Forbidden Flower
Chapter Two | Azalea
The smooth blades of grass swayed in the gentle breeze as sunlight glazed beautifully over the peaceful meadow. A harmonious flow of liquid composed symphonically like unwinding music to the ears, while the stream itself shimmered breathtakingly in the nearby distance. Basking under the rays of warmth, the figures of two young lovers sitting down back to back settled amiably.
A pair of flawless lips equivalent to that of an angel curved into a smile. “…You love me,” The girl plucked out a bright yellow petal from the daisy she held in her hand and continued, “You love me not,” the loose curls at the end of her long silky hair shifted slightly as she leaned her head back against her lover. “You love me,” She repeated the phrase again, carefully removing a single petal at a time.
“Annin…” Jurina’s beautiful eyes remained closed and her dark lashes rested cozily against the softness of her cheek as she spoke.
The girl with a daisy paused, her fingers still lightly pinched onto a petal as she turned her head a little bit to the side in question. “Hmm?” Iriyama Anna subtly asked.
Jurina simply smiled as she twirled a different kind of flower in her own hand. She opened her eyes to retake in the glow of light and kept silent, then gradually
shifted her gaze to the side. The other girl merely blinked in response to the pointless call of her name and proceeded to return to her activity.
“Eh, it’s the last petal already… What should I do?” Anna’s voice was gentle, but disappointed as she contemplated whether or not to say the next given line.
Jurina moved to the side and scooted further back to meet her lover’s attractive features. At this, Anna shifted her eyes away from the flower and the two locked gazes. With the affection clear and evident laden in the glitter of their eyes, both girls stared amorously into the depths of each other.
Anna lifted up the single-petal daisy to show the other girl and gave a playful pout. “You love me n—” Her eyes widened as Jurina leaned in to interrupted her sentence midway with a quick peck on the lips.
Pulling away once again, they stared at each other until Jurina decided to tuck the wild Azalea she held on to the girl’s ear. “…I love you Annin.” Jurina removed the daisy from Anna and placed her lover’s hand on the smooth skin of her cheek.
Anna’s eyes softened, “I love you too.” She sincerely returned.
Jurina’s heart picked up in pace. The beautiful sound of Anna’s voice always made it like so…her sweet mellifluous tone similar to that of a smooth flowing river.
Such a precious thing sent tingles of pleasure down the younger girl’s spine and forced her to learn how to breathe.
Jurina shifted onto her knees and crawled inwards for another kiss with her lids gently shut. The innocence confined in their previous contact slowly dispersed and was soon consumed by an unfamiliar passion as Anna wrapped her arms loosely around the girl’s neck.
Feeling herself gradually fall back against the grass…Anna gave a ginger lick to Jurina’s upper lip and the infatuated girl followed her down.
Their legs tangled and their heated bodies pressed up against one another as the comforting winds played with their surroundings. Catching her breath, the girl on top lifted her body up a little and took in the alluring sight of her beloved who had just released her from the hold.
Jurina gulped…
Annin’s hair was sprawled out somewhat erotically as her chest heaved up and down. The outlining of her soft collarbone was exposed from the slip on one side of her strap and her sundress rolled up a little higher than what one would call safe.
Captivated by the girl under her, Jurina intertwined their fingers and dived back in.
Beside the couple, the now petaless daisy from before lied down symbolically against the grassy field and not a moment later its bright yellow petals fluttered away…
-------------------------------------------------------------
Dawn had barely peaked over the horizon. The sky kept its display stars that were slowly fading into obscurity and a few translucent rays of light escaped across the flourishing landscape. Surprisingly, the morning glow that seeped through the bay window of Jurina’s spacious studio was enough to make her stir.
Rubbing over her closed eyes with the back of her hand the girl let out a tired yawn and stretched. She then reached out towards the night stand beside her and grabbed onto her phone.
Pushing away her comforter, the girl leaned over to the side and unlocked her mobile screen to check the time.
