"Aruiteru" a message to bullied school children in Japan?

I would be very interested in a translation of this article. The machine translation gives some clues as what is about, but it is not very readable.

School children being bullied is a big problem in Japan. See for example this article on guardian.co.uk.

Being born in the same generation with current teenagers who tends to commit suicides over problems, MM on the other hand shows a good example and message through their own way of life and their song [Moving on]

We understand that troubled teenagers also exists in this BARKS' community built for music lovers, thus we would really like these teenagers to be able to listen to MM's new single.

I think its just a promotional gimmick by BARKS.

On the other hand, this single ranks 2nd in MM's discography for me just behind [I Wish] Because I like such MM songs that carries alot of meaning in their lyrics.

lol, I told everyone that japan is a sucker for lyrics like: "hitori ja nai kara" and thats one of the reasons that Aruiteru is a #1 lol. Good job, Momusu! #1 for 6 days. Hopefully it'll make the biggest sales of 2006 for H!P.

Exactly, it makes me enjoy the songs more knowing what they're about and even more so when they carry alot of meaning in their lyrics, like you say.

This just made me like Aruiteru so much more

I really think that even though Morning Musume's upbeat songs are usually very cool and great because you can actually dance with them, these more calm and meaningful songs are a very good thing every now and then. ^^
