me to you and when we spoke you were kind. I haven't met anyone kind like you were in a long time..." Haruka finally turned to her, "until now, I'm interested in you and I don't know why when I barely know you... All I know is, you travel, you're from Japan, and you could be the one who spilled my secrets-"

"I swear, I didn't." Haruu wanted to defend herself, she wanted Haruka to know it really wasn't her.

"Why should I believe you?" She asked, "I barely know you." She repeated.

Haruu sighed, her hands gripping the bench where she sat. "I know who told the tabloids... I know who listened in on us that night."

"Who?" Haruka asked, not much of a reaction shown.

"Do you remember the Italian guy, the one who paid for our drinks and treated us so kindly?" Haruu asked, moving a tad closer to Haruka and Haruka just slid a tad away.

"Yeah, I do. Was it him?" Haruka asked. She herself knew, the way she sat, the way she spoke, and the way she looked at Haruu, was exactly like her father and she could see Haruu trembling on the inside, now she knew how her father works, how he can make almost anyone do what he asks.

"I-it was." Haruu replied.

"Are you lying?"

Haruu shook her head, her eyes never leaving Haruka's. "I'm telling you the truth."

Haruka finally looked away and Haruu felt the gaze that had held her, let go of her and she looked down at the ground.

"I believe you..." Haruka spoke up, softer this time.

Haruu looked up and caught her relaxed now, she wasn't stoic or uptight. She too relaxed, her tense body loosening and sitting back on the bench. "If I had known he was there at the door listening in..."

"You've done enough for me. I'm sorry, I blamed you when I shouldn't have." Haruka apologized.

Haruu quickly replied, "don't apologize, it's understandable. I would have thought the same thing... You really believe me though?" She asked, wanting to make sure Haruka really did believe her.

Haruka nodded. "I barely know you, but I can see you aren't lying to me."

"I'm glad." Haruu gave a half smile to her, even if she wasn't looking. She watched her now, since no one was saying a word. She watched Haruka look over the scenery, wondering what occupied her mind. "I can take you to him..." Haruu said, breaking Haruka's thoughts.

Haruka finally turned to her, "Where is he?"

-

Miyuki awoke with no one sleeping beside her. She thought maybe Haruka was up and around their home, but once she got up and checked the bathroom, living room, and small laundry room, she realized she wasn't home. She thought her boss probably knew and went over knocking at his door to ask. Surprised, he came out yawning and in pajamas still, never did she expect to find him waking up this late since he came to Paris.

"Have you seen Haruka?" She asked.

"No, I'm just waking up." He replied, sounding tired.

"I can see that..." She muttered.

"Is she not here?" He asked.

She could see his eyes close, wanting to sleep more. "No... But she is probably at the store or something. I'll shower and see if she comes home."

The man said, "okay, wake me up if she doesn't." And with that he shut the door, heading back to sleep.

Miyuki, left back to her bedroom, deciding that maybe the man had a late night at work or with friends. Back in her bedroom, she sat in bed grabbing her phone and finding one missed call from none other than Sayaka. She smiled and laid back in bed, tapping the call back button on the screen. She heard the phone ring twice and she picked up.

"Good morning." Sayaka answered.

"Hey, Sayanee." Miyuki answered gleefully, forgetting about everything.

"How are you?"

Back in Miyuki's room, the man returned to bed for more sleep. Indeed he had a long night, but it was all for the sake of his future and his daughters. Still he was able to fall right back to sleep with ease.

--

As soon as the two arrived to a five star hotel, Haruu went straight to the receptionist and asked for the Italian guys room, telling her he would be expecting her and the woman called the mans room. Haruka looked around while they waited for the young woman to let them head up or him come down, she realized she had been there before.
"He isn't picking up, he might have checked out of his room." The young woman said as she hung up the phone. She had broke Harukas thoughts and watched her go to the computer and search up his name, which she doesn't remember from that night.

"He checked out this morning from his room." She informed Haruu.