“…Ughh.” It was an hour earlier than the usual.
A dull nagging sensation crept up into the corner of Jurina’s mind. It was a sense of irritation that hadn’t bothered her for a while now, but has somehow returned. She shut her eyes, willing herself to think clearly. And quite out of the blue, she remembered.
She remembered her dream…
The young girl shook her head hoping that it might have the ability to temporally remove the images of her precious, yet seemingly messed up memories. Jurina turned her head to the side, looked over at the nightstand top where two faced down picture frames were situated and took a deep breath.
Jurina reached out for one of the pictures, but stopped herself in a moment of hesitation and got off the bed instead. Adorned in only a loose grey shirt and white shorts, she walked out onto the vast balcony, shivering a bit at the cool morning breeze. Her hands were set on the railing as she overlooked the exotic view of the city down below.
Removing her hands off the railing to cup at the side of her mouth, “Good morning, Nagoyaaa!~” the teen yelled.
Ending the energetic greeting, she hugged herself in an attempt to warm up and hurried back inside to do her business. The studio apartment was designed artistically with an air of posh and sophistication. It was also furnished most beautifully in vintage, but Matsui Jurina lived alone.
Her parents have been separated since she was seven and she remained in guardianship under her father’s name over the years. The successful man lived in a heap of luxury with his new wife, whom Jurina had never seemed to be able to get along with. On the other hand, her biological mother had been lost in contact after the divorce settlements long ago.
Jurina’s living quarters were provided illegally with an agreement from her father who paid all necessary expenses along with the credit cards she was given. She rarely ever saw the man, but he’d occasionally give a call or send a text to check on her wellbeing once every blue moon. The thought of a family has always been one that she’s come to avoid over time though, not wanting to deal with its complexities.
Slipping on a thin hoodie and plugging in a pair of headphones into her mobile device, the girl headed out to a nearby park for her morning routinely jog. It was a fundamental commitment made to herself living alone that she had to keep her body and especially health in great shape.
The exercise was simple and lead to nothing unusual in particular once she had finished. Jurina returned back to her apartment and reentered her home. She headed straight for the refrigerator and took out a lidded glass beaker full of vegetable juice that’s already been premade, setting it out onto the marble-like counter.
Pouring herself a full cup, she chugged down the thick green liquid and tried hard not to grimace at the vile taste. Even after years of taking the daily dosage, she still found it hard to like the supposed benefitting drink.
After cleaning up, she stripped down naked leaving a trail of clothing to the bathroom and prepped herself for another day at school. Once she put on some clothes, the need to reexamine her appearance resurfaced. In the reflection of her grand mirror, Jurina smiled contemptibly as she patted down her navy blue vest.
Grabbing a hold of her satchel, the girl flipped it over her shoulder and left the studio. She took an elevator down the ridiculously abundant amount of floors, before exiting the building. The busy sound of street traffic and city dwellers filled her ears, a completely different atmosphere from just a couple hours earlier.
The girl looked around and hailed a cab for her usual ride to school.
Arriving at her destination the girl proceeded inside. Due to the early arrival, it was a quiet and peaceful morning. There were no other students in sight as Jurina walked through main entrance lined with the same sight of pear trees.
Beyond a set of pillars, she stepped foot into their heavenly courtyard and took in the aromatic scent of fresh flowers. Jurina closed her eyes relishing the moment, but reopened them when her ears perked up to the noise of water drizzling.
Raising a brow, she walked further into the yard and there she saw her…
Under the shine of morning glow, Iriyama Anna was seen knelt down beside the school’s beautiful garden and carefully tending to the plants.
Jurina stopped dead, surprised to see the unexpected girl.
Anna set down the watering can and scooted over to her personal items on the ground. In her aura of serenity, she took out a random strawberry from her tiny lunch container. As she stood up to observe the garden, she took a bite out of the brightly colored fruit…her lips pursing over its juicy sweetness.
Nostalgia leaked into Jurina’s composure and feeling somewhat saddened, she looked away.
