Are you guys and gals sure that she fixed her teeth? Cuz I've been taking long deep looks at her, and I'm not sure she's actually done anything.
BTW, I had to look up Wikipedia to make this post, so don't think that I have a fetish about teeth or anything

I'm perfectly fine if Risako chooses to keep her teeth exactly the same as she was before. And I respect her choice is she chooses to get braces. Actually, I'd worship her choice to get braces, but that's another matter.
Counting from the front teeth (the incisors), an adult's teeth are called the 1) Central Incisors, 2) Lateral Incisors, and 3) Canines. In most of her pics, you can't see any deeper into her mouth, so let's stop there.
Before (from the Risako PB)
Her R canine is obviously too high and pokes outward. Her R lateral incisor is pushed back. Her R central incisor seems pushed forward slightly compared to her L central incisor. The L conflict between her her canines and lateral incisors is much less than on the R.

Again, her R front incisor seems slightly larger and pushed forward compared to her L front incisor.

Again, R front incisor is seems slightly larger and pushed forward compared to her L front incisor. Her L side isn't that bad. Her lateral incisor is pushed back a bit, but not too much. Her L canine is a bit high, but not too much.

My god, she's beautiful. It's clear that her R canine is to high and stuck out at an angle. Her R lateral incisor is pushed back.

Again, her R lateral incisor is pushed back. R central incisor is pushed slightly forward.

I feel your pain, Risako. It's clear from this photo that her R central incisor overlaps with her R lateral incisor, pushing the R lateral incisor back and the R central incisor forward. There really isn't anything wrong with the L side of her mouth.
Frankly, she's stunningly beautiful as she is. That being said, Her teeth are just a bit too big for her jaw, especially on the right side of her face. The left side of her face has a similar problem, but is much less of an issue.
Do I think she needs to get braces or something? Not at all. She's a young girl still growing up. Her jaw will increase in size slightly, and the alignment of teeth will also change slightly. By the time she turns 18 and stops growing, she wont get a hollywood smile by any means. But she'll have a much better smile, than say, Reon Kadena.
After (from the Munasawagi Scarlet PV)
Her R canine is still too high. Focus is too soft to see anything in detail, but it's clear that her R canine is longer than her L canine. This is the same issue as before. No clear signs of any fixes.

Again, her R canine is too high. Also, the clearer focus in shot makes it clear that her R lateral incisor is still pushed back behind her R central incisor, just like in the "I feel your pain" photo

Her R canine is too high (just compare it with her L canine). Also, her R lateral incisor seems smaller than her L lateral incisor. That's the same issue as before.

This last motion-shot reveals something that you might miss in the posed PB shots. Her jaw is slightly off. Take a look at her "I feel your pain" photo, which doesn't seem so explicitely posed. You also see that her jaw is somehow aligned such that she puts more weight on the L side of her jaw than on the right. Does that make any sense? Just see how her lower lips aren't aligned.
In conclusion......
I don't think she had her teeth fixed. She still has the same issues as before: her R canine is too high and angled outwards, pushing her R lateral incisor relatively inwards, which pushes her R central incisor outwards relativel to her L central incisor. Nothing seems to have been fixed.
Something tells me I've put way too much thought into this..... good night.
