No idea why I'm posting this now, but, for me, this kind of event like ロックの日 yesterday, has a far more appealing line-up than some of these big events.

I think, the thing is, realistically, no matter how large the event is, in a day, you can only see so many groups, particularly if you want to participate in buppan for those groups, so if the bunch of groups who you follow all appear in one event, then that event is "perfect" for you. I find this often whenever I discuss events with different people. Eg/ I re-checked the line-up of TIF, and was like "oh yeah, this is actually a damn good collection of idol groups". But then was thinking of how many of the groups I actually follow etc are there, and pretty much none of them are... which then makes the event less "awesome!" and more "I'll just check out a bunch of groups who
could be good, but I don't really know, but I'd rather see my favourite group(s) if they are performing". Which, I guess, is the point I'm trying to get across here. Which is, that most idol fans I've known, they pretty much just want to go to see their group which they follow, and don't really give too much of a shit about checking other groups. So what does this all mean when discussing different festivals?