“…Jurina?” The same sweet voice that has never once failed to move Jurina whispered eerily from across the courtyard.
The taller girl could feel her heart beat in disbelief at the call of her name, but with her pride she went on puffing out her chest and raising her chin high like she was an indomitable force to be reckoned with.
The tension however, was undeniably felt.
With each other painted perfectly into the eyes of one another, they remained silent and continued to stare on. Anna, who began to bat her eyelashes looked away first and calmly walked back over to her belongings. After picking up another strawberry she stood up with the grace of an innocent smile and extended her arm out towards Jurina.
Inclining her head to the sky, Jurina closed her eyes and took a deep breath as if trying to contain the sensation of something. Shortly thereafter, she tilted her head at the girl and decided to take the offer. Their enthralling eyes locked onto each other as Jurina walked over and was handed the fruit.
Although the scent was strong, the taste was bland. “…It’s not in season.” Jurina carefully chewed on the delight.
“Oh?” Anna’s tone remained as soothing and innocent as it can be. There was adoration in the way she stared at Jurina as she went on. “Then don’t eat it.” She held out her open palm and Jurina returned the half eaten strawberry.
Jurina became sublimely distracted as she watched the other girl take a bite over her own eaten portion.
A nagging question suddenly probed at her, “…Did you really mean it?” Jurina asked.
Anna gently tucked one side of her hair behind her ear. “Did I mean what?” She looked unsure of what was being asked.
Jurina looked a bit bothered, but faked her true self. “About missing me I mean.” She was pretty sure speaking to Anna in the manner that she did would hurt the girl’s ego, but was really caught off guard when she herself couldn’t handle the reaction.
“…I miss you.” Anna’s eyes began to shimmer.
A dam flooded by abstained emotions in Jurina broke free and in an angered haste she tossed her satchel across the grass. Jurina then grabbed onto Anna’s wrist and in a cohesive manner she dragged the girl into the women’s restroom.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rena walked through the entrance of Sunshine Sakae and tried to admire the view like how she always did. Lately there had been a lot of things on her mind, but she had already known that her anxiousness was probably due to a dreaded date hastily approaching.
Every year she was afraid of what might happen during this time even though there was assurance that she’d be under control. Still, the nagging of uncertainty continued to hassle her…sometimes she even felt as though it screamed out at her wanting to be more acknowledge.
It was a hard thing to try and explain, let alone understand…For she herself had a hard time dealing with the problem. Rena rubbed at the side of her arm in a comforting manner, for there was simply nothing else more frightening.
Rena would often think that everything will be alright as long as Airi was by her side, but then again there was still that traumatizing doubt... Taking into consideration that there was an appointment she had to attend to after work, Rena quickly made a mental note to seek guidance over the matter with her therapist later on.
Though, along with Furakawa Airi who was always there for her...Somehow, a part of her knew there was also now someone else…
Matsui Jurina had never failed to attract her unwavering attention and though the girl made her anxious, it wasn’t a bad form of anxiousness either. With perfect jet black hair that accentuated every inch of her face, skin smooth as a fine cut diamond, piercing brown orbs that locked Rena in their gaze, and lips that had often distracted her—Rena always felt like she was staring at a model who just stepped out of the pages of those glamorous magazines, but she knew with that opinion alone that she wasn’t the only one who believed it so. The young girl, to the eyes of most people based solely on image probably saw a glorious angel who had been gifted to earth just to show what perfection was meant to look like and Rena acknowledged the warm feelings she’d been receiving was an unusual admiration if anything.
Rena passed by her usual sitting spot and smiled at the thought her student’s action the other day. Holding a binder between her arm and against her side she snapped open a can of coffee, then took a sip. Her hair was wavy and pulled back into a messy bun, while adorned in a slim rhyme stoned headband that glittered under the sun. She wore a cute light green dress accompanied by a pretty white laced collar, thin pink belt, and a darker green cardigan to fit over the top.
