I had the PS3 for 2 years now, and it's always on my mind. How can I saved my wireless network settings (WPA2), so that I don't have to enter my key everytime I switch from Wired to Wireless?
This is an extremely annoying thing to do. I usually kept my PS3 in my room, no ethernet, so I use wireless. However, when I move it here and there, I either connect an ehternet port for better connection, even bringing it to a friend's house. Everytime I switch from Wired to Wireless or connect to a different network, I have to type in the key everytime. Don't u guys find it annoying as well? wouldn't it be better for your PS3 to remember network connections so you don't have to? Or even automatically switches to Wired when ethernet is connect, then switch back to wireless when no ethernet connected.
I thought Sony would have that by now, but no. all my wireless devices could remember a connection, PC, notebook, phone, ipod, etc. why can't Sony do it for Playstation?
Maybe I'm wrong and you really can, if that is the case, show my how...
