Edit:

Ok, I checked the dorm map, and Airi-chan will be in suite #3, on the 2nd floor.

When Airi-chan enters the dorm, it'll be the Living/Entertainment room she'll enter first, since that is the ground floor of the dorms.

From the ground floor, there's an elevator and stairs that Airi-chan can use to get to the upper dorm floors.