Rena tapped her shoes against the stairs upon reaching the building, but a lingering thought came back to her and she turned to head back down. The young woman slowed her footing and entered the courtyard, her eyes scanning over the garden.
When Rena found what she was looking for her smile brightened and she made her way on over to a batch of white chrysanthemums. “Kyaa~?!” The coffee can in her hand was suddenly thrown up into the air.
Without watching her step, she nearly fell on her face as she stumbled over something on the ground…The object making a noise as it skids away on impact. Rena picked herself back up and realizes something. An expression of absolute horror took over her the look on her face and she looked down on herself to see a big blob of dark coffee stained on the top portion of her dress.
Rena’s eyes widened, “Ahh…noooooo.” she whined.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Jurina led Anna into a random stall and swung her against the wall. As the shorter girl clashed onto the partition, Jurina quickly hovered over her body and pressed their foreheads together. The two were already panting hard as their hearts raced amongst the hectic pounding in their chest…their eyes desperately searching for answers in each other.
The sweet intoxicating scent of the girl tickled her senses and her heart skipped a beat. After so long, Anna was only inches away, mere inches, and nothing inside of Jurina made her want to back off. Not when she sees the girl catch her bottom lip between her teeth and as far as she's concerned, Jurina knew exactly what that meant.
The dominating girl pulls in a tremulous breath and it escapes her parted lips as the faint echo of a moan; the promise of more to come. Anna looked away unable to match Jurina’s intensive gaze, but the second she did though…
“Mmph?!” Jurina placed her hands on Anna’s face and leaned in for a passionate kiss.
Even with the swift force of Jurina’s lips, there were no real elicit complaints from her companion and this provoked the taller girl into deepening the sensual contact. Should Jurina have needed the girl less, she would have been afraid of her submission.
The odd fear from their escape lingers in her mouth though as she tastes the inviting flavor of strawberries and at this a shadow of adrenaline still spiking in her veins…everything somehow intoxicates over.
The release of bottled emotions spurred Jurina on, made her arrogant, and ravaged her wild. She wasn’t careful or gentle with Anna in the process though, not like she would have been any other time. She felt the shorter girl slightly tremble, but was too consumed with a selfish desire. Jurina pulls on the girl’s hip roughly against her own and Anna’s breathing hitches.
The gasp echoes in the cavernous room surrounding them...
Jurina moves away from Anna’s moist succulent lips to press her ravenous own against the corner of the girl’s mouth and then down the soft flesh of her jaw… Daringly running her fingers through those luscious brown locks she'd always been so envious of.
Jurina felt her breathing momentarily halt when Anna softly pleaded, “Please s-stop…” but despite having heard the request so clearly, she still couldn’t help the need to slide her insatiable hands down.
Jurina breaks the kiss only long enough to grip at Anna’s collar. She held tightly onto the fabric and in a violent manner forcibly rips the blouse apart, baring the pale but flushed skin underneath as the sound of buttons scattering out of place were sounded.
Anna’s eyes snapped open and immediately shoved the girl away. A slap resonated loudly throughout the room, the action causing a rise in mixed emotions from both parties.
Jurina gritted her teeth, bearing the pain as she felt a burning sensation scorch against her reddened cheek. “…Does this make any sense?” She let out shaky laugh. “…Isn’t this all that you wanted anyways?”
Anna looked up to glare at Jurina, but then as anger faded into sadness…She choked out as the tears began to fall. The hand that attacked Jurina cupped over her mouth to hide the escape of a whimper and her shoulders began to shake.
Jurina slowly looked up having the guilt consume over her the moment she’d made such a comment. In truth she hadn’t meant what she said, but somehow in that spur of a moment where all her bad pent up memories had a chance to escape…She had already made a retched mistake and now it was impossible to take it all back.
Anna sniffed as she quickly wiped at her tears, “You’re wrong.” She said. “You’re so wrong about everything…and you’ll never understand why.”
