Raps with 1st overall pick.  Lamarcus Aldridge please!

OH MY GOD!
The RAPS did get lucky!!! I can't believe this...
This may be the best season of NBA basketball (including the offseason) for me ever.  The Raps and Clips get lucky (in their own different ways).  All that crying last night is met with tears of joy tonight!  Hopefully you can tell that I'm happy.

Just like the N64 kid:  YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!

trading either or them would be the worst mistake ever. those two are gonna be the franchise players for the team. raptors are really gonna be a playoff team next yr if they can get a pg and a good draft pick. they screw up at the beginning of the season. they played pretty after the all-star break.

No way man, you just listed all the things the Raps are guaranteed not to do.
The only possible scenario would be trading Villanueva but there's a low chance of that happening since he's got pretty good chemistry with Bosh.  As of right now, the Raps look like they'll be drafting Aldridge.  But before the lottery, there were reports that we made a promise to draft Bargnani.

That leads me to believe the Raps might be trading the pick down to grab Gay or Bargnani at pick 2 or 3.  I personally would love Aldridge but it really screws any supposed promises made to Bargnani which would definitely sour any future relations.

In a perfect world, the Raps would have got the 1st pick in next year's draft....to grab the beast...Oden.

First Congrad the Raptors getting the first overall pick

I really wonder who will they pick for the first overall..Because theere isnt a sure #1 pick for this draft

As it was predicted, my Bobcats landed on the #3 spot

And sucks to be a Portland fan, had the best chance to get the number 1 overall pick, yet, slipped to the 4th spot

The Raptors will probably take LaMarcus Aldridge, but the best player in the draft is Brandon Roy IMO.

Tonight, Mavs-Suns.  I used to drive past the AAC on my way to work, now I don't.  The Spurs were the biggest hurdle.  Now just sweep the Suns and get it over with!

what about that guy from LSU? they might take him or Morrison since he can play at SF spot too. I think Mike James is solid enough as a PG

Whew, game one of PHX-DAL was tight! Too bad Howard got injured. Harris waxed hot but Diaw was hotter. Hope that all their games would be as exciting as this.

My predictions: Dallas in 6, Detroit in 7 :D

ah whatever...Dallas will win in 6

The transition from playing a team like the Spurs to playing a team like the Suns is pretty hard. Avery will figure it out.

AJ RULES!! Mavs v Suns will go to 7 fo sho. And Raptors lucky!! Weak draft year LMAO

:yep: Glove baby. Thank you Cavs, the game plan on how to beat the flopping ERRR defense-minded Pistons is known. I wish J-Will would knock down a impromptu 3. Loving how both Diesel and Flash were in foul trouble and they still got it done with Walker, Payton, and Zo. Impressive.

East finals tied at 1 all. I thought it was going to be a blowout but the heat caught up. The benches weren't much of a factor for both teams though. Can't wait for the next game.

HELL YES! Avery is such a great coach.

I love my Mavericks!!! Josh stepped up today and covered Terry's bad shooting night. David Hasselhoff was there...lmao. Dirk missed alot of freethrows...maybe he was thinking about David...xD

Talk about an exciting series.  The west has produced a lot of great matchups for this season's playoffs.  Good for the Mavs tonight.  Nowitzki looked like a stud (in terms of sports performance) as usual.

I'm now rooting for Nash though since he's Canadian.
