Apparently, Horry had been watching one of those NFL's biggest hits videos before the game and wanted to start a campaign for the NBA version.

Coach: Horry, what was that about?
Horry: Just knocking the guy out of bounds before he reached the end zone.. I mean.. basket coach.

^NBA.com is better for checking the scores, stays updated faster.
Bulls/Pistons in 4th quarter right now, about 8 minutes left.
Bulls leading 95-77.

Bulls managed to not not get eliminated tonight.
Won big, taking game 5, but still down in the series 3-2 to the Pistons.
They gotta win game 6 to push it to a final, deciding game 7 in Detroit.

nicee job bulls!! keep the momentum going and try to win the series.

EDIT:
So the journey ends for the Warriors. From the scores I've seen, it was pretty close. They just lost it at the end once again.

The Warriors and Jazz games were competitive but the Jazz were the better team in the end.

Go Bulls!

It was really frustrating to watch Suns lose. Having the lead almost the whole game and then blowing it at the last minute.  :frustrated: :frustrated:

From someone who doesn't follow the NBA...  David Stern is all over the place and he's one stubborn SOB!  He said HE made the decision to hand out the "mandatory" suspensions and that it's the correct one.

Is THIS what fans of the NBA want?  Is this right?  I've yet to come across a single blogger (OK who isn't a Spurs fan) who didn't think this ruling was fucked up.  The only columnist I know who supported Stern was Jay Marriotti, which I suppose speaks for itself.

Is this right?

well the rulebook says, mandatory suspension if a player leaves bench during an altercation.  not saying i like the rule, or stern for that matter but rules are rules

as for the foul itself... pffft, nash is one of the biggest floppers in the nba.  that was part hip-check by horry and part flop by nash.  it only seemed a whole lot worse cause nash threw himself into the plastic board which made a loud noise  :jerk:

The Bulls gave it their all tonight, but the Pistons pulled it out and won the series 4-2.
Back to the East Conf. Finals once again.

Props to the Bulls for going this far in the playoffs.
They're still young, but they definitely learned plenty in this years post-season.

Yea Bulls did a good job, only wished they could get to the finals. I'm sure most of us knew they wouldn't make it that far, but there was hope hehe. Well, i hope the Cavs take out the Pistons (that is if they make it to the finals)!

I hope it's not another Detroit San Antonion final, that would be boring cause it would be defense oriented, although Detroit did get more offensive minded with flip saunders at the helm, but still, i  don't want a dejavu of that boring series.
