Not really a game show dude. They're from a show called "Red Carpet", and it's primarily a variety show for comedians to come and show off their (new) acts/jokes/material. Looks like Rika's going to be part of the panel that "judges" how funny the acts are and comments on them and what not (Miki, Ayaya, and Yossi for sure have been on the panel before). The focus of the show is really on the comedians, the panelists only get a little bit of screen time.