As the girl turns to leave, the taller one grabbed onto her arm and pulled her to a stop. Jurina tightened her hold, “Then…explain it to me!” With desperation for discloser her shoulders began to rise and her breathing fastened. “Just tell me…whatever the reason might be…” Her eyes shifted nervously in thought. “I promise…I’ll try to understand.”
Anna turned around and looked at Jurina with pain filled eyes, her lips trembling as she spoke her final statement. “I wish…” With that said in almost a whisper, she began to back out and Jurina who looked upset turned away. At this Annin left the room.
The moment Anna reached the exit, a teacher entered and blinked up in surprise. Her gaze remained on the girl as she quickly removed herself from the scene.
Rena shrugged off the encounter and proceeded to the sink where she switched on the tap, but looking up into the mirror and seeing an unexpected person she mentally gasped for air at the sight before her.
They made eye contact, the heavy air of awkwardness simply intractable from the duo…
Rena stared at the girl’s reflection the mirror and noticed an uncharacteristic behavior. Usually when the two looked at each other, it had always been Rena who broke away first…But this time Juirna’s eyes began to shift around nervously.
The only sound that could be heard was that of running water, but soon thereafter the student suddenly decided to leave.
Rena couldn’t help it, but to be suspicious of the two girls that previously occupied the restroom. Just from the distressed expressions etched onto their face, she knew something personal had definitely took place.
The curiosity slowly occupied her thoughts as she wet some paper towels and dabbed at the dark mark on her top, but the futile attempt to remove the discoloration seemed hopeless.
“Rena-sensei…” At the call of her name the teacher turned back around to be met with the same student.
‘Clankkk~’ Rena flinched as the girl tossed a can across the room, triggering a clamorous noise when the metallic object bounced against the wall and dropped into a trash can.
“You spilled coffee all over my bag.” Jurina raised up her sticky satchel, her voice slightly placid.
Confused, “Eh?” the woman made a face.
Jurina sighed and walked up to a spare sink. She accumulated a couple sheets of paper towels and began to wipe away at her bag.
Rena who was quietly inspecting the girl tried to process what she had just said and then, “Ah!” she thought back to how she tripped in the first place. “Why’d you leave your stuff in the middle of a walk way?” she asked.
Jurina didn’t answer nor did she even look up from what she was doing.
“…Are you okay?” Rena’s voice changed into a softer tone and the girl merely nodded.
Jurina finally looked up at the woman, “Are you okay?” she returned the question gesturing towards the coffee stain.
Unconsciously admiring the girl’s beauty, Rena gave a sheepish smile. Feeling the awkwardness casually subside she looked down on herself bashfully, “It’s kind of embarrassing isn’t it?” she returned to making a mess with the wet towel over her top.
Instead of efficiently getting rid of the coffee mark, the dampness Rena used over the stain only made the area spread to greater radius…
Jurina walked up closely to her teacher, “You’re making it worst.” She placed a hand over Rena’s own.
Her heart began to beat relentlessly as she eyed the girl with complete vigilance. “Hmm…” A brooding sigh escaped Jurina’s lips as she observed the mark. Rena internally debated with herself whether or not to protest the sudden invasion of personal space that Jurina had suddenly bequeathed on her, but after a while the taller girl lifted up her eyes and held Rena’s gaze.
Jurina slowly backed away, “Turn around.” She commanded.
“…What?” Rena’s eyes grew wide once she heard the trigger that allotted her the opportunity to snap out of her ridiculous stupor.
Jurina rolled her eyes seemingly annoyed for the first time and turned around instead. Rena nearly lost her composure as she watched the girl begin to lift up her vest, “What are you doing?” she inquired firmly, alertness finally finding its way into her voice.
When an answer wasn’t immediately received, she looked away…
Hearing the sound of clothes rustling, her mind seemed to have stop working as she stood there nervously fidgeting with her fingers. “Here, put this on and wear your cardigan over it.” At the sound of Jurina’s voice, Rena returned her gaze.