Haruu went wide eyed. "He said he was here for another month!"

Haruka ignored her and went on to ask the woman, "Did he leave a cell phone number or anything?"

The woman checked on her computer and shook her head. "He does not have any number listed here, I'm sorry."

Haruu sighed, "I swear, Haruka, it was him."

Haruka could see Haruu was desperately wanting her to know it really wasn't her, although Haruka kind of figured already it wasn't and that this guy was the one who told. "It's alright. I believe you. Now, I have to go back to my apartment and pack." Haruka said as she turned back towards the exit and Haruu followed along shouting thank you to the young woman before disappearing.

"You're leaving?" Haruu asked once she walked beside Haruka.

"Yeah. I'm going home." Haruka simply answered.

Haruu dropped her head, looking at the tile floor. "But," she looked back up and ran in front of Haruka, halting her from going further.

Haruka raised a brow, "what?"

Haruu looked up as if she was thinking, wondering if she should say what she wants to say. In a moment, she sighed and her shoulders shrugged. "Nevermind."

Haruka only ignored her now, and walked past by Haruu. "I have to go now if you have nothing else to say." She knew she was acting cold towards her since this morning when they met, but Haruka didn't want to get close to her, she didn't want to let herself actually get to know her even more.
Haruu returned to walking beside her until the two stood outside hailing for a taxi.
"Haruka," Haruu spoke up. Haruka turned to look at her as a taxi stopped in front of them. She stared at the girl waiting for her to speak soon she did while she opened the door to the taxi. "Have a safe trip. I hope we meet again... Oh, and I swear I'll figure out where he disappeared to."

"It's okay." Haruka shook her head. She looked back at the grand hotel and turned back around. "I don't think I want to know anymore than I do."

Haruu gave a nod and helped Haruka in the taxi and shut the door. She waved goodbye as it drove off. "Haruu you fool.." She told herself, beating herself up for missing the opportunity to at least and try to stay in contact with Haruka. She just left the grand hotel walking not knowing someone was nearby taking a pictures.

--

As soon as Haruka got back to the apartment, Miyuki jumped out of bed as she heard the door, running to greet Haruka and ask where she's been.

"Hey, you were up early."

"Yeah, I had to go see Haruu." Haruka confessed.

"Why?" Miyuki furrowed.

Haruka passed by Miyuki to head to her bedroom with Miyuki quickly following. "I needed to see if it was her or not."

"And?"

"It wasn't but she, I guess investigated a bit, and found out it was "Marco? The Italian guy." She was able to recall his name while in the taxi, but still was unsure.

"It was him!?" Miyuki asked, surprised by the news. He was a decent guy all through the night.

"Haruu says he was by the door that night." Once the two were in the bedroom, Haruka took her jacket off, she actually wanted to sleep some more, yet she wanted to just get packing and leave France now.

"Well, we should tell your dad." Miyuki said, ready to head over to the room and wake him.

"He is still here?" She asked. Then added, "don't bothering telling him the guys gone."

"How do you know?"

"Haruu and I went to his hotel and he checked out."

"Do you think he knew?" Miyuki asked, sitting beside Haruka on the bed.

"Knew we were going? I don't think so. But the hotel he was staying in was so... Familiar..." Haruka tried to remember if she had seen that high ceiling in the lobby, the paintings displayed behind the front desk, and the marbled pillars she saw at the hotel. "I don't know..." She felt a headache coming on, "but I don't want to find out anymore, I know I'll regret it later." She stood back up and headed for the closet, taking out the large luggage she had brought with her when she moved here with Miyuki. "Do you think all my clothes will fit in this now?" Haruka laughed.

Miyuki sat, watching Haruka act so relax, like none of this was shocking for her, like nothing can bring her down easily anymore. "You don't care anymore do you?"

Haruka looked over at her with a questioning look.

