Sayu's in the hospital because she didn't pass the checkup, which she got on Risa's birthday. Her body is naturally weak so she can't stay on release for too long. it was mentioned a little bit in ch. 57

So after taht short half-chapter, here's a super long chapter. Lots of interesting stuff going on here, I think

Chapter 61 “Reina, I never thought that you would wear something like this, unless it was for work,” Ai laughed hysterically. “I guess love really does make you crazy, huh?”
“Shut up!” the yankii growled. “If you say one more thing about my outfit, I will—”
“Hey, they’re coming out!”
The High-Queen leader got out of the silver sports car to greet her two friends coming out of their house. Reina did the same and got of the driver’s seat. The sky was already pitch black; it was hard to see through the darkness, except for the spot under the street lamp.
“Sorry for making you wait!” Eri yelled, running towards the sidewalk. Reina turned around to look at her girlfriend. As the turtle jumped under the street lamp, the yankii covered her mouth as her eyes popped wide open.
Eri was wearing a pink costume with white ribbons, laces, and trimmings. Her skirt flared out at the bottom. She was also wearing fluffy white leg warmers which matched her fluffy wrist bands nicely. She had bunny ears on her head.
“How do I look?” Eri asked, spinning around in a circle. “Isn’t it cute?”
“You’re… a bunny…” Reina mumbled into her hand.
“Yup!” Eri giggled. “I mean, you said nothing suggestive so I decided that being a bunny was pretty safe. But this would’ve been more of Sayu’s thing; that’s why I told her I’m going to be a turtle for Halloween.”
“Being a bunny is still suggestive!” Reina argued.
“Hey, I could’ve come out in leotards or something, okay?” Eri shot back. “I think I look pretty cute.”
“Sorry, Reina, I tried to stop her,” Risa said from the darkness. “But I was busier trying to keep her from going overboard with my own costume so… yeah.”
“Come closer, Reina-chan, I want to see what you’re wearing!” Eri yelled.
“Oh, you’ll
love this,” Ai snickered.
“Shut up,” the yankii grumbled. She took a couple steps towards the street lamp. As her out fit came into view, Eri gasped out loud.
Reina was wearing the golden dress that Eri made her buy when they went shopping together! The dress was ruffled at the bottom and had a big bow in the front. Reina was wearing a pearl necklace and matching earrings. The only addition to the dress that made it a costume was the cat ears that peeked out behind the big, golden hair ribbon.
“You’re wearing the dress,” Eri breathed. “I thought you didn’t like the dress?”
“I don’t,” Reina grumbled. “But… you like it. And you seemed pretty happy when I bought it that day so… yeah.”
“… That’s one of the sweetest things I’ve heard, Reina-chan,” Eri laughed, hugging her girlfriend. “And you look beautiful. Thank you.”
“Well, I guess Eri passes the costume check,” Ai grinned. “Come out here, Risa. If you’re wearing something I don’t approve of, you’re going straight back into the house.”
“I honestly don’t think I can get any more innocent than this,” Risa muttered.
The bean stepped into the light as Reina and Eri stepped out. Eri beamed with pride. Reina smirked. Ai examined her girlfriend from head to toe; she covered her mouth and started to giggle.
Risa was wearing a white sweatshirt with black spots and a matching skirt. Her hair was in a wavy ponytail to the side. Her fuzzy hoop earrings were also white with black spots. She had a headband with black horns coming out. She crossed her arms and puffed up her cheeks.
“Oh, you make me feel so much better, Ai,” Risa grumbled. “See, Kameha, even this was going overboard!”
“Why? I think you look cute!” Eri giggled. “Nobody else would’ve thought of being a cow for Halloween. Besides, I offered you the bunny costume but you turned it down. I would’ve liked being a cow.”
“Yeah, because there’s no way I’m walking around in
that,” Risa said, pointing at her friend’s pink, fluffy costume.
“Well, she
definitely passes the costume check,” Reina snickered.
“Yeah, you pass,” Ai laughed.
“Gee, thanks,” Risa said sarcastically.
“No, really. I like it,” Ai grinned, stepping into the light with her girlfriend. “It’s cute.”
“And you told
me not to get suggestive!” Risa yelled after realizing what Ai was wearing.
The leader was wearing a leopard-printed sweatshirt with a matching miniskirt. She was wearing a red tank-top underneath, and had a red, glittery belt on to match her red boots. The sweatshirt was short, revealing her belly button. Her brown hair was loose and wavy.
“I’m older than you,” Ai joked.
“Are you seriously going to use that as an excuse?” Risa raised an eyebrow.
“Well, nobody would dare to approach
the Takahashi Ai or Tanaka Reina, no matter how seductive they look,” Ai explained. “But if two
gorgeous ladies who aren’t in the public eye appear wearing something too suggestive… it won’t go down well.”
“Aw, you flatter me, Ai,” Eri laughed.
“Not me,” Risa grumbled.
“Come on, cheer up,” Ai said, putting her arm around her girlfriend. “We have a party to get to.”