The student was wearing her dark navy blue vest, but with nothing under. Her tie hung loosely over her bare shoulder and she held out her white button up shirt to Rena. There was no doubt. It was certainly a dress code violation.
“Matsui-san…” Rena muttered out her name taken aback by the kind, yet again unexpected gesture.
Jurina placed the white top in Rena’s hands. “We’re friends aren’t we?” A slow, adoring smile lined the curves of her lips and the heat that emanated from the girl was simply unbelievable.
Before Rena could reject the offer the student had already left the tiled room. As she exited out through the door though, “Next time, call me by my first name.” she yelled.
Rena glanced down at the shirt and released a sigh. Feeling a tug at the corner of her mouth, she let the strange feelings of gratification soak in and smiled.
To the woman, the usually poetic girl was definitely something else…
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rena leaned back against the front of her desk and gently patted down her clothes. A small blush crept up her cheeks as she slowly looked up to be met with a certain girl’s smile. Matsui Jurina shifted back into her seat without a care in the world, despite the way she was dressed.
The teacher had undoubtedly overheard many students chitchat over the matter, but they gradually stopped when she as the instructor made no comment upon entering, seeing it, and still proceeding with class.
Rena cleared her throat setting down the attendance sheet and quietly picked up a textbook. “Please, turn to page forty-three in yo—” she was rudely interrupted by the sliding door snapping open against the wall.
A tall girl with a slim figure entered, her face was contorted in fury as she scanned over the room. “Matsuuuuii!” She roared as she found who she was looking for.
Jurina remained calm as the intruder charged at her.
Rena’s eyes widened in shock at the brewing disaster in front of her and nervously called out for the other girl to stop. She had never before in her life, had an easy time dealing with chaotic situations and this time was no different. Despite her bewilderment, she was slightly relieved to see another student make a dash into the room.
A shorter girl quickly held back her fuming friend. “Maria stop, it’s not worth getting suspended over!”
With eyes staring straight into Jurina who remained unfazed, the blasted girl continued to protest. “Haruka let go! I need to…Ughh!!” She was able to successfully budge out of her friends grasp.
Disturbed students stood up from their seats as Abe Maria gripped a fistful of Jurina’s top. “What the hell did you do to ‘my’ Anna-chan?” She hissed.
Among the heavy haze of obscurity in the room Jurina was still able to form an amused smirk, “Your Anna-chan?”
Maria looked down at the Jurina’s clothing in disgust and held up her trembling fist in a rage.
Rena who was by now biting onto her nails out of anxiousness, quickly rushed over and gripped at the student’s fist…silently pleading with her eyes.
Staring at Rena’s expression, Jurina immediately stood up and pushed off her attacker.
Shimada Haruka tugged on the sleeve of her friend, “Let’s just go…Don’t get into any more trouble.” she begged.
Maria stared down on Rena’s student for another minute in utter silence, and then turned her heel to exit. Her friend who was left behind made a bow in apology and eventually left as well.
Rena released a sigh in relief and glanced up at Jurina. The girl who unable to meet her teacher’s gaze bowed her head down and low…
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rena turned her eyes away from the facility she had just walked out of and felt the bloom of a smile across her face as now she was able to enjoy the relaxation of the night.
Her day at work had long ended on a less troublesome note. She had decided not to report the scene between her student and the other two girls, but the event had still undeniably bothered her so. After the incident, she’d taken notice that Jurina hadn’t come to her usual spot on the balcony area.
Rena had always known the younger girl came to see her there…
As odd as it was, the gaze she’d often receive from Jurina was a presence she had always been able to sense. Rena twirled a withered chrysanthemum in her hand. She had picked it up earlier in the morning, before heading to class in a hope to return the girl’s friendly gesture as a mean of accepting her friendship. But she understood that the girl must’ve had her own predicaments to deal with.
As the memory of all things stressful earlier in the day faded into the backdrop of her mind, so did the once lively block she was walking in to head home.
