Interesting charts!

SNSD blew everybody out of the water in 2009, but I'm not too surprised. Gee and Genie really shot them up the popularity chart. What surprised me was the 31%. That's quite a lot. A big congrats to the girls for making it!

The demographics didn't surprise me too much. I knew males would dominate females, but it's nice to see a decent percentage of females liking them as well. It's so lopsided at least for Japanese artists, it's not even funny.

I like how even the individual member fancafes made it on the list.

Taeyeon being number 3 surprised me a lot.

I like looking at charts. o.O

What surprises me is that they got 33.1% from women in their 30s, that's more than Big Bang! o_o I didn't know older women liked them too, you know, since I'm still in my 20s...very young...

Also on last night Gurls On Top with Yoona, there was an interview with their stylist and she said something about their new concept which is gonna be cute and futuristic. I don't know if she meant for the album or what. Still it sounds weird for me.

eta: Damn, I only found out now that Lisette choreographed Boa's Bump Bump and Eien. I freakin' love the dance in Eien!! And I heard that Rino took her classes or something too.

The video and concept sounds like it could be interesting. Hype level rising!

I also saw some rumored track lists and a couple of them had Girls Galaxy as a song which would kind of fit with the futuristic thing. But who knows.

Fall in love with these girls, i wanna know everything about them, besides MV, albums, any dramas SNSD acted in? They are so lovely and cute, i really hope they can star more and more dramas or movies. But on the contrary, they are singers first, hope their singles can get the number 1 position on big Music charts.

Yoona's in a few dramas - 'Cinderella Man', 'You Are My Destiny' and '9th Inning, 2 Out'

Yuri is also apparently lined up to be in a new drama, but it hasn't actually started yet, so we'll wait and see.

Yuri and Sooyoung had several appearances in 'Unstoppable Marriage'.

I can't which episode it is but all the girls appear in that same drama.

That ep all the girls appeared in was late in the show. I can't remember either when that was

. I think Yoona has acted in a few more dramas predebut, but it was just a one time cameo maybe. Yuri was in SJ's movie, also predebut. Sooyoung acted in a movie too last year, she played Yeonhee's friend in Sunjeongmanhwa (the romanized title might differ). Hmm...that's all I can remember now.

Lisette sounds super friendly on her twit. I hope there'll be some UCC vid of her teaching the girls her choreography out later.

Episode 64 of Unstoppable Marriage is the one with all 9 SNSD members

SNSD revealed today that they will be coming back on the 28th with a full album titled 'Oh!'

I am never against new material but it really just seems too soon. Give time for acts to develop but hey maybe they dont need to develop anymore.

While I do agree with you to some extent about the album coming out to soon, the best way for any group to improve is through new material. For instance if I were to only make a song every month I wouldnt improve as opposed to making songs every couple of days which is what I do. While my example may not be the best, what I'm trying to say is that they are constantly improving, and the release of this album will only help them.

Also seeing as their recent releases have been mini albums I don't think this ones too soon at all. Though they DEFINITELY need more rest, thats for sure.

What happened to the "futuristic" style the stylist talked about? It definitely seems like Gee but more vintage maybe? Looks like they did the shoot early October when the album was gonna be out in November. I remember thinking Taeyeon had different hair looking at chinchin pictures.

I suppose the concept could have changed a bit to more futuristic since then.

Maybe they'll wear like sport uniforms and stuff.

Maybe they will have a futuristic concept for one of the songs. *caugh . . . Martian Virus* Seems like the style on the album art isn't always the same as the song concepts. Look at ITNW, GG vol.1 ect.