"I mean, you've been hurt too many times to care anymore." Miyuki looked at her with sad eyes. She cared for Haruka, she would rather see the girl happier than ever, like the other night with Haruna and Yuko, but this whole time, since she's returned to Japan to now, she's seen Haruka go through such a roller coaster and to hear about her past as well she realized it's never been easy for Haruka, even if she is the daughter of a fashion designer, of a million dollar man.

"I can't care anymore. The only things I care about are you and making sure I'm back to designing and taking over the company. Everything else can just..." She paused. "I'm just ready to head back home and whatever happens there, I'll do what I can..." Haruka turned back to her luggage and opened it up, grabbing clothes from the closet and chucking a whole lot on the bed while Miyuki sat watching her go on like nothing.

I'm still suspecting but Haruka should just forget about it and move on.
I'm still waiting for SayaMilky's reunion and possibly date for real.
Thank you for the update!

Yassss! This is how I've been wanting to write again! I'm still working to improve but reading books again helped... Hahaha :nervous

Her eyes opened to an unknown room and yet she was too tired to actually sit up to figure out where she was. She lazily glanced around, laying still on her side, too tired to even move. She actually wanted to sleep more but she was too busy trying to figure out where she was. Finding unpacked boxes stacked by her window, she remembered. Turning on her back, she looked up at the ceiling wishing she found her friend sleeping beside her like every morning, but it's all changed now, she was back home. Back in Japan.

It took Haruka awhile to finally drag herself out of bed at one in the afternoon to get some food and at least go out for a walk, even if she was exhausted from the flight home, and with the time difference she knew it was going to mess her sleep schedule. All Haruka recalled from the night before, well day before, was being packed, saying goodbye to Miyuki, and jumping in a taxi to the airport, after that it was all a blur. Still she was glad to make it home; even if it wasn't back to her own apartment. Haruka had up and left months ago, forgetting about her things in her apartment. However, her father took care of it, being the person who paid for it, he went on to get Harukas things packed and sent to his new home where, now, Haruka roamd in. The place wasn't small, it was quite big, with two bedrooms across from each other and a bathroom in each room. Once Haruka made it to the living room it was spacious with not much there except a black leather couch, a small round table, and the Tv hung up on the wall. The more she looked around the more she realized it was definitely defines a man living on his own. A single man with money and no friends.

Exploring the new apartment her father got, her stomach began to cry out for food, begging her to just eat anything. Haruka turned to the kitchen in search for food. Opening the fridge there was prepared salads and protein shakes, not a lot of food to take out and prep. Haruka sighed, how does her father survives like this, she shoutout to herself. Just as she kept searching for something to make, the house phone rang. Turning to it ringing, Haruka contemplated on picking up, yet she didn't know why since no one knows she's back and she could just say she's a maid of her fathers, which he always has over. Closing the fridge she walked up to the phone and picked it up.

"Hello?"

"You shouldn't have picked up."

She heard her fathers voice and relaxed. "Why? No one knows I'm back."

The man sighed. "Don't pick up the house phone again." Haruka only rolled her eyes, wishing he could see her face she was giving him. Annoyed.

"You have no food here." Haruka already complaining to him.

"There's food and protein. If you don't want that I'll send someone to take food to you."

"Why can't I go out?" Haruka asked. She knew the answer, but she wanted to at least give it a try, she really wanted to go out.

"No. Stay inside, I don't want a media frenzy now that you've returned. Also, I don't want any of them following you or attacking you with questions somewhere. If you want I can send you someone and they will go out and get what you need. A security guard, how about that?" He asked.

Haruka walked over to the couch and plopped herself down, recalling when she had a guard when she was younger, following her around, telling her she shouldn't do this or that. "There's a reason why we fired them, because I didn't want them around me. I don't know why you have to keep locked in, no one really cares about me as much as they do with you. Let me do things on my own, let me go back to work."

She could tell the man shook his head and she heard him suck on his lip. "Nope. Once it's all calmed down, you can come to work and go on like nothing. For the meantime relax, I'll send someone over with food for the day and I'll be home by tonight. If you need anything else call. I have to get to work now."

