KonnoAfter the lull and peace of Hokkaido, it was kind of nostalgic to see a busy streets and busling people. As shy person, though, she felt a little uncomfortable crowded in by all these bodies. It was fun, however, to watch Eri jumping up and down like a bright bobber on a wave of people as she tried to lead the way through the crowd. She listened, humorously, as Kamei ranted on about gropers and this area in her cute, squeeky voice. Inwardly, Konkon smiled.
Just then, her friend took her hand, guided her deftly through the throng of shoppers and lead her to a green and red building.
" Doesn't it look good! Let's go before they close... " Kamei spoke with a chirp. And without waiting for an answer she was being draged towards the restaraunt. The crowd seemed to get thicker as they moved and at some point heard Eri knock hard into someone, followed by her calling out "...Gata's suck!" Asami felt kind hurt and gripped into Kamei's hand harder than she realized.
"Did she really think I sucked?" Konkon thought miserably to herself. But she didn't have long to dwell on it. She could hear her friend yelling at the crowd and it was getting fainter. She lost Eri's grip on her hand and watched helplessly as the young idol was swallowed up by the enmassing people. She tried to reach her friend but continued to get pushed back from the mob. She suddenly spotted Kamei's bright red Rabbit's cap floating headlessly atop the gathering.
Asami Konno was not sure what came over her. Something deep inside her switched on. Before she knew, her sleeves were rolled up and she was running headlong in the crowd.

Every lesson from her years of karate school rushed through her head. Every Kick, punch and throw. Konkon tore into the angry mob line tiny pink tornado. She seemed totaly unaware of the havok she was causing. Completely unhinged, she was kung fu fighting her way to her friend. Bodies flew across the street, crashed into conviently placed produce wagons, and dropped to a crippling, twitching heap on to the unforgiving pavement. Half the groping mass was eliminated before they realized the threat behind them. Turning around, they faced their skirt wearing assailant. Suddenly the crowd was alive with switchblades, clubs, and sticks. This was their final mistake. In a very un-Konkon-like fashion, the ex-musume kicked up a staff from the rubble around her, siezed it from the air with both hands and glared at her opponent's with a wicked grin.
Uncertain, they two forces stared at each other for a few long, lingering moments. Then the mob roared up and charged. With grim satisifaction, "Konno" ran head-long into the rushing throng.
Somewhere behind the ensuing battle, a slightly battered Eri looked on in utter disbelief.
