^ and we'll play that on HHH this weekend XD

TOP RAP ALBUMS 2011

1. Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy

Fucking MJ'd the Rap Industry with this. Take something big and make it bigger. Swagger Redefined. RZA and Jay-Z on the same record. #Monstermondays WuWednesdays JPHiPJanuaries/Junes/Julies What next!

2. Ghostface Raekwon Method Man - Wu Massacre

A little disjointed on some, but when you got them together it was New Wu all over again. Miranda. Gunshowers. 30 minutes is enough to make Wu Massacre a must have.

3. Nicki Minaj - Pink Friday

Once she spit on "Monster" it was cemented.

4. Ghostface killah Apollo Kids

Soulful Symphonic Starkology

5. B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray

I liked his tale of struggle to make it in the industry, one of the better MCs to drop shit.

6. Black Milk - Album_Of_The_Year

dope album with mix of rock and turntables, real refreshing

7. T.I. - No Mercy
nothing really ground breaking, but filled with a lot of swagga tunes. nice gift before he goes back to sing sing.

8. Ice Cube - I Am The West

despite tired material, he can spit better than most in game.

9. Kid Cudi - Man On The Moon II [The Legend of Mr. Rager]

Whiny rap, more of a rock album, had some aight tracks.

10. Inspectah Deck -  Manifesto

A rehashed album? Sounds like it lol but Deck can handle his own.

Guilty Sell Out Jam of the Year:

Wiz Khalifa - Black n Yellow U KNOW WHAT IT IS

Most Anticipated 2011 :

GZA Liquid Swords II, Raekwon Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang, Kardinal Offishall Mr. International (I think I said that last year lol) O0

dang, i was so following the Skillz 2010 Rap Up (which he hasn't dropped yet...), that i totally looked over the Monster video leak

--------------

2010 Rap Up

--------------

My Top albums of 2010
I've become very selective with music these days. No specific order.

Big Boi - Sir Lucious Left Foot The Son of Chico Dusty: man, we need an Outkast album
Kno (of Cunninglynguists) - Death is Silent: A masterpiece. You can tell Kno spent a lot of time on it.
The Roots - How I Got Over: i never really put Black Thought on one of my top10 rapper lists, but i'm starting to see the light
Nicki Minaj - Pink Friday: i hated her at first, but Monster made me a fan. She can kill it when she wants to. I just hate that repeated word 'technique' in her rhymes they always do.
Ghostface - Apollo Kids: back to basics. I didn't check that Ghostdeini Wizardry one...

Mixtapes

J.Cole - Friday Night Lights: i slept on J. Cole till this mixtape. Glad i caught on.
B.O.B. - No Genre: it was better than his studio album =)
DJ Muggs X Bambu - LA PI: I discovered Bambu this year. He's awesome, and he's filipino!
J. Period X Black Thought - The Live Mixtape: I missed it when the were recording live in Toronto @Manifesto

^ I think I been to that mall XD

My post number #36,000 is dedicated to one of the inspirations of JPH!P - The Wu-Tang Clan!

I ain't gonna even try to top The Homie Masa's 36K but I'll just add on to the fact they THE GREATEST RAP GROUP OF ALL TIME....that without The Wu, there would be no JPH!P straight up and down. We great Rika Fanboys, We Wu-Heads. The Wu-Philosophy is laid down in what we do, always opening up another chamber, that no matter how far we branch out, we always come back and form like Voltron. GROW LIKE A PLANT SON! :jphip:

and we love Ice Cream

Wu-Tang game I copped from the Iron Flag site:

http://www.multiupload.com/D74G52706M

Straight outta the Tao of Wu:

"Be open to the the echoes of wisdom. its truth will reveal itself in time."

"If you live through defeat, you're not defeated.
If you are beaten but acquire wisdom you have won.
Lose yourself to improve yourself.
Only when we shed all self-definition do we find who we really are."
