This is a good thing for her. She is too old for the group.

But this is also bad for me because now I have practically nothing left to like in Momusu. Sure, I like Eri and Sayu and Ai, but without Yossi... I just don't think what I liked about Momusu would be there anymore.

Like a lot of people, I can't say I didn't expect this for some time now, but something in the back of my head was still convincing me that Yossie was like... immortal, and that now with Aika, Yossie would stay a bit longer. ...apparently not.

I ABSOLUTELY agree. They'd both be completely heart-breaking, but those two HAVE to be done for Yossie.

And I'm not predicting the DOOM of MM without Yossie or anything, but I'm SO glad they've got Aika now, because I think MM is losing a lot of it's character with Yossie's graduation. She's just been so distinct. I really hope Aika flaunts her wackiness and just... makes things better.

This is so sad. Yossie is my favorite. :ONtantrum:

I had actually wanted to start a thread this morning (my side of the world) about how i hated January. Not because holidays were ending and i had to go back to work but how most graduations are announced at this time.

All being said, i don't understand why people seem to be sad that the golden generation of 1st ~ 4th gen members are gone. MM continues to evolve, and i like it this way instead of them staying as what they were, and its impossible right? And who is to judge whether MM is coming to an end without the 1st 4 generations? I sure like where MM is heading from now on, no more bubbly catchy songs but i like their new cool tunes and fabulous dance scenes.

I feel that when Miki graduates (probably 2008 Spring) will then be MM fully evolved and people will stop comparing them to the golden generation. Because by then i think it will be a completely new style of MM. And i can't wait for it to materialise.

As for Yossi's graduation, i'm sure most fans would have expected this considering the trend to have at least 1 graduation eachh year. I know we'll be seeing less of her now but if she does get to form a group with her 2 girl friends, we should be seeing another biyuuden in making and 1 with flair, grace and character. I'm happy if that happens. But if they make her solo or only keep her for concerts or gatas, i'll tear all the hairs from Tsunku and all the management.

AND YES! "I wish" for the final farewell song from MM to Yossi for all her hard work and contribution of character, leadership and friendship. MM will never be the same without her wackiness and strange quirky character

As for Yossi's final song in SSA. I hope it could be Mr Moonlight, the song that moulded her into that male character.

It's true that it's impossible for MoMusu to stay as what they were.

MoMusu is not likely to come to an end as long as UFA keeps making money with them, and as long as there are girls who are willing to be MoMusu members.

But one thing for certain is that the MoMusu of the 1st to 4th Generations is now gone! Simply because every girl is unique, and no girl is entirely replaceable.

^ Me too, i understand that each and every girl is unique with their own personality and character. I loved kaorin, sayaka, rika, from the 1st 4 generations as well. But i'm happy and glad to understand and know that these new girls carry the spirit of old school MM with them. Because they were taught and infuenced by the past generations.

Like everyone says her graduation was somewhat expected to happen but now that it's actually announced it feels weird and a bit unreal to me.

What ever the future/UFA has in store for her I hope she's happy with it and she won't dissappear like certain other ex-members who only get pulled out of the drawer for one or two H!M SP's a year or a single.
Maybe she could take over the host spot on H!M or switch with Rika every other week or double hosts!

Now Miki can rule Momusu like the queen she is!

Some others on 2ch thought the same and someone even created a scenario where Makoto came back just for Yossie's graduaton.

That'd be the most epic event in H!P history if it happened.

I guess in due time everyone must move on... All thought many people I know say Miki should have graduated before Yoshi. At the rate the members are graduating and coming in MM will be back to their orignal size in the near future now that would seem weird to me. I guess we will see what will happen. All though we still have Yoshi in the group for 4 months.

well, decided to read the entire thread, everyone seems to be on the same page...in one way or another (only a few out-there's) But some people were thinking that Yossui would stay just because of Aika's entrance?

Didn't Rika leave shortly before Koharu's official entry into the group as well? It wouldn't be to out-there if it happened again...which it did...

And oh yea...just wanna add this:

The same thing happen again..or maybe again(?) soon..well, Yossui has been a great leader since taking it from Yaguchi..and now I guess its Mikitty-sama time then.
