^MaiMai graduated in April. She's been out of AKB48 ever since. She does co-host a television program called Suiensaa. They try to solve some sort of question and there are AKB members who are guests.

I used to be into this, not so much anymore. Typically on Yahoo Japan auctions you can find mid and lower-"tier" members for >1000 yen. You can often find decent deals with picture sets. Though lately, it seems as though there is a picture drought as they haven't started the new picture selling system yet. It's a good time to pick up some stragglers for dirt cheap though. Where it gets expensive is the deputy service fees. With Crescent, you are looking at the price of the auction itself + 500 yen fee + shipping in Japan + bank wire fee (lol Japan is SO FUTURISTIC

) + any other random fee they incur getting the item. Then of course you pay for shipping to you, and they only use Express Mail Service so it's pricey. If you can bare all this, have fun. But be careful, it really is addictive.

I wasn't planning on dealing with auctions, but I figure it's only a matter of time before I do enter the auction game. I was planning on buying 'just a couple' of cool ones I've seen in people's selling topics on various forums. I got back some quotes and prices, but I'm not gonna bother. I got better ways to spend my money. I guess it was just boredom kicking in.. for some reason I start looking for useless things to buy when I'm bored

^ Might not be a bad decision. I added up what I used to spend on my auction stuff a while back and after I saw the final amount, I swore to never go back. Plus, I never even look at my pictures anymore.

Then again my AKB fandom ain't what it used to be. I still look at my Junmeda pictures, though. *whistle* But anyway, you should look around forums as that'd be cheaper. I don't go there anymore, except for the news thread, but stage48 used to have a fairly active buy/sell/trade subforum. ichijoujirena's trying to sell some of her older AKB swag on here.

The idea of changing the name of the group to OPY96 (for oppai=tits) seemed to get an ok reaction...

Though it could get expensive for card collectors with the old cards becoming classics and lots of newly labeled ones to purchase. :-)

Thanks to AKBingo, I'm getting a sense of fashion

I predicted the results for each girl and whether or not their style was suitable for the occasion. Surprisingly, I got it right most of the time. Kashiwagi owned this episode.. I would totally introduce her to my parents in the outfit she chose.

Actually, Ijiri called Kashiwagi 'old' and that she acts like a 40-year old. This fashion guy calls her out of fashion as well