“Let’s go, Reina-chan! Let’s go, go, go!”
“Eri, don’t run!”
Reina jumped out of her car and chased after the turtle-turned-rabbit girl into the brightly lit house. Ai got out and walked around to open the door for the girlfriend.
“Feeling any better?” the leader asked.
“Not particularly,” Risa grumbled.
“Look, nothing’s going to happen tonight to either of us. I promise,” Ai comforted. “And the truth is… I’m kind of glad you’re here. I like showing off pretty things that are mine.”
“That’s one thing you’re right about,” Risa whispered as she got out of the car. “That I’m yours.”
“I’m glad you said that,” Ai smiled. “Come on; let’s go greet Ishikawa-san.”
The couple held each other’s hand and walked up the stairs. The outside of the house was decorated with black and orange lights along with pumpkins and other figurines. The music was so loud that it could be heard through the closed windows. Ai opened the front door and walked in with Risa right next to her.
There were people
everywhere. The living room was completely engulfed by crowds of witches, devils, animals, and more. Ai pulled Risa close to herself. But the cow could swear that somebody already touched her butt.
The two girls squeezed through the crowds and reached the spacious kitchen. There were people in there too, but three of them stood out the most. Ai walked up to them.
“Ishikawa-san, Miyoshi-san, Okada-san,” the High-Queen leader greeted.
The girl on the left was wearing a dress with a blue top and a ruffled black skirt. The blue part looked like silk, and was sequined with gold designs.
The girl in the middle was wearing a yellow rabbit costume with bunny ears and fishnet tights. This made Risa remember Eri and Reina’s conversation about her friend’s costume… Eri
definitely wasn’t wearing anything suggestive.
The girl on the right was wearing a black-and-white striped bikini top with a red mini skirt. Some sort of tropical dancer, Risa figured. She was the most revealing out of all of them.
Then, Risa recognized the girl in the middle.
“Rika from the club!” the cow yelled out.
“Oh, I remember you,” Rika giggled. “The girl without the ID. I didn’t know you were acquainted with my kouhai.”
“She’s my girlfriend,” Ai said firmly. “Do you know each other?”
“I met her when I went to find you at the club… that night…” Risa mumbled.
“Oh, so you’re going out with Lovely,” Rika giggled again. “How sweet. These are my girls: Erika and Yui.”
“Hello,” Risa squeaked. She was kind of overwhelmed by how confident and mature these three girls looked. Ai seemed to realize the bean’s discomfort, and tightened her hold around her shoulder.
“Well, we’re going to go look for Reina and our other friend,” Ai said.
“Oh yeah, we didn’t see Tanakitty yet,” Rika said. “Tell her to come greet us when you find her.”
“I’ll do that,” Ai said. “See you later.”
With that, the older girl pulled her meek girlfriend out of the kitchen and back into the living room.
“I think I get what you mean by a Rated-R party now,” Risa whispered.
“Oh, it’s still on the PG level at the moment,” Ai muttered. “It might get worse.”
“I have to find Eri,” Risa decided. “Who knows what that spaced-out girl is getting herself into.”
“Reina’s with her, she’s fine,” Ai comforted.
“No, I think I want to check for myself.”
Despite her girlfriend’s reassurance, Risa quickly disappeared into the crowd of dancers.