"You're not even at work?" Haruka asked but her father only said, bye, and hung up. Haruka sat back defeated. She just wanted to go out, explore the city she dearly missed. Getting off the couch, she walked up to the window, overlooking the city and all she thought was how she wished Miyuki was here.

--

The morning was too quiet for Miyuki in the big apartment. No one to wake up next to, no one to talk to, and no one to watch argue back and forth. Honestly, Miyuki was happy to have the father and daughter here for a short time, the home was more lively with someone else here. She did, however, miss  Haruka the most, waking up with her being there, talking, laughing, she was almost like a sister she never had.
Miyuki, stared at the empty space beside her in bed as she thought back on yesterday when Haruka was leaving. Seeing her go, she began to count down the hours she would return home and hopefully reunite with Haruka. It was putting her down, but the only thing to cheer her up was thinking about Sayaka. She definitely counted the days she would finally get to set her eyes on her. She counted the days she would finally ask her on a date and know she would respond with a yes.
She had it planned: take her around the city, dinner at the most famous restaurant, a walk to the Eiffel Tower; knowing she's never been. And in the end... Miyuki wasn't sure how to end the night, but she thought, she shouldn't plan ahead and let it all happen even if it wasn't perfect.
Now, with her mood up, she got out of bed, ignored the quiet apartment, and hopped in the shower to ready herself for the day and hope work doesn't kick her ass for the day, especially with Fashion Week coming up soon.

--

As a distraction, Yui kept on writing and writing, tapping away on her laptop all night well into the morning. Her only break would be at some point she would get stuck on what to write next, what words she should use to describe her main character. When she would take those breaks, she would stretch her back, switch places to continue writing, and grab some food. But most of the time, she was sucked into her world and never got up or went out. The last time she spoke to anyone was the delivery guy who brought her the food she ordered and yet after that she had no communication with anyone, even when Rie called to check up on her.

When Yui hadn't picked up any of Rie's calls, Rie, herself, went to check on her in person, although she found it to be a bad idea. That morning, she knocked on Yui's door and there was no answer. She called and knocked again and again. Yui had gotten up to check who it was after the first few knocks. Finding Rie outside her door, she decided to ignore it with her eventually leaving. Yui sighed, relieved she was gone, she couldn't deal with talking to her, or anyone. But just seeing the girl, she thought back on what Rie had told her days before and quickly her thoughts went to Haruka, the girl who hasn't left her mind for the longest time. All she wanted was to forget her and if it was going to be this way, away from the world then so be it, she would just go back to writing her heart out.

Since, Yui wasn't answering her, Rie thought she could get someone else to help. It wouldn't be the right person, but it's someone else that can help in some way. Leaving the apartment building Yui lived in, she headed to work, hoping to talk to Sayaka.

--

Sayaka was busy all morning, finishing up anything needed to present to her boss she did good all on her own, managing this company when she wasn't even sure what to do exactly. Just as she made to her office she heard one of the elevators ding. Without looking up, her focus was on the paperwork, she heard her name being called out. Since it was coming the last few days to hear employees call to her, she replied with a simple hum and never letting her eyes drift away the paper.

"You're working hard then."

She heard a mans voice and only replied, again, with another hum still not looking up. The man, laughed, realizing, well knew, Sayaka was one hard working employee. But, since he doesn't like being ignored for long, he snatched the paper from her and she glanced up, angry and whoever took her paper.

"Hey!" She growled. Soon as she met with her boss looking over the paper she panicked. "I'm sorry! I didn't know-"

He raised a hand, stopping her from saying anymore. "You did good." He commented. "I'll take over. Go check on your design and get it ready with the rest for Fashion week." He commanded and turned away to his office. Sayaka could only watch him go, her mouth slightly open, with the words still stuck there.

"You were back..." She released them once the man walked into his office.

"Sayaka!"

