After nearly 3 years of the brilliant pink, Matthew changed his set to a brilliant white background and (even though this sounds inconcievable) it's even more garishly opulent than before.  Because I don't get many chances to watch BHTV, I don't know exactly when the change was made, but I believe it was around april.  Thankfully he kept the "camera on the table" filming angle for the majority of the show, it's pretty much his trademark feature (flamboyantly gay talk showhosts are a dime-a-dozen ^_^) and the fixed nature of the filming gives the show a refreshing feel.  Also, it's always nice to see idols like Ayaya closeup like that.  One thing's for sure, if I miss this episode, heads will roll.  ^_-

I just wrote in to B.B.L. asking if there's one correct way to write Viyuden in romaji. :bounce:  I used the radio name "ファイロ" ['Fairo', Philo].

The website only has the past five shows in their "back number" archive, but I can't remember an H!P performance being put up with that name.  Then again, they only air on the order of once a month, so maybe things just didn't coincide.  They are a TV-Tokyo production; you can see in the archive page for show #27 that they use the same lounge that a lot of Ayaka's English lessons were filmed in.

I think Melon Kinenbi was on for Champagne no Koi.  They shot their little segment in the same area of TV Tokyo that Hello! Morning and the Ayaka English Lessons from Bishoujo Kyouiku had scenes from upon occasion.  It was a fun show.

 I just looked at their back number and they have some damn good bands on there.  PE'Z, Fumidou, GOING UNDER GROUND

Why don't band appearances ever get uploaded.

And to clarify, Fujii Takashi is not gay, he's getting married this summer.  I only clarify because some people don't get the joke and all I ever hear about is "Matthew, that gay guy".   It bugs me on the same level as people calling Okamura "Monkey Boy".  These people are intergral to the history of Morning Musume (from Asayan, to MoTaihen, to Mecha Ike, etc), you'd think we'd get their names and disposition right.

The site now only has a dot for the artist name. But it's PKCP, so it's definitely Piccolo Town and there are only 3 active artists in this label that I know of.

An album and another in October, please...

ETS: There's another release from Piccolo Town a week after which is supposedly Berryz. http://www.jbook.co.jp/product.asp?product=2616680

I just hope that one is really vi-yu-den and not some new midget-y soloist or something... :P

There's a questionnaire on the official website about the new single and some other random things.  Rika used to play with a toy umbrella, Yui wants you to look at her wearing a school uniform in the Ajisai PV, and Erika wants to learn to speak English.  (Then again, so did Miki back during H!P All Stars.)

Awwww, Erika speaking English would be adorable, since her name sounds a little American/English. And Yui in a school unform is always adorable. *_*

I'm well aware that Fuji Takashi isn't gay, that's just his schtick.  Just like how Gokuraku fights are staged, it's something he does to get attention.  Anyone that watches his shows would notice how much he hits on all the female stars.   :D

Also, Hamaguchi Masaru is far more monkey-like than Okamura.

It's even hinted in his name.
I  Hamaguchi, though.
