abut also keep in mind that when games were still cartridge based, it was much harder to pirate them....but tbh i don't mind paying for dlc (actually i was playing mw3 last night, and was thinking that i'd pay to be prestige level 80 and all the unlocks that comes with it

)...but i can see how it would suck to have to buy all this extra stuff separately if you're a youngster or don't have extra money to toss around.

somehow i ended up getting gotham city imposters for only 5 bucks - not sure if it was a discount cuz of the playstation + or what...and they have where you can buy an hour of double xp for like 49 cents

was playing for a while last nite - i'm really happy with the game so far, really really fun

Ok, so my interest in this game was on a rather medium-low level but this trailer made it shoot up quite a bit! And also did I hear some good old Garbage in there?

It's really quite sad to see a 40+ year old Youtube COD commentator get into an open flame war with a 20 something COD commentator who's being an obvious troll for attention. The latter deserves a good punch in the mouth (the things he's said about what he would do to the other's wife/daughter and disabled son is too bad to repeat here), but what he's doing is the same as someone in a crowd jumping up and down going 'LOOK AT ME!!'. Now they're threatening to go into an actual fist fight and nobody is looking good out of this.

Speaking of which, Guiness World Records did a list of the Top 50 Video Game Endings of all time. Which do you think came out top? Ocarina of Time? Metal Gear Solid 3 : Snake Eater? FFX? Red Dead Redemption? Portal? Actually, it was COD : Black Ops. Seeing the list in full makes it even more bizarre. Words fail me.

The copy of Skyrim that I have is probably gonna go back to its owner this week. I never thought the Elder Scrolls series would appeal to me, but it did. I had an amazing time playing it. Currently have 156 hrs of play time, and I'm at level 46.

I guess I'll eventually get back to Skyward Sword, and do the boss trials.

I'm really sweating it out over game releases lately. At the moment I would say I have Skyrim, FFXIII-2, AC:Revelations, Resonanace of Fate, Sonic Generations, FIFA 12 and MW3 in heavy rotation. But look at the games now out or are due soon. Catherine, Mass Effect 3, SSX and now The Witcher 2 : Enhanced Edition.

Also have to share the CGI opening, because I'll be damned if that's not one of the most impressive CGI trailers I've ever seen

Looking at all the videos beforehand I thought they might make SSX a little easy for a new audience, but that's not the case at all!

I just can't get a gold medal on the race or trick events! It's impossible!

Speaking of extreme sports, they've announced that DC classic Jet Set Radio is coming out for the XBLA/PSN. An absolute classic, with one of the best soundtracks ever. Played the hell out of it for DC and the first Xbox. Might end up doing the same again!