She jumped when she headed her name, turning to find Rie walking up to her. "Hey." She greeted her.

"Can we talk in your office. It's about Yui." She said.

She could tell Rie looked and sounded worried. "Yeah. What's wrong?" She asked, becoming worried as well. Rie took her arm, dragging her to her office, but the two halted when hey heard their boss call out for Sayaka.
Sayaka gulped, from the tone of his voice it made it sound like he was upset about something. She turned to Rie, "sorry, give me a minute." She took her arm back and asked her to wait in her office.

Almost running over to Shimazaki's office, Sayaka quickly arrived and the man stood over his well placed desk, looking over papers and the secretary standing beside him, most likely informing him how the week went without him. "Yes?" Sayaka nervously walked up to the desk.

"Oh, listen-" he stopped looking over to his secretary, shooing him away and the young man did, closing the door behind him. Once the door shut, Sayaka turned back to her boss and he continued. "I need you to go buy some things from the grocery store. Here's the list." He stuck out a paper with a long list of groceries.

Sayaka, raised a brow, slowly reaching to grab the paper from his hand. "Don't you usually hire people to do this?"

"Yeah. But you are the only one I trust for this. Anyone else... Well... Just go buy these things, I'll pay you extra, and drop them off at my new place." He handed her a key and a credit card. "When you drops them off, just leave them on the table and leave."
Sayaka reached for both the key and card but the man pulled back his hand. "Understand?" He raised his brow, staring at her and Sayaka only gave an annoyed look.

"Understood." She snatched both items once he extended his hand back to her. "You're weird sometimes." She commented to him. The man only laughed. "Can I at least do what you asked me first?"

He nodded as a response, then shooed her away. She saw when he reached the phone to call back his secretary. Soon as Sayaka opened the door he came in, ready to attend the man.
"Oh, Sayaka. You did very good while I was gone. I might just raise your salary."

Sayaka didn't say a word, she nodded and left the office to go back to Rie.

Back in her own office, Sayaka took a deep breath and exhaled as she walked to her desk where Rie stood. "So, what's happened with Yui?"

"She isn't picking up any of my calls." Rie answered.

"Is she upset at you?" She furrowed as she walked around her desk to grab her bag never loosing eye contact with Rie.

"Well..." Rie shrugged. "We're taking a break..."

Sayaka sighed, her shoulders falling. "Well don't you think that's why."

Rie slightly nodded but went on to explain. "We're on a break yes, but I wanted to check how she's been doing and she hasn't answered any of my calls."

Sayaka shrugged, "I don't know. Maybe, she's upset about the break? Leave her alone she'll call you back."

"No I don't think she's just upset over that. Can you check on her? Please." Rie begged.

"I will. Not now, I have to go checked my design and then I'm running an errand." Sayaka glanced away thinking of the errand her boss gave her. "Really weird errand." She said under her breath.

"Well as soon as you can." Rie said, desperately wanting her to check on Yui.

Sayaka gave a nod. "I will, but like I said she is just upset." She looked st Rie, he face was filled with worry and she didn't want to leave her like that. "If she doesn't answer me, I'll send someone else, alright? She will be alright." She said as she walked up to her and placed a hand on her shoulder. Rie gave her a half smile and the two left the office.

--

Haruka busied herself with unpacking her boxes, she thought she might as well stay here for some time, at least until Miyuki returns and the two go apartment hunting. She just hoped Miyuki won't come back and say she doesn't want a roommate anymore.
As Haruka unpacked, she took things out she had forgotten she had: A plush bear, which she won at a fair when her father took her. She placed it on her bed and reached into the box taking out a scarf, one her ex-husband bought for her one night they had a date, she thought it was the kindest thing the man had done for her and she remembered that was when she livened up and actually have him a chance. She had always found him to be full of himself when they met, she really didn't want to be around him until her father kept pushing the two together, then the two began to date and found him to be kind of sweet. There were things he liked about him, but if she had to weigh it out, the dislike would always win. There were things he would do to make her believe he wasn't the best choice and yet she pushed it away and got married.
Lowering the scarf in her hands, she sat at the end of her bed and recalled the time he yelled at her for messing up dinner, it was the first time to see him that way. She shook her head, wanting to forget it. Even if he wasn't the best, he still had the right to know what happened. Haruka thought back to the night she lost her baby, her hand moving up to her stomach. He had a right to know, she thought. Just then the phone rang. She stood up to answer, but once her hand reached the phone, she remembered what her father said and let the phone ring and ring. Once the answering machine picked up she heard her father.