The further Rena treaded out into the city, the more serene and peaceful the street became as well. The block had gotten quieter, foot traffic had thinned immensely and pretty soon, the street ahead became plain quiet leaving the woman alone with the company of just a few street lamps that illuminated the calm road.
Rena gave a quiet sigh as she tilted her head to gaze up at the night's sky.
With the full moon hovering in view, the stars smiling in unison, and the dim illumination of street lights flickering in the distance—it almost felt as though Rena herself was walking inside a picturesque painting. All dangers aside, there was also something about walking alone at night that she just enjoyed immensely. She could never figure out the reason though…It could easily be the beauty of it or the tranquility it harbors, but regardless Rena always found her mind at peace in such a setting.
“So nice…” Rena stretched.
The peace, however, was short-lived when she felt a wisp of alarmingly cold air suddenly curl around her. Folding her arms to fight against the sudden breeze, she shivered at the feel of the cold air whispering around her bare legs. It was a strange thing because she was getting colder, but felt absolutely no wind whatsoever.
Rena was nearing the apartment complex she shared with her best friend when alarmingly out from the dark shadows a figure suddenly appeared…
“I’ve finally found you…” The unknown person stumbled towards her.
Rena tried so hard not to flinch in fear when she heard another person’s voice. She tried so hard not to appear frightened when she realized that there was another person in her presence and tried so hard to not draw back in a panic when she saw the stranger approach her.
Rena felt her throat grow dry, heart beat elevate, and nerves recoil in fright at the awareness of danger trailing beside her. “W-who are you?” She stammered as her eyes slowly, but vigilantly fell onto the person.
Though she didn’t overtly flinch in fear, Rena knew the stranger caught the uneasiness dancing in her flustered gaze. It took a couple of seconds for her eyes to become acclimated with the darkness that coated over the person.
As her eyes inspected over the unnamed woman’s features which were now visible under the direct glow of the full moon…Rena couldn't help but, despite the arguably dangerous predicament she found herself in, admire the person’s gorgeous features.
Dressed in a black and white sukajan jacket, dark jeans, and black shoes—the person was anything but a bum. If anything, ‘beautiful’ appeared too serene of words to describe her.
With raven black hair and a single lock of bright red hair, the stranger’s eyes locked themselves in a gaze with Rena. “I’ve searched for years…so, why?” The stranger’s mesmerizing eyes glistened as her lips were left parted.
“I…I’m sorry, but do I know you?” Rena managed to muster out. Her voice was composed, but her eyes remained timid as they stared on curiously ahead.
The unknown woman looked a bit stunned, “…You don’t remember me?” her voice was as pained as it was sensual.
Rena shook her head. She had never seen the woman before in her life yet, could feel the fibers of her body come alive just by watching as the person moved her hand to clutch over the cross hanging from her neck.
Rena dropped the flower she was holding. Suddenly, she was feeling hotter than she’s ever felt before and the feverish sensation frightened her. It frightened her so much that it took all her internal strength to back away from the person, a nervous habit immediately taking over her as she moved her hand up to her mouth.
The stranger who seemed momentarily hurt by Rena’s detached action reached out her trembling hand, “It’s me…Black.”
Unbeknownst to her, although she was so sure that name was nowhere near familiar…a tear slid down Rena’s cheek.

A/N: Whooo, finally got another update out of the way. I hope it’s not too confusing since there are a lot of new characters suddenly popping up all at once, but it’s all for a more chaotic plot so yeah... I’ve dropped hints on Rena’s medical condition if anyone hasn’t figured it out haha. Sorry, there really weren’t many Wmatsui moments in this chapter! I promise although the relationship chart is all crazy, this ‘is’ and ‘will’ end as a Wmatsui fic lol…I just didn’t want the usual normal romantic plot lines…*Prays* I hope I didn’t stray too much off interest…Or that the flow sucks.-__-“
Sorry grammar..I tired.
Thanks for the love and support T^T
