^ Ill translate only from 4th paragraph because the 1st few paragraphs is just introduction on MM. The last paragraph are just some promotional lines. Note that the translation may not be 100% true to the original article, because this is how i interpreted the article.

But at the same time, can't this song [Moving on] be a message for primary/secondary/college students who tries to run away from problems by comitting suicide?
Living on in this world is indeed difficult and tough, therefore people choose to give up on living and stop moving on. In many schools, you'll hear lots of cases of teenagers who choose to commit suicide due to horrendous/serious bullying from people around them.
*lyrics*
After hearing this particular line of lyrics from MM's latest single, it gives you the message that "Even in any desperate situations, tomorrow, the next day or in the future, you may meet a friend who will accompany you through bad times" Although the future is still unforeseen, there will definetely be someone who will accept you as who you are, and there will definetely be a bright future ahead of you. Being born in the same generation with current teenagers who tends to commit suicides over problems, MM on the other hand shows a good example and message through their own way of life and their song [Moving on]
We understand that troubled teenagers also exists in this BARKS' community built for music lovers, thus we would really like these teenagers to be able to listen to MM's new single.

Hmm all the paragraphs link up nicely to the last paragraph which calls out for people to buy their singles
I think its just a promotional gimmick by BARKS.
On the other hand, this single ranks 2nd in MM's discography for me just behind [I Wish] Because I like such MM songs that carries alot of meaning in their lyrics.
