how do they define if a skirt is mini or not mini..? >.< if they see a girl in skirt that they consider short will they go forward to measure with a measuring tape..? lolx.. and any1 noes wat is the penalty for being caught in a mini skirt..?

every country has arcane laws that aren't enforced anymore. i'm sure if you look through canada/us laws, there'll still be references to horses and taverns and saloons in there!

There is a law here in Alabama that makes it legal to beat your wife as long as the rod you beat her with isnt bigger than a quater in circumfrence.

I first thought my boyfriend was lying to me (he's Korean) when he said that it was illegal. He also stated that it was such a weird (and a shame o_O) for Korean girls to be wearing mini skirts (that "stopped at their asses").

I for one am hella happy they are letting girls wear miniskirts... HYORI!!! BOA!!! JUN JI HYUN! Flash me with your legs!