"Good," you didn't pick up. Listen, stay in your room, I've sent someone to buy a list of groceries. They will go in and leave them on the table, don't come out of your room until you've heard them leave, understand?" He emphasized the last word. "Don't leave your room. I'll see you later." And the call ended.

Haruka crossed her arms, wanting to complain, but she listened to her father, she had to unpack anyways. Leaving the message, she walked back her bedroom and continued to unpack.

--

Sayaka finished whatever she had to do and headed to the grocery store, still wondering why the man decided to send her to do this, she wasn't his minion, she works for him but she isn't one of his interns. Yet, she was at the store with a cart being filled with what was on the list. Suddenly her phone rang.

"Hello!" She picked up, excited to finally hear the voice she missed.

"What are you doing?" The girl asked.

Sayaka looked around for a sauce that was on the list, when she found it she grabbed it, answering to Miyuki, "would you believe me if I said our boss sent me to buy groceries."

Miyuki laughed, but when she didn't hear Sayaka laughing with her she stopped laughing. "Oh, you're serious?"

Sayaka placed the sauce in the cart. "Yup. He gave me an order to buy what's on his list and drop it off his place." She continued through the aisle, looking over the list to see what she's missing. When she wasn't sure what was next, she held her phone against her ear with her shoulder while she took out a pen and crossed out things she's got in the cart.

"Oh." Miyuki responded. "Well, that's weird of him. Why didn't he just send som-oh."  She realized why he probably did that.

"Oh, what?" Sayaka asked, not much care to asking since her concentration was on the list.

"Nothing." Miyuki answered. Not like Sayaka paid attention she just muttered to herself if she got a bag of salt. "So, you ready for Fashion week?" Miyuki quickly changed the subject and this grabbed Sayaka's attention.

"I am." She answered, ignoring the list now. "Can't wait to finally see the city of France."

Miyuki pouted, "that's it? Just the city?"

"Not just the city." Sayaka smiled, taking her phone back into her hand from her shoulder, pushing the cart along the aisle.

Miyuki grinned, expecting a certain reply.

"I can't wait to meet the most famous designers in the world!"

Miyuki frowned. "Hey!" She heard Sayaka laughing, figuring out she was being mean to her on purpose.

"I'm just kidding!" Sayaka replied. "I actually can't wait to see you. I feel like we still have another year to meet."

"It's too long." Miyuki whined.

"Don't worry, we don't have long." Sayaka softly said. The two picturing the moment they finally meet, it was too exciting for them, to finally have a chance to try to be together. The two were quiet for a moment, enjoying silence like they always do. If this was a comfort for the two they could only imagine what it would be like when they were together.

"Listen," Miyuki broke the silence with a smile on her face, "I have to get to work or I won't get anything done."

Sayaka let out a whimper, "No, don't leave me."

Miyuki couldn't help but giggle. "I'll call you after work. Have fun shopping."

Sayaka looked at the almost full cart and frowned, "I won't."  And with that, Sayaka heard the adorable laugh along with her adorable voice saying goodbye and the two hung up feeling like their day just got better.

