I'm pretty sure that Rika's lyrics are all about her hometown, Yokosuka. I can't really translate it, but they're REALLY different, haha.

In the 'Yossie Fan Club Show' thread on 2ch all I found was this response to the question "ハンアンについて何か話しあったの？" (Was anything about Hangry & Angry talked about?)

Which I'm unclear of the translation but I took it to mean
"There's Dream Morning Musume this year."
"It's not humpty dumpty."

Which I took to mean she has commitments with Dream MM this year but H&A isn't dead yet.

So if someone can translate that a bit better or has another source that'd be cool.

Nope it's not an April Fool!
Some fans who went to the FC event yesterday said Yossy hinted them that Hangry&Angry is on again this year, by humming the word Hangry&angry.

「今年はドリ娘があって『ふんふふーんふんふふー』もあるし」
って言った
「ハンプティーダンプティーじゃないよ」とも

Translated:
This year I have Dream Morning Musume and "Hm Hmm Hm Hmm" (hiting Hangry&Angry) is on too.
Yossy said.
and she also said "It's not Humpty Dumpty by the way."
