I don't buy it. JonBenet died in the basement of her own house. How could a teacher have been there and nobody knew he was there. I still think one of her parents did it.

I've always thought the parents did it. In UK law, when anything like this happens they always investigate the parents, and in a large percentage of cases it's the parents to blame.

The mother participated in beauty contests/pageants when she was younger, but was never very successful. She made her daughter re-live her dreams by having her take part in pageants. Mother spent a lot of time with daughter away from home going to pageants and not a lot of time with husband.

My theory is either a) Husband was resentful of mother spending too much time with daughter and killed daughter, or b) Mother was jealous of daughter's success that she never attained herself and so killed daughter.

I read a bit about the case several years ago and it seemed so obvious that one of the parents were to blame, but it seems US law is different from UK law and they never bothered investigating the parents properly.

Honestly, I think this guy is only lieing about killing Jon Benet. Like many I also believe that the guy only confessed to avoid facing life in prison in Thailand.

It was a botched investigation from the start.

I also think the confession is bogus. Seeing as he was in Alabama with his wife and kids the night JonBenet was murdered, I personally think he did it to have his name remembered after he dies. As for the real murderer, I definitely think it was a family member (parents or not).

yea there is a lot going on about how they don't think he really did it. but they also said that they found some unknown blood which weren't related to the parents, so i don't know. this whole thing seems weird, like there's an important piece that's being skipped or not mentioned. possibly a cover up. anyone know if the parents are rich and what jobs they have?

Well the mother is dead; she died of ovarian cancer a few months ago. I dunno what the father does but they lived in a very wealthy part of Colorado.

Whether he killed the girl or not, the guys clearly has mental problems. The international school he was teaching in in Bangkok should have done better checks and screens before hiring him.

Holy fuckin shit. I was just watcing Entertainment Tonight and they had like this whole expose on him. Video from National Enquirer of him with a mullet and his wives were like minors. That they feared for their lives. WACK!

I'm hearing conflicting stories, irregardless of if he's guilty or not - fuckin dude needs to be put on a deserted Island for just being too damn creepy. Going to Bangkok for a 1000 buck sex change? Not to judge a person visually but why in the world are most girlie men the pedos?

but last i heard he was taking a first class trip back to LA from Thailand. also correct me if i'm wrong (been 4 years since i took law studies) but even if he says he's guilty he still has to prove it right? like say where all of the evidences are and stuff.
