One of my all time favorites. Big Pun.. one of the best to ever do it. Had the flow, had the lyricism, had the delivery.

R.I.P.

sig not by Stryfe... but I don't have the heart to remove the shout-out

^ Hey Forth! You never told me you have a hip hop bone. Then again, I only see you in the T-ara thread. Anyway, werd. Big Pun had what a rapper should have. Especially his breath control while being a big dude. What he did with Black Thought was amazing.

Plus, Pun was actually saying something in those opening bars  :thumbsup

Another song from RZA's movie is out.

Hip Hop is in my blood, ToZ. I used to freestyle rap at parties back in high school hahaha. Now that I think of it, the first post I ever made here was in a SNSD/Wu-Tang mashup thread.

You're totally right man, Pun could seemingly hold his breath through multiple bars just to get the delivery just right. I've been on such a Pun kick lately. I really want to learn how to mash songs up because I think kpop and hip were mean't for each other. It's a million dollar idea that no ones tapped yet (atleast that I know about). I'm tell you... if anyone that reads this has production skills with fruity loops or whatever other shit you're welcome because I'm POSITIVE you could stack paper with this idea.

Another song from the Ghetto God.

Another personal favorite: Del Tha Funkee Homosapien. Deltron 3030 is one of the best concept albums I've ever heard regardless of genre. If you've heard of it and loved it you'll be happy to know that the follow up, "Deltron Event II" is slated to come out in November!

There's a festival i'm attending this weekend. Pharoahe Monch is headlining, with background music played by toronto jazz-hip hop band BADBADNOTGOOD. They do really awesome covers (along with originals). Apparently they work close with OFWGKTA. Their music is free on their site, badbadnotgood.com

ATCB - Electric Relaxation

MADVILLAIN / KING GEEDORAH / DOOM Medley - (Fazers is soo dope).

Tyler - Orange Juice

Tyler The Creator - She

double post

I got to participate at a Manifesto Function with Kardinal, Pharoahe Monch, and d'bi young. They talked about how Art is power, and how they've found themselves in the process of what they're doing. It was really motivating.

Kardi opened the keynote with a new verse from a new song from his new upcoming album. I missed the first few lines, he kinda surprised us with it.
