If Maki did go into the AV business (rumors or not) I think I would lose all respect for her. Don't get me wrong she does look hot naked, but I don't think I could stand seeing her in that situation.

It's totally understandable to feel that way. If Ayaka, or Takitty were to go into AV, as an example, I would feel the exact same way. I'd still support them, though I know I'd always have that feeling in the pit of my soul. Guess it depends on how strongly you feel about them beforehand?

I'd personally think Maki has enough talent and fame to not need to go to AV. Maybe I have a wrong image of things, but I tend to see girls who go into AV either as girls who really enjoy that type of things or girls looking for a lot of attention in a really wrong way.

I would think that if Maki enjoyed that type of thing she would've done it ages ago. She doesn't need AV to get attention. So if she did it now, to me it'd feel like, with all that's happened in her life, along the way she's lost all respect for herself and people took advantage of her state to lure her into it.

Yes, she's been much more racier than the average ex-H!P-member, and I wouldn't be surprised if she did more of those semi-nudes. But AV? That'd just be dropping her standards to the floor. I still see some class left in her, she still has some elegance even when doing the semi-nudes. But there's no class left in AV. Would be disappointed.

She could never fall that low. I don't think that's possible. I don't know what will happen on her future but not that direction for sure. Just thinking that some months ago she was performing with Pucchimoni!
