The first thought I had as soon as the PV started was "Woah, The Peace!." I was half expecting toilet bowls to start appearing
It was surprising to see Reina in the first scene. Where's the Ai pimping? I soon regretted asking that question. Every other scene thereafter was Ai-chan, no doubt her vehicle, as usual. Too bad they curled her hair which made her look worse than she really is. Considering how she got about 70% of the screentime, they could have at least gave her a nicer hairstyle. The Ai-chan I know can certainly look much, much better
It's about time they let Reina out from the celler they stuffed her in. YAY to her getting 3rd lead (I'm guessing 3rd after Ai and Koharu). Which makes me wonder, why was she taken off front girl position after Ambitious? Both dancing and singing are done with no problems but she was overdoing a little on the baka bit.
To see Koharu in the middle for a fair bit was a pleasant surprise. I 'd always liked the girl, whether as Kirari or spazzy miracle girl. But this is the first time I realized she could dance! Oh god, I would have probably kept my eyes glued on her throughout if I wasn't trying so hard to spot Risa
What can I say about Gaki-san besides the fact that I absolutely adore her....*ponders a little* Oh I know, how about that she got shoved into the back and side
AGAIN. I was hoping to see more of her after the untimely resignation of Miki but alas I was left disappointed. Well at least they had the decency to include some awesome shots of her dancing
Sayumi looks good, no doubt about that. She has got to be one of the prettiest in the current line-up, that's why her I'm-too-cute-for-the-world persona never annoyed me. She has every right to be narcissistic
This time she looked really great just lounging there, possibly even overshadowing Ai. I can't comment on her dance since I couldn't see the faces of anyone past the first row.
What I think about Eri could be summarized in one word....
WOW. She's has never been the highest on my list but there's no denying Kame has come a long way. Is this really the same shy girl who hid in tight spaces? And I had originally thought she had reached her personal best in KT. I couldn't have been more wrong about that. Give the girl more lines! She can sing, dance, is gorgeous, has a great figure and is pretty funny during shows if given the chance. Put her back in front girl position. It has been too long since Chokkan.
Aika....well....I really don't know. I didn't notice her much in the pair shots since she was with Risa and there's no way I could tear my eyes away from Risa
Trying to spot her during scenes of the dance is practically impossible. Everyone's faces were blurry and the tons of feathers weren't helping. But there is one thing I can say about
the only 8th gen member from Japan, she can sing.
I never thought I'll say this but Jun2 actually looks pretty good. Better in the shots with Lin2 than in the close-ups. It could be due to the fact that her semi-side face looks way better or perhaps it's just cuz they had to draw those scary eye make-up on Lin2. Her singing voice is kinda nice and she sounds really competant as compared to Lin2. But still, it isn't really fair to judge them now with only one line each.
I'm quite alright with Lin2 as a whole. She seems too enthusiastic some times but hey, it's better to have an eager beaver new member then someone who's pulling a face the whole time right? And no, I'm not talking about Miki
Also, did anyone else find her voice to sound extremely similiar to Sayumi?
All in all, I like the song, the girls all look good (so I can forgive the PV being a ripoff of The Peace) but can somebody tell them the heaps of feathers are really distracting? They could be potentially hazardous to people in the audience who are asthmatic