--

Unpacking only made Haruka even more hungry and this waiting for someone to bring her food was going to make her mad. She fixed up part of her room with what she had unpacked, she still had six boxes to go and she had no energy to unpack anymore. Just as she fixed her pictured frames on her desk she heard the door open and she became still, listening to the door close the the footsteps of this person. She heard them step on the wooden floorboards, heading to the table and placing bags down.
Finally, she thought, food. Haruka wanted to take a peek at who the person was that brought the food, curious to see if she knew the person.

Sayaka, came in with all the bags in both hands and she wanted to quickly place them on the table to relive her poor arms and hands. Right as she placed the bags down she shook her arms, trying to get blood circulation back in her hands. Soon she heard a click, her head shot up and looked around the room as her ears perked up listening for anymore noise. She looked around and saw nothing but an apartment that wasn't filled with much furniture. She decided to ignore the sound and just head back to work, she doesn't even know why she agreed to do this; again, she wasn't and errand girl. She picked up the key she had placed on the table and turned to leave.

Haruka took her chance to peek out her bedroom to see the person, but she only saw a shadow disappear into the corner towards the door. She was really curious and decided to tip toe out her rom and follow the shadow, however just as she got to the corner and peeked around it the door shut behind the person. Haruka never got to see who it was, but she had food, so she forgot about them and went on to search for something to make quickly for lunch.

Once the door had shut, Sayaka felt like there was a presence well known around her, like she wanted to turn back to see. She did turn, wanting to head back in the aprtment she was in,however, her phone stopped her. She heard a ding and took her phone out to check her messages. It was from Rie, asking her if she's checked on Yui. Sayaka sighed, turning back around and leaving the apartment building, forgetting that sensation.
--

Arriving to Yui's, Sayaka knocked on her friends door, hoping she would open up. When she didn't, Sayaka kept knocking repeatedly on the door until she would open.

"Go away!" She heard her friends muffled voice from the other side of the door.

"Open up!" Sayaka shouted.

Yui shouted back. "No!"

"Come on," Sayaka decided to not shout once she saw one of the neighbors peek their head out their own apartment. "Rie is worried about you-"

"Tell her I'm fine." Yui said.

"Open the door, Yui." Sayaka pleaded, she wanted to see her, speak to her again.

"Sayaka, just leave... I don't want to deal with you." Yui said more calmly, Sayaka was barely able to hear her, but she did.

Not wanting to leave, but knowing if she stayed, she would be stuck outside the aprtment all day, she only told Yui, if she doesn't at least speak to her or Rie, she would send someone else. Yui only scoffed at her and told her to leave again. Sayaka now sensed something was wrong, but she wasn't going to be the one to be able to help. So, for now, she left Yui alone, heading back to work to talk to her boss and ask who was in his apartment.

Okay! So... This story has to end sometime right? But it won't happen just yet, however! I have three other stories that I've had for a long time and currently working on. One of them I've had since 2013(?) and I've wanted to post it but at the same time I'm not sure. But, if I ever finish this one, which I will, I want to post another one the thing is I like the three I've written so far so maybe this weekend or next week I'll post parts to each story and let you guys read a little bit of each and you tell me which one you want me to post up next so I can focus on that one story, YEE?

I AM CRYING. LIKE REALLY I AM SHEDDING TEARS IN THE OFFICE AND MY CO-WORKERS ARE ASKING WHY I'M CRYING.

I'm so hurt that Paru lost her baby, so sad that Yui is hurting, angry that Haruu was thrown into this mess. (Srsly I was so thrown away when Haruu came out like that, and to think that she was the one that told the tabloids)

I'm happy that Sayanee and Milk are on the track to finding therir happiness, although I know that somewhere a plot twist is waiting to spring up, I'm also happy to see a side KojiYuu in this story like for real, I so love how you portray them here. (especially with Yuko, her being a psychologist really works! Great job)

MOAR ANGST PLOX, well generally I want more drama for this, like for instance how would Paru react to seeing Yui again, especially now that she's retreating to be a hermit in her room, or how would Yui react to Paru being back to Japan.

This fic makes me feel so alive I don't care that I'm crying rn.

kudos author! ♥
